Just very uncomfortable felt like I was not wanted there since the moment I walked in.

Half of the pedicure experience is the massage chair. You would think that they would move me to a new chair...as all others were empty...nope. As I said..for me...the quality of manicure/pedicure is good, but the pedi chairs need an update...which is why I only gave it 3 stars.

The prices are a little high ($45) for a quick basic pedicure (20-25 min). But the women are friendly and getting an appointment is usually easy, even without online booking. What brings me here is that I went to use a gift card given to me for Mother's Day just 2 months ago and was unable to use it. Apparently the management/owner changed since the middle of May, although there were no signs before the change when my husband bought the gift card or when I went this week. What's frustrating is that I wasn't permitted to use it even though up front, before my service I said I had a gift card. As soon as I tried to pay they mentioned the new owner won't take those purchased before she took over. In a way I get it, it's not profits she'll realize, but as a customer what am I to do? It hasn't been 6+ months, there were no signs indicating the owner had even changed. I can't continue to support a business that can't give a grace period to loyal customers. It really stinks that my Mother's Day gift was a total waste.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I found Nancy's on yelp and read all the good reviews. So I decide to give her a try. Worst experience ever!!! I had called for an appointment and when I had shown up for my appointment, they were running late. I can understand 5-10 minutes late but this was 15-20 mins late. And no one even came over to tell me they were running late. When I was finally taken, they rushed through the appointment and cut me on my pedicure also my manicure. My gel manicure barely lasted me the 2 weeks. After this experience I will not recommend Nancy's to anyone. This is what they mean by don't believe in everything you see. If I could have not given a star, I would have not. Also my friend had her eyelashes done by Nancy and she had gotten an infection a few days later. read more

I was looking for a place to spend the afternoon with my sisters, and we found Nancy's on Yelp. I figured, why not - reviews look good! and she lives up to her reviews! 1- CLEAN, big, and bright! 2- VERY friendly staff! With very decent English 3- WONDERFUL job with both spa pedicure (FYI, they do a mini hot stone massage!) and gel manicure 4- She was able to take three of us, together, on one days notice. She was still busy, she had plenty of people working, so we didn't monopolize her time! 5- They're all quick, yet everything comes out perfect. Anywhere else, mani/pedi is almost two hours. I'd say we were out in 90min (and that's taking 10+ min to decide on colors! haha) - but again, came out great! I'm definitely making this my spot to go this summer! I cannot say enough about Nancy's. I have been following Nancy for over 10 years now and she is AWESOME. When she opened her salon 4 or 5 years ago, I was thrilled. I have seen multiple people at the salon and have been so happy with everyone's work. I get a gel fill every 2 weeks and I'm super picky about shape/thinness. This salon/spa is the only one that has ever nailed both! I am never disappointed leaving there. If you smudge or anything happens to your nails/toes, Nancy is so accommodating to fix them. She is more than generous. The pedicures are always lengthy and detailed - love the massage with hot stones! I always come after work (hairstylist) and my legs and feet are rejuvenated by the time I leave. I would give Nancy and the rest of the employees 10 stars if I could. Nancy has been doing my eyelash extensions for about a year now every 2-3 weeks and I wouldn't have it any other way! I competed in pageants for 12 years and am very particular about my eyelashes and nails and Nancy has lived up and exceeded my expectations! She is professional, experienced, quick, and they always look AMAZING! I travel for work and no matter where I go, I get so many compliments on my eyelashes and it's because of Nancy! If you have never tried eyelash extensions you need to! Not only do they look amazing but they save me time on my makeup routine every morning. Nancy's salon is so welcoming and accommodating for my kids and me since I am a single mother taking care of 2 beautiful baby boys. The second I stepped into Nancy's salon I could see how everyone was working so hard and was on their best behavior. I didn't have an appointment but, I was taken to do my nails and lashes in minutes! Nancy is super flexible when it comes to walk ins. This place is amazing! I felt like a pedicure and this was a salon right near me so I called and they had availability. Didn't expect much just the regular pedicure, but I got there and I got a five-star treatment! First they have a variety of pedicures available. I got the deluxe pedicure because I'm on my feet all day. Sat in the chair, and everything was nice and fresh. They used all new supplies, including files and clippers. The exfoliation was amazing, and they used a mask, hot stones, hot towels and my feet are now super smooth. The deluxe pedi choice paid off- the massage was next level! I'm obsessed with this place! I've been coming here for almost five years and I'm pretty sure every person who works there has given me either a manicure or pedicure at some point and all have been amazing. The last couple of months I've been getting eye lash extensions from Nancy and have received so many compliments! She's much more reasonably priced than other salons and knows what she is doing. Initially I just wanted the extensions for a wedding but I've decided to keep getting them filled because of all the great feedback. I don't even have to bother with eye make up in the morning now. I've been coming to Nancy's Nails since January 2025, but I've been getting my nails done forever. One of my friends recommended Julie at Nancys Nails because her nails always look fabulous! The technicians are all friendly, the salon is always clean and well ventilated, and the quality of service is premier. Julie always does an amazing job on my nails. She's meticulously shaped my nails almond and after me breaking a couple tips off reshaped them square. Julie has been doing some nail designs for me as well. I am in love with my nails here! I just moved here with my husband for his work. We just got married and I wanted to get my nails done and decided I would give this place a shot! I haven't been able to get my nails done since living in Utah, mostly because I really liked my nail lady there. I was blown away by how nice the staff are and how wonderful my nails turned out. I think today I have found my new favorite nail salon. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who did my nails today, but boy was he good. I always ask for Super short nails when I get acrylics since I work with preschoolers. He sure listened! They were PERFECT length and his filing was amazing, but quick! I did the full set acrylic with gel polish and design and I love them. After the polish was done he wanted me to do a paraffin wax for my hands and that was also amazing! I was in dire need of a mani pedi and I stumbled upon here because my regular place got shut down. I was absolutely impressed by the cleanliness (use of new tools each time for each customer). They even have this gel nail polish that lasts 2 weeks called Shellac. This place does eyelashes - my lashes looked so good I got compliments non stop. Oh gosh, I LOVE this nail salon! The service was fantastic with the great pricing they had to offer. I even got a discount! Had my shellac mani done at 645 PM, - never had my nails done so late before considering I get out of my job at such a late time! I had asked for french tip and the result was outstanding! I came as a first timer, from out of town. Called for a last minute 5:45pm appointment on a Saturday. I asked for the pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax and they said they would do their best to accommodate me. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got all three services. The eyebrow wax was perfect and the shaping was exactly as I wanted. I loved the hot stone massages. There is so much to say about Nancy and her spa. I have been seeing Nancy for over a year and have loved every visit. I get my lashes filled every couple weeks and am blown away every single time. One of the rare times I'm able to visit a salon more than once because I move for work, and I'm truly happy to come back to these ladies. Some of the nicest salon workers /owners I've ever met. They are genuine and are never rude. I got the same quality service for both of the times I have went here. The front sitting area, rear pedicure chairs and bathroom were clean. She was kind, great conversation, and above all, did an exceptional job! I got the regular manipedi. Love this place! It's so clean and the people who work there are so nice and friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and handled my nonstop phone calls very well. She did a beautiful job on my feet. I hadn't gotten a pedicure since before winter and I walk at least 7 miles a day so my toes were pretty beat up. But less than an hour later they were good as new! My mom has been going to Nancy for over a decade and has followed her to a couple salons before she started her own! My daughter and I went to the salon on saturday. I have NEVER had such great service! The salon is peacefully decorated and serene. I can't say enough good things. It is the best salon I've ever been to. They asked questions throughout the pedicure and manicures about what we like, they were gentle and knowledgeable about how to get the nails just right.
