We had to replace everything they did twice! Our contractor passed away unexpectedly during construction and we wound up starting over on plumbing. Thankfully, we found AquaPro. Jose, the owner and master plumber, came in and did a full assessment. He told us what could be salvaged (which wasn't much unfortunately) and provided us with an estimate for all if the changes needed for us to pass inspection. Our usual plumber was away and the first plumber I had called showed up for 10 minutes guessed a range of issues, he got our boiler working for 5 minutes and then ran off. I asked if he could wait to make sure we were good to go and he still rushed out. Then I spent 4 days trying to get this person to come back with parts. I even ordered the parts myself. Then still no proper response. I reached out to AquaPro on Yelp and got a response within minutes. The next day Jose came over and was clearly very knowledgeable.
