My fiancé and I love this ice cream shop! Very down-to-earth owners who are super friendly and welcoming. The place itself is always very clean and decorative! Black cherry is our favorite flavor, but we also love to try their new flavors every now and then. There are so many to choose from and it's definitely high quality ice cream! Had absolutely delicious coffee & cookies n cream ice cream yesterday with homemade chocolate dipped waffle cones!! It's a really fun atmosphere to be in when it's not covid times as there's an awesome strawberry milkshake colored apoxy floor throughout the whole establishment and vibrant sky blue tables and chairs. In addition, the owner and her husband couldn't be nicer people! They even gave us a complimentary cup of their homemade soft serve pineapple dole (the Disney soft serve) as we were leaving! So refreshing and fruity!! They also have sorbets and sugar free flavors available! read more

Ice cream is awesome, customer service not so great. If you want to get screamed at from across the store because your 3 year old is walking around with his ice cream cone and spilling some of it, then this is the place for you! I'm not saying it wasn't called for, because I understand the owner looking out for the cleanliness of her shop, but there are SO many different ways to get your point across and with better customer service. When I went up to her to voice my concern and ask for her name, she just said "if you're going to write a bad review, just get out!" and then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't get out, she was going to call the cops... like what? I strongly suggest the owners educate themselves more in customer service and all that it entails, SPECIALLY if you're in the service industry. Like I said, ice cream is great, but definitely not worth the unpleasant experience. read more

Love ice cream. Try every ice cream shop I can find. Sadly I have not been able to try this one. First time I tried stopping by, they were not open yet. Okay, no problem I will come back in a few weeks. Second time I stopped by, apparently not open on Monday's? Okay, I will try again. Stopped by last night at 7:50 and they were closed. The sign on the window said they close at 8 and the employees/owners? were just standing in the back room. Got out of the car stood by the door for a minute to see if I could catch their attention. Nope. Finally, as I was backing out of the spot they came out and watched as I backed away. Wish I could give them a better review, but it's kinda hard when you can never get in the place. Some advice to the owner/manager, as someone who has started a couple of businesses. When the business is brand new, it needs to be open all the time. Open up on Mondays and make sure that the store never closes a minute before it's supposed to. It is importantly your potential customers as well as your cash flow and the future success of your business. Good luck to you, but I won't be going out of my way to make another visit to your shoppe. Reply to comment: the sign just to the left of your door was flipped around to say CLOSED. read more
