    Great service. Fast. Explained things well. Staff was welcoming. I was hesitant to come due to the bad reviews but very glad I gave them a shot! Definitely recommend Abdul! He's young, easy to talk to, works with you.

    People should be careful if they decide to buy a car with this dealership! Their business practices are not proper in that they advertise online in places like cars.com at one price, and then they change the price when the Customer drives out to their dealership. On my particular deal, they priced the car that was listed on Cars.com for $15, 995, which had been declining for 2 months, and then when they presented the initial deal sheet it was listed $3000. more! They said they had to spend a lot on inspections and such. but they wouldn't show any of that detail. They also added bogus additions like finish and stain protectant ($2995) maintenance services ($199), and something else that made no sense for $1500. Of course, I declined all of this and inflated nonsense and pushed on other things to reduce the overall price. Honest consumers SHOULD NOT have to do this. The people seemed nice, but I cannot forgive this deceptive business practice. In fact, I believe the @Illinois Attorney General or any government agency that is responsible for overseeing the auto dealership industry should launch an investigation into Napleton. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. When I told the GM that I would be writing a review about this, his response was that anything less than 4 stars would impact all of the people in the dealership. Again, unacceptable! Your treatment of Customers is the cause of any bonuses to be lost by the employees! It's not proper to try to guilt a Customer into giving a good review, especially when it is not deserved. I took pictures of all the listing on cars.com to maintain evidence. I urge anyone who sees a care listed by Napleton online to print screen everything they list and take it to the deal meeting and be prepared for the "bait and switch" dance you will have to play. You can get a good car, but it really shouldn't be like this. As always, buyer beware!

All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! The next day MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ connected us with  GM ALLEN GOOCH  of BOB RORHMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA and his BEST salesperson LOGAN VANDEMEER.     STAY AWAY VERY DISHONEST SERVICE Consultant and manager. Horrible experience-wish I had filed a…read morepolice report. I took my car in for service May 7, 2026. They cracked my windshield and then insisted that I get it covered under my comprehensive insurance or through the extended warranty. There was no crack on the windshield when I brought the car for service. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, did NOT observe or document any cracks on the windshield when the car was brought in. Additionally, the mechanics working on the car also did not observe nor document a crack on the windshield. Therefore. upon completion of the service, when I took the car back, I was shocked to notice an approximately 6-8 inches crack on the passenger side windshield. I drove the car back immediately to the dealership. Initially, the service consultant agreed that he had observed no cracks when the car had come in and nor had he informed me or documented a crack on my windshield when the car had come in for service. However, after consulting his manager he started insisting that there could have been a chip that had become a crack when the car was put up and down for Service. Additionally, his manager insisted there could have been a crack when the car was brought in and that it hadn't been visible because the crack/chip was located at the bottom of the windshield where the area was black. And to make matters worse when I asked to see the pictures as taken when my car was brought in, to confirm whether a chip could have been there when the car was brought in. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, refused to provide me with the pictures-- he kept saying,"I can't show you the pictures right now." It wasn't until he took the pictures of the cracked windshield and downloaded them to his computer that he showed me the pictures. Moreover, he then proceeded to delete a bunch of pictures from his computer and when I questioned him about what pictures he was deleting he said it was his computer and that I should let him work on his computer. He then proceeded to show me the pictures that were taken after the service had been performed, and the crack was visible on the windshield as the pictures that were taken when the car was brought in! NON OF THE PICTURES WERE DATED OR TIME STAMPED. When I questioned him and his manager about it, they had no answer. Instead they kept insisting that I get my insurance or the extended warranty to cover the replacement. I had purchased the car and an extended warranty at Lexus of Naperville, another fraudulent dealership!! Therefore, I called Lexus of Naperville regarding the extended warranty the "platinum warranty" that I had purchased that was supposed to cover the windshield or so I was told at the time of purchase, however, I was informed that the extended warranty did not cover the windshield! At this point, I have opened a complaint with Lexus of North America. I am very upset!! I will also provide my insurance company about this.

Things seemed to go well over email with Ken and I went in to finalize the purchase. The test drive with Brian was also fine. Things have all been downhill from there. I asked to purchase the official VW Drive Easy warranty and the salesman gave me a fair enough price for one. The finance guy, Ibrahim took over and ruined the whole experience. He tried selling a warranty for scratches because "women can't drive". He also lied straight to my face by swearing up and down the third party warranty he was selling actually was the company that underwrites the Drive Easy warranty. I reluctantly purchased because Ken had been good until that point. When I went home and verified that they in fact lied about the warranty they sold me, I requested a refund in writing and didn't get a response. The finance guy finally called me back only after calling a sales manager, and said 1. He never told me this was not the official warranty because he doesn't even have access to a VW extended warranty. A VW dealer doesn't have access to VW products? What? When I called him out, he offered it to me for another $800. When I asked for a refund, he kept giving a million excuses and kept dodging a response. He has since stopped taking my calls. The salesman finally got me a cancellation form 10 days ago and has also stopped responding since I turned it in. The sales manager told me 3 days ago he would personally call me back about the status of the refund and has yet to do so. This is beyond frustrating and I can't in good faith recommend doing business with this dealership.

    BAIT AND SWITCH + THREATENING BEHAVIOR…read more I visited Napleton Palatine Hyundai on 5/28/2026 to purchase a 2026 Hyundai Sonata SEL Sport AWD (Stock: PH100221, VIN: KMHL64JA0TA535480). Your own website advertises 0% APR for 60 months on Sonata models through 6/1/2026. My salesman Lian Torres and I agreed on an out-the-door price of $32,711.42 with $15,000 down -- resulting in a correct monthly payment of $295.19 at 0% APR. When we reached the finance office, the finance manager unilaterally changed the terms to 0.99% APR without any explanation. When I presented screenshots of their own website showing the 0% promotion, the finance manager told me to either sign at 0.99% or use one of the three doors to leave the dealership. Additionally, I was denied the Hyundai college graduate discount that I legally qualify for as a recent graduate -- with no explanation provided. This behavior constitutes: 1. False advertising / bait and switch under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act 2. Threatening and unprofessional conduct toward a customer 3. Failure to honor advertised 0% APR promotional financing 4. Wrongful denial of the Hyundai college graduate discount program I have screenshots of the 0% APR promotion, full documentation of the agreed terms, and a complete record of all communications. I have filed complaints with Hyundai Corporate (1-800-633-5151), the Illinois Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. I purchased my vehicle at another Hyundai dealership who honored the 0% APR and treated me with respect. No customer should ever be threatened or misled by a dealership. Avoid this finance department at all costs.

However, the agent I was supposed to meet, Andres, was unavailable due to an emergency. Another agent, Stephanie, assisted me, but I was told that the car I came for was being driven by the dealership manager and wouldn't be available until Wednesday--two days later. This was frustrating for a few reasons: *The car is listed as "Personal use" on Carfax, yet it is actively being driven by the dealership manager. If it is being used by dealership staff, it would make more sense for it to be classified under "Corporate use." *The mileage displayed online is no longer accurate since the vehicle is being driven. This lack of transparency can be misleading for potential buyers. *It felt like they were trying to push me toward other, more expensive cars instead of honoring the deal I originally came for. This is the second time I've had this experience at a Nissan dealership--last week, a different location told me the car I wanted was "sold" and then tried to sell me a higher-priced alternative. I chose this dealership because they had the best price listed online, but this experience made me question Nissan transparency. I was not expecting this from Nissan. Buyers should be aware of these tactics before making a trip. Wasted my 4 hours.

    Took my car here based on recommendations from my car buddies…read more I wanted an oil change and it was easy to make an appointment. You call for a day and then drop the car the night before or show up in the morning and check in. They verified the oil change and asked if I needed additional service. I asked them to take a look and let me know as I didn't think it did. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was very affordable and the quality and care they put into their work is tremendous. When they called to inform me my car was ready, they validated that no other work needed to be done. But if I wanted to 30K service I could. I decided to pass and doing it next month. They didn't push the services and to call them for an appointment when ready. Lastly, the waiting room has very comfortable theater style seating and a small cafe bar. I'm going to bring all my cars here for future services. Thanks!

    Have been going here for years and dropped off our son's new car to be looked over. Needed an oil…read morechange and some other work done. Picked up the car and did not get to far without it smoking. The oil cap was not put on leaving the oil to go all over the engine, exhaust pipes and drained on our driveway. We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son's new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. He discovered the oil cap had not been replaced, causing oil to spray throughout the engine, onto the exhaust, and all over our driveway. When we contacted the shop, we were told that if the car was returned before noon, it would be inspected and we would receive a call. We never received that call. Because of this error, we were without a vehicle for two days and had to rearrange work and school schedules, including taking time off work. Ultimately, the only action taken was cleaning the oil spill and refilling the oil. There was no follow-up communication, no apology, and no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Given our long history with this business, we are very surprised and disappointed by the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer care shown in handling this situation. This was once our go-to place, and this experience has significantly changed our confidence in their service.
