Disappointing Experience for the Price I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experience, I felt it was necessary to share. I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. To start with the service--it was just okay. Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed and extremely busy, which meant it took forever to get anything, from drinks to basic service requests. While I understand that staff can get swamped, this kind of delay just shouldn't happen at a restaurant that presents itself as high-end. Now, about the food--specifically, the steak. It was not nearly as juicy or tender as advertised. For a place that charges premium prices, I expected something far more flavorful and properly cooked. It was average at best. Speaking of prices, we spent almost $800, and yet they still charged us $15 just to sing a birthday song. Yes, you read that right they actually charge for birthday singing, and even more bizarre, they have different pricing tiers depending on the type of birthday singing you want. It honestly felt more like a menu of performance packages than a gesture of hospitality. Most restaurants are honored when guests choose to celebrate a special occasion with them--here, it felt like just another line item on the bill. overall , this restaurant is overpriced and underdelivers . The concept of monetizing a birthday song felt downright tacky, especially at this price point. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, memorable dining experience. read more

Después de leer los reviews malos decidí de todas maneras ir y probar , en las fotos se miran los platos muy buenos .. pero si definitivamente me fue bien decepcionada para empezar no soy venezolana me encanta la comida venezolana pero noo tampoco.... se les pasa con los precios me pareció sumamente costoso para lo que era la comida no estaba tan buena , pedi un ceviche de pork belly y tenia 3 mini pedacitos y esta tan amargo y feo que no pude comerlo .. varias de las amigas con las que fuimos pidieron sus platos y fueron llegando de uno en uno no te llevan los platos todos juntos eso no esta bien , el servicio no fue tan malo pero el lugar esta muy pequeño para tener música en vivo no se puede comer ni hablar ni pensar por la música tan alta , si la comida no hubiese sido no tan buena no me hubiera importado pagar lo que pague , al Final Nos querían cobrar una foto que nos llegaron a tomar sin que la pidiéramos y no se La Verdad todas nos fuimos muy desilusionadas del lugar . read more

Despite the lines extending outside the restaurant, our wait time was surprisingly short--just about 15 minutes for our party of two. Our server, Alex R., deserves a special mention for being both friendly and efficient. As it was our first time dining at Nando Grill, he took the time to explain the menu in detail and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would recommend Nando Grill for its lively ambiance, attentive service, and good food (though the chicharrones could use some improvement). A friend recommended this place for my birthday celebration. I live in Tampa and I was concerned about the distance. Guess what? It's worth the drive again. The atmosphere is unique, as are the service, food, drinks, and music. Our server was Fabio. He helped us choose the best for our group. He worked with the group professionally and patiently. The menu is so tempting that left me with the feeling of going back to try more of the traditional food. Drinks are incredibly presented in beautiful glasses. Loved this place! The decor and atmosphere were beautiful, the service was 10/10, and the food was amazing. I came just to try the famous "Pregnant Fish" after seeing it on social media, and it did not disappoint. The fish was huge, super crispy, and stuffed with delicious seafood.
