    Chicken Alfredo

Ambiance Nice Italian restaurant in SLC. Open and airy space. They serve mostly the pasta sort of Italian food. Food Carbonara Chicken Alfredo Eggplant rollatini - this was what I got, and it was good for what it was. I'm glad I tried this; in the future, I will order a dish with meat, less carbs, and less drenched-in-sauce. Chicken parmigiana Stuffed shells Bolognese Desserts: chocolate cake (very thick), carrot cake (nothing special compared to other carrot cakes I've had), and tiramisu (very good and moist). My favorite was tiramisu. Service Our server was very nice and helpful.

The food and service here was amazing. The rolls were perfectly made. The salad crisp and cold. And our meals Shrimp Alfredo and Little Italy were delicious.

Another instance of a Utah business owner investing in making the joint look pretty rather than taste delicious. Everything tasted like it was thawed this morning- boiled chicken on a lemonless picatta, Caesar dressing from a squeeze tube with store bought croutons, and dry grilled chicken that came out more cold than hot. At $24-30/plate, very very Disappointing. Unrelated to food- why do the bathrooms not have coat hangers?!

We ordered takeout for the first time here. Everything was absolutely delicious! The garlic rolls were so fresh and chewy, they complimented the chicken Alfredo and the Bolognese pasta. 10 out of 10 would definitely eat here again! Next time, maybe we'll go into the brick and mortar.

I went with a friend to Napoli's Italian Restaurant in Midvale recently. WOW! We both loved this place so much! It was very clean & service was great! I ordered the Modo Mio pasta dish minus the pancetta. I was trying to go out of my comfort zone a little with this dish. It had mushrooms & artichoke hearts mixed with a creamy red sauce and noodles. It was so good! My friend ordered the Florentine with chicken & she loved it! We've been talking about when the next time is that we can go back honestly! I loved the complimentary bread that they give as well. It was almost like a pretzel thickness, but so soft. I loved dipping this in my sauce on my main dish. Both meals also came with a side salad. I haven't been able to find a really great Italian restaurant & I think I finally found one! I am raving about this place to everyone I know! Highly recommend!!

The stuffed mushrooms are well worth a try! The sauce tastes amazing with the side of bread that's given with the salad! The pasta is made fresh and tastes delicious. The service was fast and efficient. It's very clean inside and has high ceilings. Parking was a bit busy, but inside had plenty of tables available for seating.

Food was amazing and tasty!! Portions are very fair for the price and the menu has a wide variety of Italian staples and proteins. Best appetizer was the stuffed mushrooms with crab! I also got the Shrimp and Scallop pasta and was very pleased with the flavor! Seafood was ample and fresh in the pasta. Complementary bread was also provided. My partner and I have never been out for italian, but after trying this place we are willing to come out to try other italian options! Service was very quick and food came out in little time, and everything was freshly made to order! Ambiance was clean and nice, lots of seating available and setup was an open door plan so it didn't feel stuffy at all.

Went as a party of 20+ people for my sister's birthday. Service was great & food was delicious. I got the chicken Arrabiata, I loved the subtle spiciness to it & had really good flavor.

Service 5/5 Food 4/5 Ambiance 4/5 Our service here was fantastic. I wish I could remember our waiters name because I could love to give him a shout-out. He was attentive, friendly, and just all around great. The food was good. We enjoyed what we ordered and will be back to the other menu items. The lobster ravioli has a great sauce with it. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good, but I've had better. The garlic cheese bread was great, and so were the rolls that come out before or with your food. No alcohol menu here -- beer, wine, or liquor. Not a terrible thing, but just something to be aware of if you enjoy that with your meal. Parking is tricky during dinner hours as there are limited spots and lots of businesses around.

(Long review) ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! (Went to the one in Sandy) I had the Chicken Alfredo, the Lemoncello, The Caesar salad and the bread, the stuffed mushrooms and oh my gosh. I'm about to go into detail about each one: The Chicken Alfredo: The sauce was thick and creamy, and seasoned EXTREMELY well. The noodles were soft and had such a rich flavor. Don't even get me started on the chicken though!!! It was soft, well seasoned, cooked to the perfection and paired so well with the sauce and noodles! The (Garlic) Bread (unlimited): Where do I even begin to start?! It was soft, warm every time it came out, delicious and had that, I could eat this forever feeling when you ate it. The Garlic wasn't overwhelming either which only added to the loveliness. Unbelievably delicious! The Caesar Salad: Delicious. But, I can never go wrong with a Caesar salad either. The cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes were all fresh and cold like a salad should be, and the sauce had the good flavor of a Caesar sauce! The croutons were so good as well!!! The Stuffed Musrooms: Saucey, warm, soft, where do I even begin to start?!?! Delicious. The sauce was creamy, the mushrooms were soft and full of rich flavor, and the crab was delicious. Finally, the Lemoncello: OH. MY. GOD. This was so delicious! It actually tasted lemon-y, was soft yet still sweet, not soggy, and the strawberries were some of the best strawberries I've had. The sauce on top was just the wonderful finishing touch. Now, the service. Absolutely wonderful. The servers were so nice, always was polite, and one even offered to take our picture. I can't tell you how kind they were! Absolutely how service should be everywhere! Finally, the ambiance. It was quiet! I could actually talk to my family without having to yell over others, and it was a calm environment so I didn't get overstimulated either. They had on music like stuff by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, so it was also that kind of vibe. If you know, you know. I know it may seem like I'm overhyping this place to some, but I'm not. It really is such a good place to eat, and perfect for dates as well. DEFINITELY coming back here for things like birthday dinners or celebrations.

We probably had the absolute most amazing dining experience we have ever had anywhere. Jamie was the best server. Wish she could be our server everywhere we went. Will always ask for her anytime we come.

You can tell she loves her job and is proud of her cook. This place may not look fancy like other Italian restaurants with dim lighting, fancy deco, but her food speaks for itself. Her salad is always fresh and flavorful. We had avocado salad. It's not just a bed of mix green with avocado slices. There's apple slices, mixed green, every piece is lightly covered with rich and refreshing dressing. The pizza is not the usual pizza from pizzeria, she made it from scratch. It has its own texture. Pork lasagna is light! It is not the typical thick pasta layers. Everything is made from scratch. We love it. My friend said it's more northern Italian cooking. It's not loaded with red tomato sauce. The pasta is thinner, the ground pork is tender. Then comes my favorite short rib ravioli. I'm usually not a fan of ravioli, because they're always full of cheese and nothing else, but Susy's is full of short rib. Just meat, not trying to cheat with cheese or cream. If I want real authentic Italian food, I'll come here. I love how Susy will stop by the table, chat with us, told us what tv show she's watching. When she's excited, she'll talk with her hands, what an adorable lady. One thing to keep in mind, it's a one person's does it all, so it'll take a bit longer to get your food. Come in hungry but not too hungry so you don't get hangry!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service was exceptional from start to finish, and the food exceeded our expectations. The lasagna was rich and full of flavor, the meatballs were incredibly tender, and the pasta was cooked perfectly with an amazing sauce. We finished with the chocolate mousse cake, which was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. What really set this place apart was the hospitality. Diego checked on us several times throughout the evening--not in an intrusive way, but because he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was perfect. It's refreshing to see someone who takes that much pride in the guest experience. As we were leaving, John, one of the owners, noticed us while he was in the middle of a business meeting. He took the time to step away, introduce himself, and personally welcome us. That simple gesture spoke volumes about how much he cares about his restaurant and the people who walk through the door. Ross grew up in a large Italian family in Chicago and wanted to bring the classic "old-school" Italian flavors he grew up with to Utah after finding they were hard to come by when he moved here. The restaurant is located in Taylorsville, about 10-15 minutes southwest of downtown Salt Lake City, making it an easy stop whether you're staying in the city or exploring the surrounding area. Always great to spend time with family, and this was the perfect place to do it! We had a fantastic dinner. The calamari was crispy, tender, and delicious. The gnocchi was flavorful and comforting, and my steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare. The restaurant is much larger than it looks from the outside, with a spacious banquet area in the back that's perfect for private parties and family celebrations. Even though it was a busy weeknight, the service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. There's plenty of parking, and they can easily accommodate both small groups and large family gatherings. Cheers--I look forward to coming back!

My favorite has always been "Mama's Trio" which is a combination dinner of their Alfredo, Lasagna and Chicken Parm. Great food along with amazing service was a hallmark of Macaroni Grill. That's what we were hoping for when we visited last night. Everything seemed mostly the same, but something was missing. The restaurant most mostly empty, which we wrote off as it being a slow Tuesday night and fairly early (530pm) however we took our time and were there until almost 7pm and not very many couples came in. In any case, the decor was great in the large open area dining room. We ordered a bottle of Pinot and an appetizer that we had never tried before - Whipped Feta with garlic toast strips. It was fantastic. Our waiter was quick and very friendly, wrote his name on the tablecloth paper as they do as their signature move at the Mac Grill, so the service was still there. We have both always loved this place, so the nostalgia was strong going in, but overall it didn't hit like it used to. The prices seemed quite a bit higher as well but the food quality didn't improve with the higher prices. My Trio was just "okay" but nothing to write home about. My wife got the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious. Easily the best dish of the evening. Overall nice atmosphere and service. Felt a bit old and outdated. Food was good for the most part. Appetizer was new and fun! I feel like with just a few tweaks to their menu and some new advertising they could bring back their glory once again. Still a good spot for a tasty Italian dinner!
