Alex helped me right away. He showed me the two battery options for my car and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. He was also really quick to pull my old battery out and let me know that removing it first would save me around twenty two dollars because it covered the core cost. At one point I totally misheard him and did not follow him back into the store like I was supposed to. He ended up coming back outside to get me, and he stayed super patient the whole time even though my hearing is terrible and I kept feeling lost. Most reviews are about everything going perfectly, but you find out how good a business really is when something goes wrong. I bought and shipped new tires for my Tesla 3P from Tire Rack (this was their recommended location). During my visit, their pneumatic tire changer croaked and unfortunately during the event, my wheel got scratched. Instead of making excuses, the owner completely owned the situation. He asked to keep the car so he could bring in a third-party specialist to repair the wheel at their custom shop. When I got my car back, the damage was completely invisible. The wheel looked as new. The lesson here is not about the initial mishap, but the recovery. I cannot speak highly enough of how the owner handled this inconvenience and resolved it with total professionalism. They have earned my trust completely, and I will absolutely use them again!

I had a mishap to the paint on my car when a thin cover sheet of plastic (used by professional painters) intended to protect my automobile from painters over spray, left what can only be describe as "a shadow hologram " on my paint. I was visiting a friend's home at the time of this mishap. It was raining the day my automobile was covered and when the sun came out the next day, the combination of sun, moisture and plastic covering, left behind these markings where the wet plastic baked in the sun. The painters themselves never had seen such a thing. Nothing I tried would remove this "hologram" including car wax, auto car wash soap, a clay product a neighbor tried and even solvents like WD 40 and 3M adhesive remover, as advertised on Youtube. I found the answer, thanks to Fernando who was instrumental in picking the correct product and explained in detail how to best use it. IT WORKED!! I was able to remove the "hologram" that the plastic left stuck to my clear coat without damaging my paint job. I cannot thank Fernando enough for his expertise. I will use this shop for all my detailing questions and purchasing products future forward.
