My first visit was in your store on July 6, 2013 to purchase some tires for my car before I take a road trip. Your entire staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with the most was Kelly, he was very knowledgeable on what was available at your store and was also able to tell me what was available at other locations that will best fit my budget. Take your Tesla HERE. I was hesitant at first about the location as I never been to a rent a wheel and it was pleasant. Chris and the guys there took care of me. Asked if I had the pucks as there's are being ordered which I did. Chris was awesome they treated my car like if it was a gem. They were very careful with the car and even with an entirely blown tire they were able to get it jacked up and taken care of for me. Their rent a wheel program sounds awesome as well and I will be returning to take advantage of the deal they have so I can get a new set of wheels! The value for the tire was great. As a traveling nurse I'm constantly on the road. I had to drive from Orlando to Atlanta and had purchased some tires online but now I needed them put on my car. I had 3 hours to start driving so I pulled into RentAwheel and the friendly attendant greeted me with a smile. The service was impecable and very profesional. I told him my dilema and with only $60 in my bank account. I ask how much would he charge me to instal my tires on my car $60 I was so thrilled and said "I will do it" after talking of what I do and how I love my job and he said there is no charge. The guys that run this shop are excellent. I came at the last minute to get my tire patched and they would let me pay and delivered the upmost customer service and really blessed me tonight . I have been going through soo much lately and this put me at ease and made my night so much better than what it would have been if I would have had a blowout on the freeway . It has been a headache dealing with your west colonial store. I made an appointment last Saturday (8/21) and they didn't have wheels in my size in stock which I understand. They told me they would call the distributors on Monday (8/23) and give me a call back. Never got the call, I had to call them and they told me they have not ordered the wheels yet because they are taking care of appointments but they will get to it and call me at the end of the day. I never received a callback. I guess since I'm not getting wheels put on that are in stock im not important. Anyways I call again Tuesday (8/24) and they still didn't place the order. I spoke to a guy name Chris and he placed the order after I expressed my frustration to him. He told me the earliest they would come in is Thursday (8/26) or Saturday (8/28) the latest. It's Saturday (8/28) and my wheels are not in and the lady on phone says she cannot provide a ETA. read more

Beware! Bunch of crooks. Tried to steal $100 after I was denied service. $100 was a deposit, application was denied. I attempted to get refund for deposit, manager made up some bullcrap about how they already ordered tires. I had to contact bank. I am a repeat customer, bought 4 custom tires for my SUV, no problems with Rent a Wheel, but this location is shady. Don't trust them with your SS number, credit card, nothing. To whom it may concern: I was looking for 26" rims for my new SUV. I shopped around a little bit and found Rent A Wheel. I stopped by and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Kelly. I have tattoos and dreadlocks and usually when I walk in somewhere people judge me. I felt none of that here. I felt like I had known Kelly and Chris for years! At first, the manager, Chris wasn't sure if 26's would fit on my SUV. However, after some research we found out that they would. Whilst I was at work during the week, Kelly would send me pictures of rims that would fit my bolt pattern-which was very helpful and convenient-to see if I liked them. We found a pair I liked on the 23rd of July. By the 26th the rims and tires were in and on Saturday the 27th I went and had them out in my SUV. Kelly didn't have to send me images of the rims and respond to any and all questions I had, but he did. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Chris put the wheels on and they look amazing!! Both Kelly and Chris were very professional and caring, and actually strive to make the customer happy. Now THAT is how you do business! They treat all customers equally and you can tell that customer satisfaction is number one to them. When my SUV was done and looking beautiful, Kelly and Chris were just as happy for me as I was. THIS POST DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR - - - OLD MANAGEMENT WAS A LOT BETTER --- OLD STAFF WAS MORE PLEASANT! For being a returning customer, attempting to open a new account. New management - Chris (Mgr). My husband went up to this location and was completely discriminated. No assistance was received from the staff upon entrance into store. They were assisting a dark skin woman - then he walked over to me, telling me they could not assist me in the claim and IF they were to remove my tire my car would HAVE to stay OR I would be forced to purchase NEW tires when my tires are still on RoadHazard Insurance.. The staff member who had my paperwork, walked back to counter picked up my paperwork walked towards me and handed it back to me and said TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere. The staff there has no customer service skills, They are disrespectful. I don't live around the corner for me to make this trip each time i've stopped by this location. I live close to Poinciana, that is not a short drive. I WILL NEVER recommend this location to anyone I know. I've gone to worse establishments, and got treated ALOT better and the service was remarkable. read more

this place is great. friendly staff that know alot about their products and would not steer you wrong. went in on a busy saturday afternoon looking for a rim and tire set for my scion, and ofcourse they didnt have anything to fit my car. kelly called all other stores and found me a set that would fit and that i love. they even went to the store that had my rims and brought it to their store with no hassel.payment plan is very managable for a tough economy, i couldnt ask for more. many thanks to kelly and store owner mike. you guys are the best. read more
