The system has never run correctly from the start. The gas burner was not tuned correctly from day one. Every time I called for service or a cleaning, I was told the system is burning the old oil residue away and will evenly stop creating the black soot. I called the manufacturer of the gas burner, and they confirmed the system is not tuned to run efficiently and correctly. After calling again for service, I could see the technicians didn't know what to do and they basically did nothing after paying almost $500. They said I need a new system. SAD. I am now dealing with the manufacturer directly. As for the storefront... Excellent service..,ask a question, they had the answer.
