Was a loyal customer for 2+ years I was overbilled ($180 for a 20 mile/30 min trip) and contacted them for a refund/credit, they were completely rude and refused to refund or adjust my bill. Long time customer here. I use this company to/from airport for all my business trips. Always on-time pickup, courtesy service and clean car. Different drivers most of the time. The guy drivers (gentlemen) are generally better at carrying the luggage from the front door steps to the car and to the curb better than the lady drivers. All and all good company. They have an online reservation which works well and you can view all your history, receipts and bookings. If you are lucky, you will get pick up by a long stretch limo occasionally. read more

We were charged more than we were quoted when we made the reservation. Despite confirming the reservation, on which we'd entered the correct credit card info, the limo company called after the ride to say the charge was declined. The credit card company said they were approving the charge on their end, and it was showing up on our online statement. I called the limo company back to tell them, and they continued to say the charge was declined. Someone else's review mentions a problem with the company declining a card that was perfectly good too, so this company may have a problem with its payment system. It's a hassle to have to resolve it, and they're not apologetic. Regarding the ride itself, the car was clean and the driver was on time to pick us up, but he was not particularly friendly. read more

My family and I have been using this company for years and we've never had any problems. Our drivers are friendly to us, and we are fiendly to them. My father uses them every week to go to O'hare airport ( i believe he takes a lincoln towncar), I have used them for special occasions such as proms, and work parties. For a work party we wanted our party bus decorated in our company colors, and Naperville Limousine had no problem doing so. They gave us the confirmation number and called us to ask if we preffer any types of drinks in the car, which was highly appreciated.I have taken multiple party buses from many companies, but theirs was different and custom made, which I really liked! The last experience I had with them was this past Wednesday ( Blackout Wednesday to be exact). My friend and I were stuck at the bars in Plainfield witn no ride home at 3 am. We tried calling every taxi company, and either they had no cars or there was a wait of minimum 2 hours. As my last resourt, I called Naperville LImousine. They picked up the phone right away and were very nice about my last minute call. I apologized a million times and asked them to get me a car right away, which they did. They told me I might have to wait around 20 minutes, because the car that they have for me is doing a drop off not too far away from me. Which was totally fine, because I called last minute and asked them to pick me up right then. They sent me a stretch HUMMER limo, and charged me for a regular TOWNCAR because that was not what I asked for, but it was the only free car they had left. Even though it was 3:30 am and I was way too drunk, the driver was super nice to me. He opened the door, and even helped me get in! ( how embarrasing!!) It was a wonderful experience! We arrived to O'Hare following an 8-hr overnight flight, arriving at 5 am dog tired. We expected our limo to be available at the previously reserved time at 5:15. RUDE! I mean really! Did not have a limo for the return trip, so they just hung up the phone. Just RUDE!

I attempted to book a limo for my sister-in-law's wedding through this company. I booked the limo for 3 hours (which is their mandatory minimum, even though we only needed the limo for like an hour tops) using their online booking option and then called to follow-up. When they found out the booking (which they had already confirmed) was for a wedding they proceeded to tell me I needed to fill out a contract and that it would cost $50 extra dollars even though I just needed the limo to take the bride from her home to the ceremony. The man I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional when I (calmly I might add) questioned him as to why it cost $50 more dollars and couldn't give me any reasonable answer besides "well, if we book you for this time slot then we won't be able to book another wedding." Not sure how that justifies the extra $50 bucks. I later found out that this is the SAME company as Mercury Limousine Service when I tried to call them for a quote, got the same guy who grumpily told me "I just talked to you!" and was again unfriendly when I asked him why online it said their wedding service for a 10 passenger limo was $255 and he had just quoted me $295 when I called through the Naperville Limousine phone number. I recently booked this company for ride to and from the airport. During pick-up driver sat in my driveway, didn't even bother to ring the doorbell to let me know she was here. She sat there for 5min before I looked out my garage to see she was here. The ride home was even worse!! After calling to let them know I landed, the dispatcher told me they will be there shortly. I waited 10 minutes before I had to call back again. She was going to find out where the driver was. We got disconnected, but didn't bother to call back. I had to call her, she stated the driver would be there in 2-3 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by before I had to call again! She said he should be pulling up. Luckily this time he came, however, I had to wait an hour before my driver picked me up. Not only was he late, but threw a hissy fit, sighing and throwing his phone down! This is the worst limo company I have ever dealt with! My wife and I got married on May 16th, we got an excursion limo for or wedding it was suppose to have a fully stocked bar, it had 6 miller lite, 6 budweiser cans 3 pepsi cans and a few bottles of water, and a full decanter of this brown nasty alcohol it was very disappointing! The drivers are very rude!! the radio sucked, and he didn't even say congrats to us! The drivers are more concerned with getting tips than anything, they told us the price and plus tip many times. When we booked Naperville Limousine for our wedding, they gave a good price on getting a limo to take us to the airport for our wedding, that driver was worst than the first one and the limo he took us in was very old and the ride there was terrible!!!!! when we returned back from our honeymoon the driver was a half hour late, we stood right where he told us he would meet us, when he finally came he called me and said we had to walk down to him. I couldn't believe that we just traveled for 6 hours and now we have to carry all our luggage down 3 terminals to meet him! when he dropped us off he said it was $58 plus tip! we gave him $60 and told him how terrible of a job he did, then he wanted to continue arguing with us. I spoke with the owner of Naperville Limousine he could care less about how unsatisfied we were, he was just as rude as the drivers.
