I absolutely love this place. I have gone here twice now they're very nice. They're very fast. The only downside is Yamaha's can only go on Mondays, but really the service is amazing. The price is fair. And the best part is you can go in and get everything done in one day. The best part is they're not just there trying to rip you off. I honestly Do Not recommend anyone to this place Napa Valley Moto , in September 04 I brought my 2005 Honda 1300 VTX for a carburetor kit replacement, the mechanic quoted me $385 I ended up paying over $696.80 I took them over a month when they finally called me to pick up my bike, the owner told me that I had to ride the bike at least 100 miles in order for the carburetors to cleanup completely!! As soon as I took off I knew that the bike still had the same problem! Plus a minor leak of antifreeze! ... Rode the bike for 130 miles Nothing change , next day I went back to the owner ( shop ) Told him that the bike was running the same as before plus it had a antifreeze leak! I showed him the green spots all over the engine . Left my bike there for another 3 weeks ! He had to order the parts for the coolant leak" Charged me another $193.04 dls , picked up the bike told me the same thing! Ride the bike 100 miles at least . I took me 3 blocks to realize that the bike was the same! And with the coolant leak! I turned around went back pissed off! ... I Just told him my bike still running the same !! And still has the coolant leak! After 2 weeks he called me said that they found the leak, it was a pinched house !! ( this was cause by them this guy doesn't know anything about mechanics! . Last week he tried to tell me that there were more issues w my bike! Related to the fuel problem Gave me another estimate for $495 dls just for parts with no guarantees that the bike will be fixed. Yesterday 12/05/18 I picked up my bike As it was ! He hand me a paper bag w some of the parts! ...Had to rent a trailer to take my bike. this guy caused me a lot of headaches and stomachache! .. I would do zero stars if possible. Worst place of business I have ever encountered. My dad brought his electronic scooter there for them to fix. They had it for 9 1/2 months! My dad followed up many times and then constantly told him dates that it would be ready by and then would not answer. He eventually picked it up after 9 1/2 months and it was NOT FIXED. Not only that, but he brought it to a different mechanic after having such a terrible experience there and his scooter is completely broken now because they neglected to put ANY OIL IN IT. They did not fix it. They had it for almost a year. They broke it more than it was when he brought it in. Now it is called Napa Valley Moto. Worst worst worst. read more

This place is now called Napa Valley Moto. I cannot stress enough that you should stay away. Had Napa Valley Moto change the tires on my Road Glide before making a run to Elko, NV. This was the first ever tire change on my bike. During my trip it felt like the rear of my bike was wobbling. I had a couple friends riding behind me and they said it looked like the bike was going to come out from under me in curves. I rode my bike to Elko and my first stop was the Harley Davidson dealership. The rear axle adjustment cams were adjusted in such a way that my rear wheel was not true. The right side axle cam was damaged and had to be replaced. Also, my belt was extremely tight, there was absolutely no play in it at all. The mechanic at Harley said this could have also attributed to the rear wobble, since an overly tight belt could cause axle walk. After figuring out the rear of the bike the tech took the bike for a ride, where he discovered a wobble on deceleration. Upon inspection of the front it was determined it was not assembled correctly. When the front axle was loosened it caused the front forks to spring away from one another. Needless to say the front end should not have sprung. The Harley mechanic said this indicates the front end was incorrectly reassembled. After returning from my trip I went back to Napa Valley Moto and talked to the guy that did the work on my bike. He gave me excuse after excuse as to what "could have" caused the issue. I just wanted to give him a heads up that he incorrectly assembled my bike. I can not recommend this shop to anyone. This was the one and only time I had them work on my bike. I figured I would try a local shop since I am new to the area, and the owners asked that I give them a shot. It only was my life at risk during my trip, but also the lives of the 6 brothers riding behind me. read more

Beware!!! Poor knowledge of newer Sport Bikes! After "Googling" how to remove my back wheel for a tire swap they used axle-grease to seat the new tire and scratched my rim...never again! Two stars cause the owner is cool and they have some good retail selections...and it's called Napa Valley Moto now, BTW. read more

Only come in a couple times for a bike cover and battery tender. New to the area.. nice, well kept shop that seemed busy but not overwhelming. Will be bringing my bike in to try service shortly when the weather lightens up. Decent prices for accessories...quick friendly service. read more

Last night i was driving by when i saw one of their mechanics publicly attack a female Rider, on the sidewalk right in front of other employees. All they did was sit and stare . If this is how they treat fellow riders/customers , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! ESPECIALLY female riders! OMG - Worst imaginable - brought my Kymco scooter in for belt/clutch repair, took 3 months and failed - brought it back, they then said motor had blown up - agreed to repair price took 6 1/2 more months - then refused to recognize agreed to price, I paid, worse yet, motor repair failed miserably - will never go back and would not advise anyone. read more

I brought my vintage Triumph bike in for a minor repair with a chain guard and throttle adjustments. It sat for over a week with no activity and then I decided to just go in and pick it up. I discovered when I got home there was a missing metal engine plate/plug that had nothing to do with the repair. I called and also visited the shop 6-7 times telling them to find the missing part and they never called me back! The missing plate was a clutch adjustment cover - again nothing to do with the requested repair. With no response, I had to find the missing vintage cover on my own. These guys are worthless and have zero follow - up - also they should've paid for the part they lost! Stay away! read more

Ron and the guys at this shop have always been great. I thought I needed new front and rear brakes and so I dropped my bike off. Ron called me and told me I only needed the rear and the fronts had plenty left on them. This is something I truly appreciated because the repair business is full of people trying to take their customers for as much as possible. I was broken down after hours once. I called Ron and happened to catch him before he left the shop. He came down and towed me in. His service and honesty deserves all the stars in the world. I work in the automotive industry and see people getting worked over all the time. Ron and his team are honest and they appreciate their customers. This place is a waste of time. A couple of months ago I determined that the front wheel bearing on my Harley Sportster probably needed replacement as it was starting to howl. On 3 separate occasions I went to their shop during what was posted as open business hours only to find them closed. On my fourth visit they were open and I spoke with the mechanic about the problem. He indicated that they would need to order the replacement bearing and would call me when it arrived and schedule the work. He said it would probably be a few days to get the part. After 3 calls and messages over the past 2 months with no call back I went over to the shop, again during posted open hour, only to find the place closed! Looks like I will have to head over to Vacaville to get the job done. read more

I,ve been a customer at this shop for several years and have always been quite happy with the repairs and service that i've gotten. Ron, the previous owner sold it aprox a year or so ago so naturally I wondered what would happen.......I'm happy to say that the results are all good!! The new owners name is Craig Mallery. He's very friendly, experienced and quite knowledgeable on a wide variety of motorcycles. They have expanded their service from Harleys to all motorcycle brands,and changed their name to "Napa Valley Moto". Ellison does all of the repair work and has been there for quite a while. His work is superb and he is always willing to help out with any questions you may have about your bike. They also have a large assortment of parts and upgrade accessories. If they don't have it they can order it pronto. The prices on everything including labor are hard to beat too.
