The Jegs' Sales Reps manager refused to talk to me on the phone, letting the sales rep take the heat. They refused to honor the advertised price. They refused to price match their own Advertisement. As you can see by the other reviews, this is not a reputable establishment. I found that Jegs has been bought out by Greenbriar Equity Group. I talked to the shop I go to in my hometown and they recommended looking for a company in Columbus that belongs to the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) and one that has been a member for a long time. Goodale Auto fits the bill: member for 30 years. John behind the service desk is one of the nicest, straight-shooting guys you'll meet. They told me to drop by whenever I could, offered to check out my transmission for free, and said they'd be done checking it in 15 minutes. It turned out to be a leak and they offered to fix right then and there so I wouldn't have to come back. Easy peasy. If you're having trouble with your transmission, I highly recommend Goodale Auto.
