So it never really left my mind to want to try this place. So we finally went. And to be completely honest, it's good but no wonder people already forgot about them. They don't really do anything super special. They just ride the wave of American food covered in some spicy sauces. Nothing ground breaking. In fact I'd even say it's like a burger version of Asads with better service and prices. The quality is extremely similar. Don't get me wrong, it's not "bad" by any stretch but they don't really do anything new. Some of the good things: chicken was juicy, not dry at all, burgers were cooked perfect. Fries crunchy on the outside soft inside. Muzzys sauce is actually very good. And the spices they season the fries with is decent. The service was great and friendly, and they bring the food right to your table. The cashier was very professional and friendly. It was very clean inside as well. The prices are not horrible for what you get. The bad: like I said, nothing super special, they just seem to ride the wave of spicy sauces. I don't really have much bad to write. Overall it's decent. I wouldn't go an hour out of my way to get it. But if you are looking for a decent priced burger or a chicken sandwich this is a good choice. I would go back.

I'll give them another chance at some point to try the chicken, but for me the smashburger was overpriced and just ok. The spot they are located in hasn't been a good location since it was a deli, but it's bright and inviting on the outside. Inside is small and the girl who was working wasn't personable. Just seemed to be wanting to take my order and move on to the next order. We'll see how the chicken is next visit.

Things are pretty packed here but we got a table, and were helped and served quickly, and checked on regularly. Our table got the usual: Cactus Blossom, ~6 baskets of bread over the course of the meal, and individual meals. We shared a 12 oz. ribeye w/ ribs combo. Today it was actually not as good as usual, a bit more medium rather than medium rare, and the ribs were dry on the outer half. However, still a completely filling and enjoyable meal all things considered. Pro-tip: put the last bits of your Cactus Blossom in a bun with both butter and sauce for a treat that is much more unhealthy and delicious than you bargained for. To boot, we asked the staff to put our celebrant on the saddle, even though we weren't celebrating his birthday, and they happily fulfilled our wish. The Caesar salad was once dependable as a "good" side but they seem to have reduced the quality and even the amount of dressing they put on it, maybe as a cost saving measure? To me the biggest issue here is the drastic inconsistency in quality of service. Sometimes you score a great server, but I'd say 75% of the time it is someone who seems to lack training in basic steps of service (getting the order right, following up on satisfaction a few minutes after food delivery, following up on drinks, etc.). It's a shame as this location had higher standards in the past.
