I drove here after another Infinity dealership cancelled my Saturday service appointment b/c of "overbooking." They took me right in and offered outstanding service. I even noticed a small problem (intermittent popping noise) that I hadn't previously mentioned was resolved after I drove away. Mickey was my service advisor and Micheal took me out to show me the QX50s on the lot while I waited. Honestly, I've never felt so welcome at a dealership--and I didn't feel pressured in any way. This service department couldn't care less about my vehicle. The past two times I've been here to have an oil change performed on my Q50, they have screwed up. The first time, they took my vehicle 92 MPH down Riverwatch Parkway, which was captured on my dash cam. This time, they recommend I receive a $270 brake job, and when I take my vehicle somewhere else for the brakes to be inspected, I'm told my brakes are completely fine, but that the dealership left behind a wrench that was rubbing against my rotor. I have never had such a TERRIBLE experience with a dealership until now. I will never own another Infiniti because of how this dealership treats my vehicle! I needed two tires for my SUV which were out of stock at four (4) tire stores in the CSRA. On the spur of the moment I called Napleton Infinity and spoke to Wanda who greeted me the a spirited "Good Morning" took my info and got me to the parts department to check the tire inventory on hand; which they did thankfully. I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes later and Wanda checked me in for the install of the tires which will enable me to safely travel this weekend. read more

A first impression is a lasting impression! This location is the worst Infiniti dealership that I've dealt with. Having dealt with Infiniti dealerships in North Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia, this location was by far my worst experience. While visiting family in town from VA, I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and left with a loud engine noise because they failed to put in my air filter cover correctly so my engine was making an unusual noise. Due to other obligations in my schedule I didn't have time to take the car back. They didn't change my oil or conduct a tire rotation like I dropped the vehicle in for and if I didn't tell them my vehicle had a maintenance warranty was going to charge me for services that weren't performed! The engine "oil" was still very dark which indicates to me they didn't change the oil so I had to take my car to a dealership in Virginia to get an oil change and tire rotation. The VA dealership confirmed that services in this Augusta dealership weren't performed at all. The mileage information they put in their system about my 2017 vehicle was over 200,000 miles.. Really?! Be aware of services rendered and double check all work! I will never use this Infiniti dealership again nor will I buy an Infiniti from a location that cheats its customers!!! read more

Service department with no one in charge. Every time you call them the have a different manager. Policy of loaner cars changed you can no longer get a loaner. I am trying to get my second key for the vehicle I purchased this past Saturday (6-22-19). I went to the service department on Monday( since they were closed on Saturday) to pick up my floor mats, the extra key, and to have the vehicle detailed, per salesman Duane. A rather large black guy in the service department tells me that they can't give me floor mats and they don't have the second key for my vehicle. I was told that I could have it done on Thursdays. Today is Thursday. I called INFINITI of Augusta to see if I could bring the car in to have the second key made. I was told by Joey that the guy who does the keys had left about an hour ago. He only comes on Thursday mornings. I explained that I'm a truck driver that works longer than average shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays so, I can't be there on a Thursday morning. Joey asked if I could drop the car off on Wednesday evening. I said sure but I'll need a courtesy vehicle to get to work and back to the dealership for my vehicle that Thursday. He said that courtesy vehicles are limited but he could offer me a ride to work via a shuttle. I was ok with that. The problem is that the shuttle stops at 5 pm. I leave out for work at 2am. Therefore, I have no way to work. I was then told that his hand were tied because that is the only time the key guy comes in and he doesn't have many courtesy vehicles. I was then asked if I could get someone to take me to work. If I had someone to take me to work, there would not have been a need to purchase a vehicle. I think it is so unprofessional for them to put so much time and energy into making a sale and absolutely zero effort into proper customer service. I am not asking for anything to be given to me other than what I was told to come pick up. I can not take off work to have a key made( which should have been made before the vehicle was sold). I am off Mondays and Tuesdays. I think you all can have the "key guy" to meet me at the dealership on one of those days. Or either, make sure there is a courtesy vehicle available for me to drop my car off Wednesday evening and will return it Thursday evening when I pick up my vehicle. I don't think that is too much of an inconvenience for INFINITI of Augusta. It IS an inconvenience for me to have to take off work or to "catch a ride " to work. I don't know what and who your courtesy vehicles are limited to but, I am a paying customer and I'm just as deserving of the services. I would like to speak to someone who can resolve this issue and whose hands "aren't tied ". read more

This car buying experience at the location here at the beginning was great I walked into this new establishment looking for a car recommended by someone from another location and I now wish that I would have not made that decision. I went there and got bambosseled. I should have known went I went to an Infiniti dealer and they tried to put me in a Toyota that it was a bad decision but based on the level of customer service provided by Joe I proceeded to follow up with them he sent me a photo of a car that only one could love it had rims on it suited up nice and had all the features I was looking for I test drove the car and everything was clear as soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on so frantic I called the car dealership immediately and because of me having to return to work the earliest I could get it there was the following day which I took the car back and the same sales person told me that the parts department was not open until Monday. Keep in mind I never drove it st night until Sunday and when doing so I realized that the headlight also was not working on the drivers side of the vehicle so I expressed that concern in which at that time I brought it up to the same person joe that sold the car to me and he told me that oh it works you just have to turn the light switch on 3 times because the lights that are on the vehicle are aftermarket and because of that they require more power and have to turn on the light so i took it around and had a 2nd opinion and they indicated that was not true. When I first brought this up to joe he told me that because the inside of the car which also didn't have lights in it either was not a safety issue that it could not be replaced and if the headlights were not working that would be a safety thing. If they are working so they are good. False after I took it back to find out why the check engine light was on a month later because they wanted me to wait to see if warranty would cover it then they told me that they could not fix the light that it is in fact an issue with it but I would have to pay 1400 dollars to have it fixed. Do not buy a car from these liars. I will never do business with them again horrible horrible horrible!!!!! read more

At Napelton Infiniti, Deon Johnson, the service manager, is a liar, and Tyrone Ramsey, the service consultant, is an idiot and their foolishness caused unnecessary collateral damage. They can't or won't give you a straight answer and try to twist the scenario as if you are unreasonable or crazy. Owning and a luxury car is an expensive proposition but even when I had a battered Toyoto, I've made it a habit to take my car to the dealership after a bad experience with a mechanic shop on Wrightsboro Road in 2002. Even though the prices are high, I trusted the expertise, technology and intuitiveness if the techs. Napelton disabused me of that foolush notion. They've lost a customer and I'm spreading the word. I'll either be going to Dick Smith Infiniti or a "regular" mechanic. read more

I was looking to purchase a vehicle from this business in cash but they gave me every reason to finally take my business elsewhere.....sales person not returning customer call or text.......not willing to sit down and discuss a fair offer on the vehicle we was looking to purchase. But Thanks Napelton we found the exact same vehicle at Nalley's of Marietta for $1500.00 less than your price. I always have an amazing experience at this location. I drive from Columbia SC to get my car serviced. I continue to come here because of the awesome customer service and the amazing service associates. Vinny assisted me with my oil change, front wheel barring, alignment and front/rear breaks. I've had such a terrible experience at a previous dealership that's literally 5 minuets from my home but because Napleton is so amazing it's easy to continue here. Stay away from Napleton Infiniti in Augusta even under new management. The service department is a rip off. They don't stand by their specials that are posted online. They add additional services that you do not need. I had a special buy one tire get the other up to 200 off but then they stated to get special you had to purchase tire rotation packet as well as other services first they stated appr. 400 then later over 600. I stated I just want tires only and will get work down elsewhere first no problem then call saying packet must be purchased. Don't bother caller higher corporate doesn't work. Service personnel as well as sales personnel are the same but something very shady in there processes. On January 17th, I brought my wife's Infinity G37 Coupe in for the 30,000 mile maintenance. However, I had a free oil change coupon and had just bought new tires, thus did not need the tire rotation. I was assured I would not pay for those two items. I also asked for a four-wheel alignment. When I was told the cost would be over $1200, I was quite surprised at the cost. I inquired if this was the cost for a normal 30,000 maintenance and I was assured it was. The cost was then read to me item by item and at the conclusion I asked again if this was really the cost of the 30,000 maintenance. I was assured again that it was. I then gave my permission for the work. I was given a loaner vehicle and treated very nicely. When I got home, I was still distressed that this maintenance was so expensive, so I pulled my vehicle maintenance catalog to look at what it recommended. To my surprise, I read where there is a Schedule 1 and 2 maintenance and there is also an "Optional Premium Upgrade" services. Why was I not even informed about the "Optional Premium Upgrade" services? Why was I not informed that the majority of my cost was "Optional"? I feel I was deceived by Napleton Infiniti for not disclosing this fact, especially when I questioned the costs not one time, but two times. I looked closely at my bill, put all the costs into a spreadsheet and noticed several things: 1. Out of the total costs ($1,127.50) for my 30,000 maintenance, $404.99 was for Schedule 1 and 2 service and $722.51 was for the "Optional Premium Upgrade" service (per my Maintenance catalog). Had I known this, I would not have done the "Optional" service. 2. I had a 10% off Service Saver coupon (maximum $100) but was only given a 5% discount (see attachment 3). Why? I believe I was overcharged by the difference of the $100 coupon maximum and the 5% discount of $63.26, or by $36.77 3. While I was told I would not pay for any oil change charges, and in fact the details show the credit, however, the summary did not include the credit. This was because the credit was shown as Other cost (not labor or parts). In the summary, while there are places for labor and parts, there is not one for Other. Thus, I was overcharged by $15.96. In summary, * I believe I was deceived into paying for "Optional Premium Upgrade" services, * The 10% discount was not honored, only 5%, amounting to an overcharge of $36.77 * And there was an overcharge on the invoicing, amounting to $15.96. Shame on me for not reading my Maintenance Catalog before relying on Napleton Infiniti. I thought I could trust you, but will now have to take into account I can not trust you if I ever use you again for anything. I have written a letter to the general partner, written a complaint on their website and sent an email to the general manager, all with no response. I am still owed $52.73. read more

They were advertising a oil change for $39.00 buy one get three free. I talked to a service advisor who knew nothing about the special. I had to wait in line for the service manage. I made an appointment for 830 the next day. I showed up at 815 and was greeted by about 15 min of paperwork for an oil change. The servise advisor told me it would take about an hour so I went down the street to have breakfast, At 938 the Advisor called and stated there technician had just showed up for work and it had not been started. I came in at 1030 and was told there were 8 cars in line and mine had not been started. I ask for my keys back and to talk to the manager I told him I had an 830 appointment, he handed me my keys and showed me the door. I asked if he even cared. He said I dropped my car off and people waiting on their car were taken care of first . Mine was a drop off so they would work it in when they could. What good is an appointment? Why should I have to wait in their waiting room for them to honor my appointment. Don't waste your time going there they are a bunch of idiots read more
