So here is my Goldilocks story…read more Looking for a specific auto touch up paint I drove south from the Wildwood railroad yard. With auto parts stores I am not looking to see a big counter and tiny shopping space. The first place had virtually zero for touch up paint. The second had some, specific to certain vehicles, but there was alot missing. To me it is either do it or don't, keep it fully stocked, or don't bother. The third place was just right. That is O'reilly. They have lots of touch up paint. The facility is clean and bright, inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. This will be the place I go to first moving forward.

On 4/20/2015 I took my RV into Chadwick's Tire for a NC inspection. The front brakes (passenger side) were smelling of brake. The brake seal was leaking fluid all over. The probable cause as stated by their tech. was that the wheel was not tightened. The work done at RV Collision and Restoration was then duplicated. This correspondence was shared with the business and the general manager was given copies of, including photos, this complaint and the one posted with BBB.

On Jan 27 we moved into our new home in the same park. Communication!!! His voice mail is full. He never returns phone calls. 4.5 months I paid $135 for him to fix the automatic steps on my Class C RV. I think I have been calling every day for communication. 6 weeks in he did return the phone call. He said he was stuck on a roof job and did NOT remember the job. Duh?A week later he showed up and said he needed to order parts. He told me I could order the parts or he could and mark them up. Silly me, I ordered the parts and paid for them myself. The kit to fix the steps was $380 DOLLARS. I've had my husband call him and no answer or no return phone call. He has a screening service screen all of his calls. So no matter what he never lets you call him directly. I've had people call without identifying any connection to me and he didn't call them back. I left a message that I was in the hospital. At that time we were living in our RV. I purchased a set of spa steps that got me in and out the door of our RV so we could travel. Later I had a medical emergency. I broke and dislocated my ankle 2 weeks ago. I had surgery at Leesburg Medical Center. I now have 2 metal plates and a bunch of screws in my ankle. I am a captive audience inpatient at a local rehab center. This week I am taking action. I called another service. Not only did they fix the steps in under 2 hours and he reported that SOMEONE had sabotaged the steps. They cut wires for the steps in that area. I'm in the process filing another complaint with the BBB. The actual person who would handle that complaint is Miguel. He's explained the process. I have spoken to an attorneys office and who will call him on Monday. When he does my demands are as follows 1. I want My $135 refunded. 2. I want him to reimburse me for the spa steps. If he had fixed the steps when he said the job would be completed I would not have needed them. 3. I want him to reimburse me for the parts and deal with them. It cost $65 dollars for the motor and that was included in the $ 125 his competitor charged me. This guy is NOT someone to call if you need mobile RV. Service.
