Best food I have ever eaten hands down blows Olive Garden out of the water and there is beautiful art on the walls

We ate at Romas in July for a birthday dinner. This was my first time eating here. The interior was really cool. I enjoyed all of the art work & the tv in the bar area. The interior is really large and can accommodate bigger groups. I ordered the Chicken Parm & a Caesar Salad. It was the perfect portion. The sauce was really robust, and the pasta & chicken were cooked perfectly. The salad was the perfect side to complete the meal, and I really enjoyed the dressing. It tasted homemade. Love Roma's! A Kaufman staple! Their bread is so fluffy and garlicky, it is the perfect way to start a meal. We get their pizza for take out a least once a month. Their pastas are just as good. My personal favorite is the rigatoni special. My husband goes for the Kaufman Special. Haven't had a bad thing here! Would recommend to anyone! read more

We've been coming here for quite a while and it was always good, but that is not the case now! We had a new waitress (Vanna) and apparently she wasn't trained at all. She had trouble taking our order of 3 salads and 3 entrees. She brought out 2 salads so I sent her back for the 3rd, then she came out with 2 entrees and said the 3rd would be out in a few minutes. It never came so I asked her and she never turned it in. How do you loose an order in the 10 ft from our table to the kitchen??? I asked to speak to a manager, but there wasn't one and both of the other 2 waitresses were no help and pretty much blew me off. Such a shame, this used to be a good place! read more

My wife and I have been here several times for lunch. I love the coziness and warm feel. I see all these negative reviews and it upsets me. They always take care of us. I love the Calzone with meats! Three of my sons are servers at different restaurants, they are amazing servers. Only because I raised them to be strict and disciplined. Most kids now a days have the work ethic of a 5 year old, it all starts at homes. So unless you are doing your part and raising your kids to be successful and not privileged little brats, you could be part of the problem. Placed an online order to pick up for lunch. Called when they opened at 11 to pick up at 11:45. When I got there at 11:53, the hostess had trouble finding the order on her tablet. Once she finally found it, she began to make the two salads while I waited. When I finally got the order (15 minutes late) it included Chicken Parmesan and two Greek salads- for three different people. I asked for more than the two rolls she gave and she said no. I found that odd because if we had dined in, we would've gotten more than two rolls. read more

One big mistake but otherwise excellent. I had the philly cheese steak and the bread is very good. The meat, onions, mushrooms, and peppers are good. You should be aware that is the default though. Not everybody expects all that. I think they used American cheese, pretty bland but melted nicely. Did not realize it came with fries which are quite good, so nice surprise. If only it it didn't have mayonnaise, I would have given a better rating. I will order it again but specify no mayo. Would prefer provolone, and will have to find out if that is an option. read more

Proof of what I ordered. Prices don't reflect the restaurant as I ordered through Uber Eats because my back went out and was unable to get there. I spent 31 years in New York water raised been in Texas 8 1/2 years. This is the best pizza I've had since I've been to Texas. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious sauce amazing pasta cooked perfectly al dente and the soup Magnifique. I personally called the restaurant to speak to a manager unfortunately was unavailable I wanted to give my compliments. The young lady I spoke to was extremely friendly, gracious, courteous, professional, and welcoming I'm thankful. Food is very flavorful. Service is outstanding! Quiet and clean. Excellent location.

Allows special changes like veal and the stuffed mushroom sauce is great with anything bread etc.

I keep trying Roma's when I'm craving Italian and don't feel like cooking it. It's just not that good. Very bland.

Roma's is our go to place for lunch, supper, or when we have friends visit. Fantastic food, great service, and the staff is so polite and friendly, they make you want to return every day. I highly recommend Roma's if you love Italian food like I do. read more

All I can say this is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. I order the spicy Roma's chicken shrimp dish a little spicy but nothing too hot. The sauce is phenomenal. I forgot to take a picture and there was just an empty dish when I was finished. I can't move lol All the dishes are made to order, fresh bread served with every dinner lunch dining. This place has such a romantic atmosphere and is so cute. We had the calamari and cheese sticks for starters and order the Italian margaritas. My husband ordered the ribeye which was delicious and I ordered what the server suggested which was the Romas spicy chicken and shrimp. Bread was delicious and we ate it with Alfredo sauce. 4* for food, the service started okay but the waiter was brash. Telling our group how we were going to order and not in a courteous manner. We ordered as instructed and waited for our meals which didn't take long The food was great, then the waiter returned. Desserts were ordered and received (lemon cake great, chocolate cake covered in Hersey's, not a good choice) at the same time we were given our bills, 2 checks. One was wrong and the waiter made comments about his wrist giving out while he held the plates as we looked over the bill. He could have kept the comment, taken the plates to the back and come back for the bill but instead he chose to stand there at the table giving us lip. He saw the error, took the bill and card to have it corrected. Instead he chose to run our card with the overcharge saying his manager will make a credit to the card later. What? We didn't agree to that and that's not the way it should be done. Anyways food good, great little place but hopefully this was a one time occurrence which a little training from management could have been avoided. read more

Literally poisoned me. I have a gluten allergy and called to confirm they had a gluten free menu, was told they do, when we arrived, I mentioned several times to the server that I had this allergy. I ordered gluten free pasta. When it made it to the table, I again asked if it was gluten free because it looked the same as the pasta on my child's plate. I was told yes. Halfway through the meal I began to cramp and feel sick, I asked one more time that she confirm it was gluten free with the kitchen, she came back and told me it in fact was NOT. All they had to say was "sorry, simple mistake". If you run a restaurant this is NOT a simple mistake- this kind of mistake with peoples allergies can end in death. When I said that I was very sick and would be for the next couple of days from this, they shrugged like it didn't matter. I asked for the manager and was told that he would say the same thing! When I said I still wanted to speak with him, they made me wait for 10 minutes before telling me he left earlier. What a load of garbage! He obviously refused to speak with a customer they poisoned. I HIGHLY discourage anyone with allergies from eating here. read more

We had the shrimp Alfredo, (shrimp ere cooked perfectly - Aldente - and it was perfection... Salad was fresh, and the dressing was incredible... The only downside was no Prosecco! This is an Italian restaurant!... And no Pellegrino, what... they did have cappuccino and I'm sure that was good, but we didn't order it... They need to be in Dallas... Or at least in the Square in kaufman with cloth, napkins and table claus and a good wine list. Don't order the Brut in place of Prosecco. It's online with boonsfarm. Just get a good vino tincto. The sauce has a bitter taste and is too thick. First of all, I ordered a combo with three things on it. Cannelloni, lasagna and manicotti. My hubby got the lasagna. I am not kidding. Came in on a Saturday evening- they were packed. Tried something new this time - spicy chicken and shrimp. Sauce was very creamy with a nice mild spice to it, was very enjoyable. Honestly the chicken was over cooked, but not terrible, and in such a hectic situation it's understandable. My dad had a supreme pizza - also the first time - and it was very good. The sauce was the star for me, with a nice acidic tang from the tomato, basil and just enough garlic. The crust was thin, a little crispy, not the star but an excellent supporting role. The wait staff was noticeably stressed, as it was extremely busy, but our waiter was a little more brusque than I felt was called for. All in all an enjoyable experience. read more

Maybe don't do delivery since you are terrible at it. I'm 5 months pregnant and all I wanted was some good pasta with ricotta cheese and red sauce so I ordered the baked pasta combo which consists of cannelloni, lasagna and manicotti. Instead you gave me spaghetti and chicken Alfredo. Seriously!!? I just spent $50 and couldn't even get close to what I ordered??? Ridiculous. And now it's 830 and you're showing closed.
