He did see a BMW sedan that he liked from another dealership but they gave him the runaround when it came down to go through the financing aspect. So we continued looking around and came upon a BMW that was for sale here that was the same year and make so we decide to make the long drive from the city to Palatine, IL. We had a 3/23/24 2 p.m. reservation. We walk in and are greeted by Yuriy. At first personally I didn't really care for him because he seemed like he was a fast talker. He brought out the vehicle we were interested in for us to look at which is on this youtube video here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtrI1vLjVRc&list=PLfkKXXdkDoxcwgDaQ7D5k3nYZnhohjhiU]. Upon looking at the vehicle, I noticed that there were noticeable scratch marks on the vehicle that you couldn't see on the pictures they had. I could tell hubby was a bit disappointed because he could see himself in that car. Yuriy kept the process going and wanted to show us some other luxury vehicles they had in stock. Hubby saw a 2012 Mercedes that caught his eye so Yuriy quickly went to get it. When he let us look at it, it was beautiful. Silver grey, one owner who took very good care of the car and not a scratch on the car. No accidents. We test drove it and it was super smooth. Yuriy seemed genuinely happy that we saw something we liked. He gave us the CarFax information. Hubby gave me that look to say "I want this car". We went through the process of paperwork and the explanation of extended warranty. We were there for awhile. I think hubby thought he was going to leave there with no car but Yuriy changed that and saved the day! He really took time with us and never rushed us out. I would highly recommend Car City. We had a good experience and they pride themselves on having trusted mechanics on site to inspect the cars before they go out on the lot to be sold. Thanks Car City - Hubby still is loving his car and no repairs since! A+!

I bought a Land Rover, which I know have been known to have computer problems. He assured me that he knew the owner and that the car had been taken care of. When I pulled the car fax it confirmed that the car had been only serviced at the Land Rover Dealership. He recommended a company to give me a warranty and had them call me to even set it up. I'm appreciative and would definitely recommend Auto Warehouse to anyone looking for a great used car

    "Is there anything I should know about this car before heading over?" (2008 LR3)…read more "Not necessarily" I should have known that meant "the car has clearly been in an unreported accident and obviously repainted, the air suspension is nonfunctional, the airbag light is on, the PDC doesn't work, and all 4 tires are dry rotted." I rented a Zipcar for $100 to come and see this car because from our conversation and the photos it seemed to be exactly what I wanted. I understand that not everything can be relayed in a conversation and nothing is perfect in the used car world- but these are glaring things you can be honest about especially when you know your customer is renting a car and driving over an hour with cash in hand to come make a deal. -- My first review for this company (before they took it down) was met with the business assuming I am in financial hardship because I was upset that I had to spend $100 to come see this junk car. He also tried to discredit me by commenting on the fact that I had left a 3 star review for a high end restaurant on that account (??). Owner, I do not want any reimbursement of any sort. Please do not offer it or claim I need it like you did last time. For anyone interested in their 08 LR3, here is a photo straight from their website clearly showing it has been repainted, with different shades of grey starting the back of the rear door. Make sure you check the date codes on those tires to see that they've been changed out since I looked at it as well. Despite their adequate tread, they were dangerously dry rotted. The rest of the problems with it should be pretty obvious the moment you start it up. Cheers!

I then requested the name and number to the moving company from there on out they don't answer my calls text or emails. The MY INSURANCE COMPANY reached out to them and mike was yelling at my insurance lady on the phone. It's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. MY BANK also requested my money back from mike and it was denied!!

    Avoid! Bad feeling overall after visiting this dealership on Saturday. Not sure where to even…read morebegin. - New Ram 1500 posted on their site for $65,799 with doc fee and tax should be around $72k or so out the door. They came out with a sheet that said $83k and change. ‍ - So from the start, talking/texting before I came in and asked for the OTD number, they were saying they are so busy and only have two managers that can't take the time to send numbers over the phone - that should be the one and only sign not to go to this dealer. But I went anyways. - Went in just after 6pm and it's a ghost town and I got a weird, cold, creepy feeling right off the bet. I know they close at 7pm or so but still. No one in sight. - Syed (I think) was the salesperson that came out after few minutes and was nice but seemed inexperienced. - Test drive, didn't really want or need to do it as I already drove a couple others at different dealership and at this point it was just about finding the right color/options and price. The weird thing for me was the salesman went with us on the drive and it felt weird as I've test drove and bought a few vehicles in the last 10 years and don't think I remember someone going with us in the last eight or so years. Felt a bit rushed and like an Uber driver, turn here, turn here and back to dealership within probably 10 minutes. But okay, let's get to the numbers. - Another guy comes out, sales manager or finance manager I'm assuming and brings out a printout of the numbers - mind you they could have texted or emailed that sheet before like many other dealers do and not wasted anyone's time. Website price $65,799 and right off the bet he says they've been having issues with the system or website and prices could be wrong. Same price it's been for a week and still is now. Just a bunch of bs and lying ‍ This size dealership can't fix the system pricing ‍ So like I stated before, with the numbers posted and confirmed earlier over the phone with some woman, should be roughly $72xxx or so out the door. Came out with $83k and said it was a mistake on the site. That's a big mistake with over $10k difference. - While waiting for the numbers, my wife asked for the key as she wanted to sit in the drivers seat. No problem and she went but then after a bit I guess the sales guy went outside while I was talking to the other manager. Not sure why but she thought and had a feeling like he thought she was going to steal the vehicle or something - Where I believe they make money/scam with uninformed customers is financing as they tried to push financing a bit few times and I already said I was approved through my bank but was willing to do Stellantis financing if it helps the deal or there are extra rebates. - Next thing I get is thank you for coming and a hand shake. No negotiation or anything, as they figured they were wrong and didn't even plan on trying. Not sure but that was just a weird interaction that even my wife said she's never experienced before. So for that I thank you, as my time is valuable and you already wasted too much of it with the lies/tricks. - Before coming to this dealership, well avoid it, so many better and friendlier ones around Chicago and suburbs. But if you must, get them to give you a complete OTD, out the door number/sheet with vehicle price, trade in, financing, rebates and everything listed. I broke my own rule and went in anyway, just to see the lies and waste my time. Live and learn everyday. - Bonus, $90k msrp truck and the tailgate or split part did not work. Isn't there a delivery inspection when you receive the vehicles to your dealership...? Friends told me to avoid Napleton's but their "low price" tactics got me to come out and have a new kind of experience that I never want to experience again. Live and learn ‍
