Ooof. I never do this because I always feel bad and don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...but this needs to be said. Please, don't waste your time ordering from here, especially if you have an "out of state" phone number. I have a CT phone number, and ordered at 1041am. We got there at 11:30 am and nothing was even started on yet. NOTHING. The owner comes in and says"oh so yeah, I saw you were from Connecticut and didn't start the order until now because I figured you had a long drive here and I didn't want it to be cold." Then ...as I waited another 30 minutes for everything to get ready, I watched behind the counter as what appeared to be one of his sons maybe, made my wraps and sandwiches WITHOUT gloves on. Ugh. And then when I had asked if he was adding shrimp to my wrap, he goes "dad, was I supposed to add shrimp to this wrap?" the dad goes "uhm yeah but you didn't charge her for it yet, right?" And then he proceeded to ask me "did you want the shrimp still? It's $4 extra..." And I said yes. And I still had to pay for the shrimp. And then I had to keep waiting. Ugh. Haven't had the best experience, which is a shame because it's the food is delicious. First time I went I ordered a Greek salad and a steak and cheese. The salad came with no dressing or feta cheese. I went back and the girl behind the counter was sweet and apologetic and fixed it. The next time I called and ordered a steak and cheese for pick up and told them what time I would be there 45 minutes from then. I got to the store and they hadn't even started it. Tonight I didn't want to cook so we agreed to order a pizza. We decided on the steak special which comes with steak, blended cheese, peppers and onions. We put a memo for only peppers and onions on 1/2 because my boyfriend will NOT eat them. I tried to call to order but I couldn't get threw. Ordered online and figured I'd call in a few mins and make sure that it was clear. Still couldn't get through. Pizza comes, super sweet delivery guy tells us that's just how it comes. we take it and look online, you can clearly see the request. Couldn't get through to anyone when I called. I will never order from this place again!!! I am a nurse working on a rapid response team for the state of MA and work 16 hour days. I don't normally eat because they are all covid facilities. Well, I was exhausted and hungry today and decided to order food online. We bought 2 sandwiches and chose to make them a meal with the option given to me of Sierra mist. When the driver arrived, he handed me one Pepsi. He was sorry and said to call. The jerk that answered the phone said that everyone knows he only has Pepsi, diet Pepsi, mountain dew. I called him back and he immediately was yelling at me again. I yelled back and he threatened to come kick my ass at my location!! Fucking asshole, I told him to come and try!! Not sure why this place go so many negative reviews on here, got pizza from Napoli for the first time tonight and it was great. It's Italian style which is a welcome change from the mostly Greek offerings around. Delivery was quick, Pizza was fresh on arrival, and sauce was flavorful. Rude and impatient man on the phone. He charged me $1.00 for extra mayo (because they tend to be skimpy) and rang it in as blue cheese. Which I would understand because blue cheese is expensive. I ordered an Italian sub. We all know what that entails; various types of meats and vegetables and oils and seasonings. Guess what I got! A few pieces of bologna, a piece of salami and a piece of cheese thrown in a roll. Absolutely awful and disgusting. Never ordering that from there again, and definitely not ordering past 8pm when the workers don't care anymore and just want to leave. Also, it took an hour and a half to get that food delivered to me. Ordered it around 8pm and got it around 9:30pm. And because of this, I did not call them to complain as it was already late and I did not want to wait longer as well as making my delivery driver go there and back multiple times. But I will say, however, I ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone from there and it was delicious. You win some you lose some. read more

I had a meatball grinder. The meatballs were made in-house and were very good. There wasn't too much sauce and just enough provolone cheese. I work about twelve feet away from this restaurant, and I used to order twice a week. Not anymore. Those were the good days. Just called, the computers were down....good god, it was impossible to even give them the order. I knew it was going downhill from there. I didn't like the service, so I decided to tweak the dude a bit. I gave him teh phone number without the area code, and he spits back at me "......NAUGHT ENUFF NUMBAHS." And then he says it again. I feel like wiping off my ear from the grease that just came through the phone. I'm right down the street from you, its the same area code as you," I say back. "I'm not from Kingston, how am I supposed to know what the area code is?" Its pretty easy to say that I overreacted when I tell you that I cancelled the order and hung up after that, but you'll never hear HOW he said the last part of his sentence. Like a four year old. And do I trust my food from a four year old. Do yourself a favor, and skip this place. This was the straw that broke the camels back, I've easily eaten there over 100 times over the last ten years, but never again. People used to be able to run pizzerias without computers, and this place needs to go back to that space and time, cause they were much better then and had smarter employees. These people are absolute crooks. Do not order from them. I asked for a calzone with condiments inside. They delivered everything separate. When I called to tell them the mistake they said they never put mayonnaise inside a calzone. I told them that I have had calzones from other places that have done it and they said they do not. I told them that if that was the case then I should have been told that when ordering as I would have ordered from somewhere else. The man said again, they don't put mayo in calzones and I asked for a refund. The man refused and said he would give a credit for next time I order. Called Papa Gino's and was immediately placed on hold for a good 5 minutes. When I do get to speak with someone and say delivery, he remarks that the delivery time will be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Annoyed that I say I still want to place the order this KID gives me a blatant attitude. Always very pleased with the pizza and salads. Order probably every month or so with both delivery and pick up. Delivery has always been reliable. Tonight we ordered our pizza extra sauce and crispy crust (which my husband is particular about) and numerous other pizza places can not get right. Napoli's was by far the best he's ever had - made perfectly as ordered! The food business is a hard business - I see how hard they work - 7 days a week - all day. Worst customer service ever!!! Exspecially I think it's the owner!!! I do admit the steak n cheese is really good if u pick it up and don't have it delivered because if u choose delievery u will b waiting for hours! Sometimes u may have to call them and remind them 2 hours later!!! Then they mess up and they tell u "they never make mistakes" well guess what u did!!! Then they over charge u but they don't give u proper receipt so u know exactly how much! But from my calculation it was atleast $4. The food itself is nothing special and the place is a dump inside, but that's not what gives this place the 1 star (zero if it was an option). It's fatal flaw is it's absolutely horrible service. Delivery will take hours, even on slow nights, and that's if it even comes at all (multiple occasions they closed after charging my card and never bringing the food). And when you call in for pick up instead they wait until you walk in the door to start your order. Finally on one occasion I told them the name on the order, to which the owner walked back to the freezer and start to collect the ingredients, all the time yelling angrily in Greek. I watched as he made my three pizzas and placed them in the oven, still not having said a single word to me. Then he walked to the register and politely asked for $40 (the menu price was $8 each). When I played dumb and asked if my order was ready, since he notified me on the phone it would be 15 minutes and it was now 30 minutes later. He told me to F*** off and take my business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration. Go to anyone of the exceedingly better, still close by pizza places.
