Probably my third time ever having Cava and my first at the Lake location. I got a build your own bowl w basmati rice and salmon. The Salmon is killer. Highly recommend the zhoug sauce and the garlic sauce. Taking one star off because we ordered pickup and it took longer than expected. Open late!

CAVA is sooo good. Their dressings and toppings are on another level. You can build your own bowl or pita by choosing your base and protein, and the unlimited toppings make it easy to customize exactly what you want. Pretty much any combination you make will turn out well. There's plenty of parking in the garage behind the building, and the location is convenient if you want to stop by other places along the block afterward. It's a great spot for a quick lunch.

Look if bowl after ingredients mixed with salmon. Strawberry creamy dressing provided on-the-side.

Seasonal strawberry bowl with Salmon was a satisfying simple eat for dinner. Service was quick as we walked down the line as our bowls were prepared to our requests.

Cava has become one of my boyfriend and my favorite eats when we are looking for an easy healthy meal. This location in Pasadena is off Lake near Planet Fitness and Macys. My boyfriend warned me that there might be a long line and I suggested we put in an online order to avoid waiting. It was fortunate because as we approached, parking was impossible. I asked him to drop me off and I ran in to get it while he made a loop and our food was ready to take home and avoid the crowds. My boyfriend and I both got the Greens + Grain Bowl. Depending on which protein you choose and other add-ons, price varies. My boyfriend's creation ($17.20) had the supergreen, saffron basmati rice, tzatziki, roasted eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, braised lamb, fire roasted corn, salted brine pickles, tomato+cucumber, kalamata olives, pita crisps with the yogurt dill and garlic dressing on the side, and yes to the side pita. My creation ($19.60) was a little more fancy with the supergreens, tzatziki, roasted eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, grilled steak, fiery broccoli, fire roasted corn, avocado, pickled onions, pita crisps with double garlic dressing on the side, and also yes to the side pita. When I came to pick up our order staff was friendly and quick. My order was ready before the requested time, which I appreciated. The interior looks like there was plenty of seating, and not too much of a wait. A bit pricey but it's healthy and consistent tasting. The portion seems to have shrunk compared to prior visits. I'm sure we'll still be back the next time we just want something easy and healthy.

I had the Chicken Rice Bowl and absolutely loved it. The Mediterranean flavors were amazing and worked perfectly together. The bowl came with hummus, tzatziki, pickled onions, cucumbers, arugula, chicken, and rice -- every ingredient was fresh and delicious. The portion was very filling, and the combination of flavors was outstanding. I also recommend adding the sauce that comes with the bowl, but not too much, as the ingredients already have great flavor on their own. The café was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent.

Food: awesome Service: awesome Ambiance: busy but clean Nothing like a filling bowl from here to end the day

Cava is always a hit if you like build your own Mediterranean bowls! My go to is the greens and grains bowls with chicken. The chicken is moist. I like the tzatziki sauce and red pepper hummus. I usually get almost all the toppings since it's unlimited. My favorite topping sauce is their garlic sauce. They usually have a long line but it moves steadily. Once you start order it moves pretty quickly.

Not my first time at Cava but my first time in LA and to this specific location. Plenty of places to sit and eat and the location is very convenient. Good for a post workout meal and there's a seating area outside for the whole plaza which is nice if you don't wanna eat inside. Sophia was the one who made my bowl and she was super sweet and very generous. I loved herr! Will be coming back tomorrow and hoping for her to make me and my friend's bowls! The salad was delicious and fresh, despite it being an hour before closing and there was enough of everything.

I've been to a handful of CAVA locations and this one is pretty consistent with the rest. I usually get the saffron basmati rice as base, chicken as protein, and a few of my favorite toppings are the pitas crisps, broccoli, pickled red onions, tomatoes + onions, etc. I love that CAVA always has plentiful sauces.

I love cava, the hard time in choosing dips, toppings, sauces means quality variety + Greens bowl with shawarma chicken (tender), whipped feta (light and not too feta-y), harissa (like gochujang), and tzatziki (tangy), sweet and tangy Persian cucumbers, corn, tomato, pickled onions. On the side, lemon herb tahini (tahini forward) and yogurt dill (liquidy but yummy tang) ($16) Comes with pita (8.5/10)

I ordered the steak salad with corn, spinach and more. This was pretty substantial and super fresh. I love that you can see your food being prepared. The staff are friendly. The drink was refreshing.

Great fast casual eatery. Choose your own bowls or Pita wraps which is similar to the Chipotle style, except with Mediterranean food. Lines can be rough during the peak times, thus can also order ahead online on their own website. Parking is convenient in the large structure behind, which is the same for Trader Joe. I really liked their Chicken Swarma bowl. Very flavorful and with lots of fresh toppings. Only reason not a 5/5 is due to the portion sizes to price ratio. Maybe not fair to compare to Chipotle, but I definitely didn't feel full after finishing this meal and it was more expensive (where I always feel stuffed after Chipotle). It was quite healthy though!

I consider CAVA. Is like a Greek Chipotle, only healthier. When I arrived, there was a long line, which is a good sign. Inside, it's clean and orderly, with most taking home their meal. Consider this a healthy option to enjoy dinner and a great Greek meal!

What we ordered: Appetizers -Grilled octopus: this was tender and flavorful, grilled to perfection (Must try!!!) -Calamari salad: light and refreshing, tossed in a zesty lemon herb dressing Entrees -Beef Kebab: served with a pillowy, puffed pita which was hollow in the center & hummus. The beef kebab was flavorful and well seasoned. It was served with basmati rice -Branzino: served on a bed of fingerling potatoes. The branzino had beautifully crispy, golden-brown skin. Yet the fish was moist and perfectly prepared. The dill and the capers gave the branzino a nice contrast. Desserts -Tiramisu: had a noticeable hint of alcohol which complemented its creamy texture -Mango Sorbet: light, refreshing, and the perfect way to end a delicious meal! Fast forward to last weekend, we had to be in Pasadena for an errand and finally decided it was time to try it for dinner. I'm so glad we did because this place was SO good! The menu is a little more diverse than a traditional Greek menu, which honestly made it even harder to choose because there were so many amazing options. We ended up ordering the grilled octopus, mussels, chicken kebab, and sea bass, and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors and textures were just wonderful, and I would genuinely recommend every one of these dishes. The mussels were actually a last-minute decision and ended up being one of my favorite dishes of the night, if not my favorite. The broth was seriously incredible, and the bread that comes with it was the perfect pairing. I usually don't love dense bread, but because this bread sits in the broth and soaks it all up without completely falling apart, every bite was perfection. It could sit in that broth for 30 minutes and still hold together, and honestly, I could have eaten that entire bowl just for the broth and bread! The ambiance is also wonderful. We sat outside on the rooftop on a beautiful summer evening, which made the whole experience even better. Service was excellent too. We didn't have a reservation, it was a Saturday night, and they were able to get us seated within about 30 minutes. I genuinely cannot wait to come back. The only problem is that I want to try everything else on the menu, but I also want to order all the same things again because they were that good! I was already thinking about how much my family would love this place when they come visit. If you haven't tried Café Santorini yet, you're missing out!
