DO NOT VISIT!!!! The sales people scam you by not telling you your APR interest rate and financing terms. The finance people don't want to do their jobs after you've bought the car and realized how much you got scammed. Instead of simply answering your questions in a timely manner, they let your emails go unanswered for multiple days, leading into weeks. Then when you call for answers, they have attitude and interrupt you. I'm talking about Erik in particular but I've had nothing but terrible experiences here, from sales, to service, to finance, and am so glad to have moved closer to a different Toyota dealership, even though I'll be trading this overpriced POS in for a much better, yet cheaper, car. Brought my car in for oil change, noise with the back hatch door and recall inspection. This was My 2nd attempt on the recall b/c no one explained that the job would take 3 hours and have to pull things apart to inspect the recall item. Keys got stuck in their drop off box. Appt was for 730. No one followed up. I called around 1230 to get an update of course nothing had been started. Found me keys, but again can't have the recall checked b/c now there isn't enough time. I got contradicting info on the hatch door first saying nothing was wrong which I said was wrong. Another rep came to help and he said he did test the door and noticed the noise. I do have a warranty but they said it was cancelled which was not by me. Initially said I needed to check on it then at end said they would, which I was not banking on happening. Never received a call. Had to call about that 2x as I did not get a returned call after 2 days. Someone calls me back with more contradicting information and said I would need to call Toyota. Why am I having to call when this is their error and their department ? Now I'm furious. read more

1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience with the service department during what should have been a routine maintenance visit. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 AM for scheduled maintenance, which included a tire rotation, and picked it up around 11:30 AM. Shortly after leaving the dealership, my vehicle displayed a low-tire-pressure warning indicating that the left rear tire was low. Assuming the warning was accurate, I stopped at a gas station and added air to the left rear tire. However, the warning remained on the dashboard. Confused, I drove to the nearest tire shop. They removed the left rear tire--the tire the vehicle was indicating was low--and inspected it. They found nothing wrong with it, reinstalled it, and checked and adjusted the pressure in all four tires. About an hour later, the warning came back, again identifying the left rear tire as being low. I returned to the tire shop. They checked the tire and confirmed that the pressure was fine. The tire shop eventually determined that the problem was related to the tire-position sensors not being reset after Toyota rotated the tires. They then inspected all four tires and discovered an actual nail in the left front tire. They repaired the tire and properly reset the sensors. I contacted Toyota's service department afterward to explain what had happened and the considerable inconvenience this caused. I was particularly concerned because the vehicle's warning system had directed me to add air to a tire that was actually properly inflated. What was even more frustrating was the response I received from the Toyota service department. I was told that they do not reset anything when tires are rotated, and the representative seemed unfamiliar with what I was referring to. I subsequently checked my owner's manual and found the tire-pressure monitoring system reset procedure on page 514, which specifically addresses resetting the system after tire rotation. I returned to the dealership with the owner's manual and showed the representative the procedure. Initially, my concern was again dismissed without even reviewing the procedure I was pointing out. After I specifically showed her the instructions on page 514, she finally acknowledged that there appeared to be an issue and said she would bring it to the service department manager. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my complaint was still not being taken seriously. I would have expected the dealership to investigate the issue, acknowledge what went wrong, and make sure the service department understood the problem. There was also a separate customer-service issue that added to my frustration. This was the third time I had dealt with the same service representative, and each time she asked who had checked me in, as though she had never seen me before. On this particular day, I dropped the vehicle off with her at 7:30 AM, picked it up from her around 11:30 AM, and then returned around 5 PM to discuss the problem. Yet she again acted as though she had never dealt with me. I understand that mistakes can happen. What is most disappointing is how the mistake was handled after I brought it to their attention. I expected better attention to detail from a Toyota service department and, more importantly, better customer service when a legitimate concern was raised. I hope the service manager reviews what happened and uses it as an opportunity to improve both the tire-rotation procedure and the way customer complaints are handled. read more

This is about service I came in a few months ago wanting a noise my car was making to be looked into it - I was given Danny Camacho and he basically doubted me from the start, I did take the car out driving with him and he spent the whole time saying my car is new enough and my worry was invalid - among general talk about him and his history and family. I could not recommend him less. It was the one time I didn't go with my boyfriend and it was a huge regret - never felt so demeaned at such a service place. Definitely felt like it was bias to my gender. Avoid Danny at all costs. I went in again and I was given Kevin, he helped me figure out that it was my brake pads that needed replacement - a very routine normal thing at the mileage my car has. It made no sense to me that any other service person wouldn't think of this or suggest a closer look at what I was noting. I did services here for the last two years. Good service, not pushy, they open even Saturday, which is unheard of in Minnesota where I was for 12 years. So far I had at least six services here and repairs and they are usually done on time sometimes a little bit more. I like their waiting area. Within weeks, the leather on my back seat began peeling and deteriorating--a defect I reported immediately with photos. Instead of replacing the defective seat under warranty, the dealership offered only a cosmetic patch by a third-party vendor. This is unacceptable for a new $45,000 car and falls far below Toyota's advertised standards for quality and customer care. A patch does nothing to address the root problem or protect the value of my vehicle. Despite reaching out to both the dealer and Toyota's corporate customer service, my request for a proper replacement was denied. A lethal combination of sleazy and inept. Best to avoid both the sales department (rip off prices) and the service department (incompetent, lazy and discourteous). I could go on and on about their disreputable sales practices, but they're pretty well documented elsewhere. But the service department deserves its own review, as you will have to interact with them repeatedly while it's under full warranty. You may bring your vehicle in for scheduled service only to be told that a part required for the scheduled repair is not in stock, or have them tell you nothing is wrong with the vehicle when it's clearly doing something that you know it's not supposed to. But they'll try to convince you it's normal or that it's your fault and not covered by the warranty. read more

I have a 2018 Toyota Corrola iM in excellent condition with under 20K miles. It was time for an oil change so I figured given the age of the car I would give her some love and do a full service as well. When the estimate far exceeded the online estimate when scheduling, I balked and inquired. My otherwise exceptional Service Advisor (TL) provided what sounded to be reasonable explanations ... so, I agreed. Once home, however, not being able to shake the invoice amount, I entered all the data into AI and asked if I was duped. Here is the short answer from AI: "You were not "duped" in the sense that the services were likely performed, but you were sold a heavily inflated service package ("Maintenance Package") rather than the strict Toyota recommended maintenance schedule. For future, ask for the "Toyota Scheduled Maintenance" and decline "add-on" cleaners." So, live and learn, but my takeaway is that servicing a car at a dealership now appears (maybe it always has been - I just had not experienced this before) just as skulduggery as purchasing one and having to research and ensure a good-great OTD (out-the-door) price -while also ensuring there are no dealer add-ons, etcetera. Honestly, I gotta say, if I now have to put as much energy into getting a car serviced as I do when I buy a car that this ticks me off - I don't blame my advisor at all, like I said, an exceptional human being; and, the service experience - outside of the invoice - was great. That said, any dealership - sales or service - that is going to play us like this has likely lost my business. IF I return in the future, I now know I must do my due diligence to ensure I am not upsold in service ... just as this dealership is doing with their used cars (read their fine print and be aware of those scam dealer add-ons not part of the listed price)! Do better, Victory Toyota, we have wheels and can go elsewhere! I personally would not purchase a car from you after looking though the add-on scams. I went for a service and first they lay a laser assessment of your alignment saying my wheels are out of alignment, even though there is not symptom of a problem. Anyway, so It was a service that used to be included in warranty, But Toyota now limits that to two years so this one I would have to pay., Fine, they show me options, from $850 to $1400 for what is basically an oil change, I read through the list of things they would "PERFORM" on the vehicle and it included adjusting the floor mat, are you kidding, you call that a service. I am only giving this review 2 stars because Trevor Linnane was able to help me resolve all my issues in the end and was extremely kind. I had the immense displeasure of having my car issue assigned to Leita Conder in the service department. She tried to charge me $950 for a repair that was actually priced at $650. Additionally, despite 3 weeks of calling her and trying to get her to do her job and contact my insurance company, she did not, and Trevor had to instead. Ask for them to provide you with a full cost before you agree to a test drive. I drove an hour to see a car, which they then told me had to be fixed even though they had made an appointment to show it that day. Then upon my second visit a week later they sprung on me that there was a 3k fee (on a 10k 15-year-old Hybrid) for a security system and that I was required by them to buy it. So our salesperson was great. No problem. This review is for the finance manager, Rocio Navarro, and whoever runs the marketing dept. We purchased a Highlander on July 1st. They were running 4th of July promos and we chose the gift card on the form that Rocio gave to us. I emailed her on August 9th and 12th, no response. Again, on the 26th and she responded that she'd look into it and call me the next day. Didn't hear back from her as per her email, so on September 9th, I sent a quick email just to check on the status of the gift card. She responded that she had resubmitted the request and it would be reordered. It's now November 10th and after emailing her again both in October and November, regarding status of it, I've heard nothing. I don't understand the lack of communication or lack of willingness to make good on the promo. It's literally been 5 months. We've been very patient. Victory Toyota needs to do better on the 'people" side of sales. ** 11/19 changing my review from 1 star to 3 , I guess they noticed my original review? Rocio reached out and had the gift card ready immediately. While I appreciate the follow up, the way I felt being strung along and not even replied to was not good. I called around 1:00 pm, was told it's not completed and I asked if it usually takes 5 1/2 hours for this service. "Danny", said he'd check and call back. I don't play that game, and I stayed on the line and eventually he said it was completed. So...I ride my bike to Victory Toyota, walk myself and bike inside, and was actively ignored until a woman asks me "What's going on"(like she's my friend, so unprofessional). I spoke to Danny, and he asked if in the future, I could write preferred pick-up time near top of Early Bird envelope. Without a word, I pointed to my 10:00 am request. Danny said he thought it was a 6! I laughed out loud at the incompetence. My credit card was initially declined but the second pass was successful. I guess you're supposed to flag someone down whenever you bring your car in for a scheduled service, otherwise you'll just be ignored. Everything went perfect. I met with Hap Plain upon arrival. He went over everything with me about my Truck. He had a great Toyota Truck ready for me to go home in. He made me feel like a Very special important customer. I like that. Not only did I get to take the Truck home for free. They put in well over $100. in gas in it. It was detailed and more beautiful than when I first bought it. I'm so proud of my ToyotaTundra Capstone!!! Confirmed availability and scheduled an appointment to test drive a used car. When we got there, they said it didn't run. Later I saw they had sent an email 6 minutes before the appointment stating the 2023 vehicle needed a new battery. We wasted a lot of time driving to and from...very disappointing.
