But perhaps because it was almost 5pm when I arrived and they close at 6pm, they failed to properly diagnose the problem. I told them the car's battery light was on so are all the warning lights. It practically stalled on me at their driveway. I asked if it was the alternator and they said the battery just needed to be replaced. I left with the battery warning light still on and they said it'll turn off once I drive it for a few miles. It didn't. After 4 days, the light was still on so I called and asked if it's safe to drive to Tampa. I was told it is. It wasn't. The car stalled and stopped running and had to be towed. It was the alternator. I don't know how they could miss diagnosing something so basic. Even ChatGpt was able to diagnose the problem the first time. I took the car to another shop.

When I got there the door was scratched, rusty screws, mirror missing and the whole inside panel missing. When I asked them if this is a joke they told me that this is what I get when I order a door. Let me tell you - a full door, used from a junkyard for $600, comes with everything. What you are referring to is a shell. That comes stripped. And costs $495 brand new with free delivery. Thank you for waisting my time, I don't like it when somebody tries to rip me off.

I called and told them I suspect that the controller board is bad can they test it? No way to test it but they can swap it out to see if it works correctly with a new board. Okay, I'm thinking that this shouldn't be a big deal. I even took the outside cover off the furnace and put it back on afterwards. It probably took all of fifteen minutes to swap the board yet I was charged 45 minutes. The problem appeared to be the board but I wasn't going to pay the $200 they wanted for a board when I could get one for $65. That's probably why Glenn overcharged me for the diagnostic. Unscrupulous business practice if you ask me. My mistake was in not getting an estimate beforehand. I won't make that mistake again nor will I use this business again.

They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!

Let's all agree that finding a mechanic that we can trust is to this day one of the hardest things…read moreto do. Many people walk away after paying and still don't know if they can trust this person, but when you find somebody that you do, trust you stick with them for a lifetime if possible. Let me begin by saying that Tony and his brother have a shop that you can trust and believe in! Recommended to us by the friend of my mother, we have been taking both of our cars for maintenance to Tony for the better part of a year. We've been there three times and have never had to return with the vehicle for problems. Tony and his brother own the shop and they work fast and they do the job right. Their communication is great. They typically keep in touch with you to let you know what the status of the vehicle is, and they keep you updated on the probable amount you will need to pay . They offer warranty on their work and they believe in doing the job right the first time. They do not skimp or cut corners. Most recently, for example, I had a problem with my AC. I took it to another shop originally last summer 2023. This shop came highly recommended by Napa auto parts, but it was still intermittently not functioning correctly and they were telling me that it was leaking antifreeze. They didn't bother to even fix that. They told me I needed to fix it before they could continue. Why didn't they just fix this? The issue got worse, unfortunately till the point that I had absolutely no AC. I took the vehicle over to Tony after a year of intermittent to no AC. Tony's team thought it was an electrical problem at first, but then recognized that the compressor that was intermittently going out. it was time for replacement. He replaced the hose and replaced the compressor and other parts that were necessary. The car came back to me in the exact condition I sent it to him, except the AC was finally fixed! The car ran like it was brand new and he even aired up the back tire which I failed to mention to him and they fixed the leak of antifreeze. This is not the first time I had brought a card to Tony and it won't be the last. I cannot recommend this business enough and hope that you will choose Tony for your needs as well. He has a great team. They work hard and on top of this, Tony worked on the car on the Fourth of July and he single-handedly returned it to my mother while I was at work since when we had no transportation to come pick up the car! Beat that! Again, I cannot recommend Tony and his brother enough. Their team is above stellar as long as I am in Sebring I will continue to work with him!

Avoid this "business". This is for Tech Automotive, going by the name Rosco's Garage oddly enough…read more Asked for a quote to get O2 sensors replaced on the family car. Even though two in my fam are certified to fix cars, we do not have a rack to put the car up & do it ourselves, so we decided to request a quote & support a Sebring business. The owner Rosco, right away asked me to leave the car with them so they could take a look at it (day or more). I told him that I really just wanted a quote for the work first, and that I could not leave the car there, unless it was actually being worked on, and me there waiting for it. Rosco, without taking into account that I already deeply know things about my car, questioned whether we actually knew if the issue was an O2 sensor. After the push back I got from him, he agreed to look and give me a quote (had to really talk him into it...). So based on the VIN, he gave a quote that was simply egregious. He marked up the costs of the parts two to three times the original costs, and ultimately painted the whole job as being a difficult, difficult task. He did not realize that myself and several in my family had already researched the OEM parts, non-OEM parts, and even watched a half a dozen videos that show how easy it is to replace the parts, particularly if you have the car up on a rack. The sensors on the bottom require a simple socket extension...not tough at all. His comments to me were dripping with greed, degradation and pride as he was trying to rip me off. Any mechanic could do the job in less than an hour with the car lifted. There is no mystery in putting a socket wrench on a ratchet. Rosco was describing scenarios that would take the job well into over a $1K, when any mech could replace all 4 sensors for no more than $300 -$400. He must deal with a lot of folks that don't know how to use the internet, or the existence of YouTube that shows everything about everything. Please do not use or trust Rosco's Garage for anything. They are simply out to make you feel stupid, & drain your pockets, and I feel bad for the folks who work there (Josh).

Purchased a roll off truck 07/1/2021 For $47,000. Was told this truck was ready to work. I knew…read morethat we would have to do some things to it. Front tires were recaps and he had someone drive the truck to us. We did get a new tarp system and paint job. They painted over everything the hydraulic hoses, even the glass that shows the hydraulic oil level. The tail lights were falling out and taped in place and did not work properly. We took it to the Mack dealer in Charlotte to have the hood ornament and the nob for the handle replaced and a new bumper and to have the lights fixed. $4800.00 for that. Then we had to replace all 10 tires $8000.00 It is now at another Mack dealer to fix air leaks and oil leaks. We have not been able to use this truck yet. The break chambers were not hooked up. The lift cylinders both have to be replaced at CES at the cost of $6,575.14. The bill at the Mack dealer where it is at now is $7,089.05
