By far the worse place in Forney. Went the other day we got seated and that was about it. Nobody came to leave menus say hello or even take drink orders. After 15 minutes we decided to leave. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. 1st and last time ever going to this so called restaurant. This was delectable dinner. We ordered the garlic bread to start the evening off. So delicious and fresh out of the oven. Next came the entrees. Linguine in clam sauce was brilliant. I have thought of this dish every day since I have eaten it. Someone else ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and absolutely loved it, very buttery. I got the manicotti and it was pretty good. I also ordered a side salad which was not included with the meal. I asked for Caesar dressing and I didn't think it tasted like other Caesar dressing that I've had. It seemed sweet or something. The lady who waited on us was pleasant and gave us good service. The atmosphere was comfortable and not overly noisy, which was nice. One important caveat, something I didn't know: if you pay the bill with a credit card, they add several dollars extra. If I had known that, I would have brought cash. They should include this fact in their advertising. read more

My children took me here for my birthday dinner. It was very nice. The ambience was great. I ordered the chicken Cordon Bleu because I hadn't had chicken Cordon Bleu in years. It was so salty I could not eat it. When I told the waitress it was so salty I couldn't eat it. She just said oh I'm sorry. And did nothing about it. I ordered it with fettuccine Alfredo. The fettuccine Alfredo was good. I ate that. But I'm a little disappointed that they didn't do anything about the Chicken Cordon Bleu being too salty? Walked in at 9:30, hours say they close at 11pm. Instead of being greeted when we walked in the young lady to the left cleaning a section turns and asked her coworker "what time is it?" As if we were in the wrong for walking in to have dinner. The Gentleman proceeded by asking if it was dine in or take out we said dine in. He then said well you have until 10:15- 10:30 so that leaves you with 30 minutes to eat, but you can still sit if you want. The whole time we were given the look as if we were in the wrong. Alright look..... I was honestly surprised at how delicious this place was. I did t have very high hopes as I've been disappointed around here way more than satisfied. And I'm not a picky eater. And it's not JUST about the food, ya know? It's also about the ambiance, the service, if the glasses are clean, how many times you had to ask for a refill and so on. My friend and I were one of 2 tables when we went in. It was a random weekday for lunch. (this place is popping in the evenings and weekends). We were seated immediately. The man who sat us and took our order was very nice. We asked him for suggestions. I got the lasagna (big risk for me as the last few times I've ordered it somewhere it was terribke), and am I GLAD I did! It was soooooo good! It comes in a little single serve dish. It was HOT LIKE LAVA lol and I finished ALL of it. I plan to go back and try a couple more things. So glad I have found a place here in Forney I can return to. Thank you! read more

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at a restaurant. At 5:30 PM. I ordered one slice of sausage pizza at 6 o'clock. I asked the waitress if I could cancel my order because I needed to leave. She told me no because she already put the order in. I asked her if I could get it to go, and she brought my check out I paid, and at 6:10 the pizza was still not out. I found a gentleman wearing all black and asked him if he could get my piece of pizza and he said that he just went back and put the order in and that they are getting it to go. My husband and I came here for a quick date night. The inside was welcoming. We ordered two chicken piccatas. When our food came out I was a bit confused because of their serving size. My husband and I do not eat much, and the serving size was like a kids portion. We had to ask for extra noodles which was $8 for a bowl of plain noodles. Chicken Piccata was almost $16. Love this pizza! I somehow always get led here when I'm in Forney with family. It was pretty busy when we got here at 8pm on Friday. All the tables in the whole restaurant were taken so that is always a good sign. They seem to be understaffed but it's because its a mom and pop restaurant and typically it's never that busy but the servers are so attentive and nice! Italian accents are always a plus hahhaa We (there were 3 of us) ordered a large alfredo white pizza without any toppings because we wanted to be boring. Pizza came out in 7 minutes, piping hot and delicious. First and foremost I'm not a boring kind of pizza person but that pizza was incredible. The base was Alfredo sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. The large pizza is enough to feed 4 very hungry people. All 3 of us had 2 large slices and there were 3 very large slices left. With a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and parm cheese that pizza was DELICIOUS!! When you get seated they give you small garlic knots with marinara sauce to snack on before you get your meal. The garlic knots are buttery and always so fresh! The reason I gave 4 stars was because we had to hunt down our server to get the garlic knots because he completely forgot about us. By the time we got the garlic knots, a minute later we got our pizza and they forgot to wipe down our table and had to ask to get it cleaned before we got our drinks. Absolutely outstanding atmosphere. The staff follow up regularly and are helpful. They are extremely friendly. The portion size was perfect for the chicken Parmesan, the cheese stuffed raviolis were outstanding, and the mozzarella sticks were too hot to handle. As far as the bar goes, it is a fair shake. This was our fourth time we have given this place a chance and the food has gotten even worse each time. First time I ordered the seafood combo over Fettuccine and it was delicious as were the dinner rolls. Now as my fourth and final time ordering within a year my seafood combo is disgusting. From the mushy chunks of imitation crab meat, mini scallops, mini over cooked shrimp accompanied by two large VERY over cooked shrimp, and finally the mushy-dirt tasting mussels were barely covered with a weird tasting sauce. I was very hopeful that my dinner would be good tonight but I was very disappointed. Oh I cant forget the dinner rolls...they could have kept them. Chicken parm (husband loves that dish) was hot and good. The marinara sauce was yummy and the piece of chicken was a nice portion. Husband was happy. My favorite was the mozzarella sticks. It was opened and I told them. Not sure if they gave the order I opened to the right person after that. I told them I opened it, also it was in my home. Hopefully not, you know since there is a pandemic and all, and like servsafe rules and all. Went back to pick up what I actually ordered. Will say it was hot and ready, a plus. However, they didn't give me any bread, and I'm sad because I almost kept the bread from the wrong order, but it wasn't mine. So it felt wrong! However, if you want to rectify a bad situation, bread would fix it. I promise! I was super excited for some carbs, but holy mother of God, it was the saltiest food I've ever eaten. I'm pretty sure I now have high blood pressure and a goiter now, possibly needs meds because of how much salt was on the food! My skin is literally a raisin after this meal, ok not really. I'm no chef, but you can flavor food without any salt at all! I've eaten all over the world, and it can be done! I promise!!! While visiting family in Forney to celebrate my Mother-in-law's birthday. Since it was "her day" we let her pick the place she wanted to go for lunch. Being as neither her nor us are locals we had no choice but to rely on the maps here in Yelp and on google maps and it appeared they were off. Eventually we hit the jackpot and found the place. Once there we found the place was nice and clean. The hostess was extremely friendly and immediately took us to our table. After sitting down our waiter quickly showed up took our drink orders. My youngest daughter (9 yrs old) is autistic. He was amazing with her and kept her engaged and even got her food made in a way that made her happy. He was amazing through our entire experience and the food was great. I really do wish the place was located closer to us because we would definitely return without a second thought. Hopefully we can arrange another get together and meal with our family soon. :) read more

This restaurant has long been a favorite of mine but tonight I'm sad to say I left disappointed. This is second time I have noticed a sudden reduction in the portion sizes with no change in pricing. I used to order the Chicken Cordon Bleu every time but, on a previous visit, it was suddenly about half the size it used to be. Tonight I tried the Chicken Involtini and, while the flavors were good, was disappointed in the small serving I was served for the $15 price. Also, the overall quality of the food seems to have declined somewhat as has the service. On this latest visit, my wife and I waited for about ten minutes just for our bread. As someone that has spent years working in the industry, especially Italian food, I find myself disappointed overall with the changes at this location. The sudden change in portion sizes without a change in price is by far the hardest for me to overlook. I'm sad to say that I will probably be driving elsewhere to find Italian restaurants that will serve portion that match the prices paid for them. read more

We were told to go here by a few different people. We looked it up on Yelp and saw a three star rating, which is totally WRONG! My husband got the lobster ravioli and a slice of speciality pizza- he ate every bite (even though he was full half way in). After he finished he said, "this is by far the best Italian place I've been to in Texas" and then started on my dish! I got the Quattro formage, which is not on the menu, but my sister requested it a few nights ago and they fulfilled her request. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Friendly service. We were served Garlic bread upon being seated.The atmosphere was very comfortable and quiet. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana with Spaghetti and a side of Meatballs, my husband had the Cheesesteak Special-a hot sub sandwich, and my daughter had the Chicken Parmigiana. And for dessert we had the Tiramisu. All I have to say is, I Love Everything that I had the pleasure of eating. I'm a happy camper knowing that this restaurant is just minutes away and that I can have Tiramisu whenever I please and all the delicious food at my fingertips.
