They fixed it under warranty, as well as replaced another one of my tires that was worn. Then I realized I forgot to ask for some sensors to be replaced. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.

He is genuine, honest, professional and realistic when it comes to cars. I had my transmission and battery replaced and after calling 8 other locations and he was by far the best priced, most available all while willing to problem solve to get me the best deal possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this location, and I won't go anywhere else for any car issues I have! **UPDATE... not really an "update" just wanted to give ANOTHER example as of why I won't take my car to any other shop. After Chance replaced my transmission, I took my car into Christian Brothers for an oil change, where they gave me an outrageous quote from... for ADDITIONAL work (that I didn't ask for, and I previously paid a diagnostic fee). I called Chance and again, was provided with unbeatable customer service. He checked all of the work that was quoted and not only was it literally half the price, he actually discovered that most of the work didn't need to be done at all. In fact, he found other things they should have caught, and even with those repairs needed- his work was more than half of the cost. Looking at my receipt, he took care of me. I think I have actually cost Chance money taking my car to him and still the service is beyond amazing. Finding a genuine person who isn't trying to get rich and do a great service is hard to find- I will never take my car to anyone else!!

I needed my work done in 5 days --- the other 3 body shops I contacted had told me they couldn't take the job for one or two MONTHS!!! I am so glad I called this Caliber Collision! Joe Ray was very professional, asked me to bring in car and he would see how long it would take. After seeing it, he checked on parts availability and I came back .3 days later to have it repaired!!! He explained the entire process and arranged for me to have a ride between the shop and my house while it was being repaired. The driver, Oscar, gave me a comfortable, friendly and safe ride. I was able to pick up the car in the early afternoon and the work was BEAUTIFUL!! The cost was in line with what was quoted and less than I originally anticipated.
