He was the friendliest guy imaginable. AND he gave me a discount without my asking. I expected the whole "it costs this much but you have to pay a core charge, you'll get that back when you return the old one" but nope. It was a very simple transaction. A couple of weeks later I take the old one back, because what else would I do with it. I just wanted to drop it off. A different guy, every bit as friendly as the first, said "hold on, it's worth something to you" and handed me a fiver. Are you kidding?
