It rained two days later, found out that the windshield wiper arm elements were not replaced so my wipers did not work. I found them in the engine bay a few weeks later. 3. They can't deal brittle parts and cracked up my windshield cowl during their replacement. The installation was on 7/6, it is now 7/30 and I am still going back and forth on the phone with them trying to get a resolution. They said they would order the necessary molding replacement, after calling a week later they had not done anything of the sort. No one at the shop location is picking up the phone this week. I even went as far as sending their CEO an email on July 10th about this issue. I have not yet received a response from corporate or Renee Cacchillo. I ended up fixing my own wipers after finding the lost element parts in my engine bay. Don't waste your good time and money on this place. It is not worth the headache.

The quote was about $300 cheaper that Safelite. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. I arrived for my appt and was greeted warmly by Nate. He made me comfortable during my stay. The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. My car isn't finished yet but I have zero worries. Updated review: As I'm sitting there, the manager comes out. I verified that he was the manager and asked Nate if I could speak to him. Of course, he had no idea why I wanted the manager. Brent, the manager comes out and he sits down to talk with me like we're two friends in a coffee shop. He further solidified my experience there as he was also very personable. He already has an appreciation for Nate and that was very evident in our discussion. My car is finished about 45 minutes ahead of schedule, which is also great!!! As I'm paying to leave, the owner comes out, who is also very nice (it must fun be a common thread at that place). When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee. Submitted a request for a quote online and someone from the call center called me the next day. A little pushy about getting me on the schedule. But hey, that's her job and I need to get it done. Had gotten a quote from Safelite, but Auto Glass Now was $120 cheaper. Who do you think I went with??? Arrived to be greeted in an extremely friendly manner, small waiting room. Asked if they had Wi-Fi so I could log onto work, but they didn't. That was probably my biggest knock. Took about 2hrs. Francine/Francis (can't remember which) is the girl behind the desk. I would listen as she would deal with others in person & on the phone and her knowledge of product and customer services skills are exceptional. This one customer was very rude to her to the point where I wanted to tell him to chill out. But she stayed calm and gracefully apologized. He still left due to being impatient, but it was top notch defusing the situation and not reacting to ignorance. I also checked for any damage, scratches, etc.... that I can spot very easily, and I didn't see any. They did a really good job. I was pleased and would recommend going to them if you need glass work.
