Almost immediately after reaching out, he was asking questions, requesting pictures, and really trying to get an idea of my space. He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely communicative. Unlike one company I dealt with, he was also open to giving me multiple options. There were no pushy sales tactics. He definitely isn't a salesman, he's an installer. Replacing your entire HVAC system is not cheap, and honestly, it is intimidating if you don't know a darn thing about SEER ratings and tonnage. I can research just about anything, so I really appreciated being given the information and having the opportunity to take it back and analyze it for myself and compare. The entire install went great, the team was courteous, respectful and seem to work well with Nick! They were joking around like old friends while working their tails off getting the install done. FYI he is not located on long Island any more, but that doesn't stop him from providing excellent service. He is on the island all the time. Their guy Tim showed up on time at 2. He took a look at the leaking pipe and the heater. His estimate for the pipe was $350, while other people range from $100 to $175. So I said I would call him back. Then this guy suddenly asked for service charge of $89. I had talked to the office in the morning and was clearly told the estimate is free. I explained that to Tim, and offered him $20 for the visit, but he insisted on the $89. I rejected, then he repeated "you shouldn't treat people like this" with angry, threatening face. All he did was look at the pipe and heater for 5 minutes. I called the office while he was still here, but he left before I was connected to somebody. The lady who answered apologized and confirmed that the estimate is free, and she would tell her boss. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

It just constantly felt like it was running to make the house cold. He also added a supply and return in the small addition. We had the system put in during October 2022. Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped.
