Napoli Cafe is the best place to grab breakfast or a coffee in Sneads Ferry, hands down. Their iced coffee which is like $3 rivals anything from Starbucks any day. The space is super clean and the staff are all friendly. I am so happy to have another breakfast option in the Ferry that's family owned and not a chain. Also, the loaded waffles are amazing. Yummy breakfast! Tried the croissant egg and bacon sandwich and a mocha java and was very happy with my choice. Croissant was buttery and soft, bacon was just crispy enough and egg was freshly fried. Mocha was smooth and well balanced, a little sweet, but not too much. Excited to return and try the waffles! read more

I've been to Napoli a handful of times and have tried many drink and food items on their menu and I have never been disappointed! The coffee is so good and is not outrageously priced like you find nowadays and you can tell the food is fresh and made to order. The service is great and I'm excited such a gem is so close by! Noticed this place had just opened on Facebook so I had to give it a try. I got there equivalence of an Italian sub, can't remember the name, but it had ham, salami, and capicola. It was excellent and very filling and the side sauce which was some kind horse radish aioli was a perfect compliment to the hero. What I thought was a side of potato salad turned out to be a well done egg salad which was also very good. Also got to meet the owners, very nice people. Will be back for sure. My friends and I love having study dates here during the school year; there's free WiFi and strong espresso to keep us awake after a long day of classes! I will say the espresso always gives me a stomachache, though that could just be due to my sensitive stomach. The food is usually tasty and filling; I love the bagel with cream cheese and veggies, and the ice cream is a great treat after the beach! The service is most often friendly and helpful. First time eating here. Ate the Italian Combo sub, everything was fresh and delicious and my daughter's medium salad was huge, delicious, and fresh. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Didn't have dessert but it looks good. We will definitely return. read more

This was very disappointing. From the images, the sandwiches look pretty good! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with rye and all the toppings (except red onions). After we ordered and sat down, they came to me stating they were out of rye and if sourdough was okay. Totally fine! I said sure! My sandwich arrived and the only word I have is sad. Honestly, I was a little afraid the chicken was undercooked. I believe it was actually broiled. And the perhaps put in a panini press. Because we didn't see/smell a grill. Could be wrong! Also, the sandwich was completely lacking in the toppings. By that I mean, I had one single slice of tomato...cut in half. About five pieces of small lettuce. And two slices of cucumber. They forgot the green peppers. My husband ordered the Reuben. It was soggy and not made to order. He said no mustard and sadly, they put mustard. Napoli cafe I the cutest little old style cafe. They have coffee drinks, shakes, sandwiches, salads and the BEST Hong Kong waffles! They are smothered in fresh fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Yummy! They have them available with different toppings too. The girl and man who own/run the cafe are the nicest people too. Tonight we went in 10 minutes before close. We were about to turn around when she waved us in and assured us it wasn't a problem.
