I installed the wipers the next day and called my service advisor Robert Ramolete but couldn't take me in that day Monday he was able to get me an appointment the next day Tuesday at 9:30. After waiting about 30 minutes he came to me at the lounge and he said come I'll show you your car, that's when he informed me that the inspector didn't want to pass the inspection as the wipers streaks before I left Robert actually turned on the wiper/washer and said that it looks ok by him but can't do anything since the inspector don want to pass it. Could it be that he's pissed for not taking the $49.00 wipers replacement??? And I'm out $26.96 and no safety check. I was very upset since I supposedly corrected the failure and even cleaned the glass thoroughly. Also, I've been taking the car there since I bought it in early 2021. Unfortunately, after the purchase, I discovered a significant rust hole that had caused damage to the vehicle. Had I known about this issue, I would not have purchased the vehicle. What was most disappointing was not only the condition of the vehicle, but the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I brought the issue to management's attention, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Instead of receiving understanding or a meaningful effort to resolve the problem, I encountered an attitude that left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected honesty, transparency, and customer service from a dealership of this size. My experience fell far short of those expectations.
