After a long drive today, we didn't feel like cooking. I was craving pizza earlier, so that's what we chose. I normally always want the margherita pizza, but today I wanted pepperoni. I added garlic too because I was feeling fancy. It was yummy and definitely hit the spot. A little greasy, but I did get extra pepperoni so it's to be expected. It was still amazing though. Grease and all. Hubby got the spinach florentine with sausage today. He loved it. We love napolis. I've never been inside since hubby always picks it up, but he said it's mostly a pickup joint with a few tables. Def our fav in the area.

Pretty average pizza. I wanna give it a 4, but its not quite there in my opinion. I wish it was more golden brown instead of just golden on the crust. The crust itself is alright. It's a thin center and a good puff up of crust. The cheese on top is flavorful, not stringy, but also a bit greasy. I got a cannoli as well, and to me the filling felt a bit too thick, and a bit weird in texture. I don't know if it's because I haven't had a cannoli in forever, or what, but that's just my experience. The shell was crunchy and the flavor was decent, like any other cannoli really, no additions to it. I'm gonna try more pizza places in the area, but I'm definitely coming back to try the tiramisu.

Napoli's Pizza is the best NY-style pizzeria in the area. Delicious! I'd highly recommend their namesake pizza. Delivery is always on time. Solid customer service you can only get from a local business that's part of the community. read more

This is a great, family run, pizza and sub shop. In Virginia Beach, we have tried pizza at more places than I can remember, but Napoli's is easily at the top of the list. I have noticed some other reviews which have bashed them, and I understand pizza is about personal preference, but there is ABSOLUTELY no way anyone can rate Napoli's at 1 or 2 stars unless the reviewer is the problem - not the pizza. I only wish they were open on Sundays. read more

This is my favorite pizza. I discovered it randomly on Postmates bc another pizza shop near me was too busy to take my order. This place has gotten my business ever since! It tastes like Italy -- and I can say that bc I've had pizza in Naples! Lol read more

This place is close to work an convenient for me to grab a quick bite. If you are dining in for lunch, don't hit it right at 12:15...it's normally packed. They have great prices by the slice and are super friendly. Fountain or bottled drinks depending on your taste. I'm not a fountain soda drink, so the bottles are perfect. read more

I used to tell all my peeps from NY this was THE place for pizza. been on WW for a long time so pizza wasn't big on my food list. just ordered a margarhita pizza from Napolis which used to be my go to order. i guess it's been sold since the last time ordered because this was HORRIBLE. Cheese was like plastic!!!!! i could have done better with a frozen job from Kroger. I don't eat pizza anymore was just jonesing for it tonight. what a dissapointment and wasted calories...yeah i did eat 2 slices....was starving....never again!!!!! read more

I went to this Pizza place with my parents. I will say that it is a nice little hole in the wall joint. I rather eat at a mom and pop joint than a chain any day of the week. My parents and I ordered an extra large meat lovers pizza and an order of wings. They made the pizza while we were waiting and it took only 10 minutes. The pizza slices were quite large which was amazing. One slice of pizza is really two slices. There was plenty of meat on the pizza to go around and the seasoning was great. My only con regarding the pizza was that I wish there was a bit more sauce (but that is a personal thing). As for the wings... Highly disappointed. We got hot wings and while they were done they were not crispy. We had to reheat the chicken in the oven to make it crispy. I don't know about you guys but I was not raised on mushy fried hot wings... The word fried... is the key. It is supposed to be crispy. read more

I moved to Va Beach in 1991 and had decided to fore go pizza in this area after numerous tries. One can find a decent "gourmet" pizza in a few places, but a true slice was impossible to find. AND...then...I found Napoli's Pizza. Excellent flavor and value, great service, too! read more

I always liked this place but today, for the first time, I was so disappointed. I called for delivery and was told to use Uber because they wouldn't do delivery. The road condition was not that bad. I went to work today and it was drivable. Well I am waiting Dominos now. NO star for this place any more. Sorry. Very delicious NY style pizza. Their specials make it even better! The customer service, however, was just okay. The guy was in the middle of a personal phone call when I came in and continued the call as he was ringing me up not allowing me to add a salad to my order. Other than that the food was great and I would definitely go back for that. read more

This is not a review but I don't patronize restaurants that have "price varies" on the pizza list,really...does the price change so often you can't post it?? Great food. Have eaten here many a time and the food is always a treat. It's rare that a place is so consistently good. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Their pizza is your usual Italian style, very tasty and toppings are evenly spread out. Their Stromboli is killer, my personal suggestion is the New York Stromboli. Their wings are pretty legit as well, nice size and good flavor. read more

This is by far the best pizza joint in the Hampton Roads area!! I live in Portsmouth but I always find a reason to go to Virginia Beach on the weekends just so my family and I can get some pizza . Like many have said the Napoli's deluxe pizza is probably the best thing I've had in a long long time. I would recommend this to anybody Hampton Roads area and anybody that's been here for a long time especially those that live in Virginia Beach since it will be closer for you other than Pizza they also sell other Italian dishes and salad. On top of that the owner is pretty funny lol read more

I have had pizza and lasagna here and both are very good. It's a small place that has great food. Probably they do a ton of take out here but with five booths you can eat in. They do not serve beer or wine but it's not that type of place. I will be back. read more

Absolutely love their pizza! It's always hot and super fresh. Owners are amazing and super nice. Crust is nice and thin and doesn't overwhelm the pizza or toppings. My son asks for Napoli's at least once a week, we get it probably every 2 weeks. Haven't found a better pizza in the area. read more

It's :7:30 on Thursday. The sign in the window says "SLICE". I walk in and say to the guy at the counter "I'd like a.slice." He says "We don't have any." I went to Napoli's for the first time about two months ago on a Monday when another establishment that I frequent for carry-out pizza happened to be closed. I have been there four times since. Having tried most of the reputable pizza joints in VB I have to say Napoli's is far and away the best IMO. I haven't had anything but the pizza but man, it is so good! read more

Very personable guy at the counter. Place was clean including the bathrooms. On the way to the bathrooms you get a view of the kitchen and I saw them making the dough from scratch! Pizza was great, a little greasy but I like it that way. Great $5 lunch special. Will deffinetly be back. read more

Go here all the time. They have a great staff. I like the Stromboli with meat. The pizza is really good also. I don't suggest getting it by the slice though. They tend to reheat the pizza that has been there a while. read more

The volume on her TV is at 80 and she can't hear it but can hear the kitchen noises. 3. The seat was too hard. Once again....grain of salt. She is skin and bones but I will bring her something to sit on next time. She actually did enjoy the food but I got the leftovers. :) We will be back.

The ambiance was nice, the open kitchen with the wood fire hearth right at the entrance added a warm cozy feel from the onset. The restaurant was warmly lit but not dark. We were seated immediately in the far left dining area in an elevated booth. After reviewing the menu we settled on the fried deviled eggs and wood fire oysters for starters and the Vincent Vega pizza for dinner. Fried deviled eggs was a first for us and it was so good! The egg white was breaded very lightly and fried and the egg yolk was piped on top with a piece of smoky delicious bacon goodness. It had a nice smoky, bacon-y taste and we devoured them. I only wish you got more than 2 pieces. I think 4 pieces would be better for the price considering it's essentially one egg but I'm not complaining. The wood fire oysters was another hit for us, the serving came with 6 half shell oysters topped with breadcrumbs (light), swimming in butter and fire roasted. I think we ate these even faster than the deviled eggs lol! Would definitely get these again. The pizza also did not disappoint. If you like bacon, mushrooms and creamy Boursin cheese, you'll love this pizza. We added crushed red pepper flakes which added a nice kick. The crust is the star of the show; thin, crispy but still has body and slightly chewy. Yum! That wood fire hearth definitely makes a difference. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back! The staff were also very nice and friendly.

Of course they have many different possibilities and some fancier combinations. The room itself is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of nice features. Not your typical pizza parlor. They have a bar with more than a dozen different types of draft beer. They have some nice outdoor seating as well. We sampled some of the other items: salads, sandwiches, but we were not as impressed. Warning: this location gets very busy during the summer months.

She almost immediately flagged me over to get a us drink and started my tab. We ended up moving outside and found some seats at the outside bar, so thrilled! Of course, Hannah was quick to take our orders. All was well... then came the rain. It turned into a downpour and we had to rush inside. We wondered about our nacho order while we dripped from the rain, packed into a sea of people. But Hannah found us right away! She got us more drinks and checked on the nachos. She said they were probably cold at this point and insisted that she put them in again. She brought us more drinks and nachos all in the chaos of the night and never forgot about us. At halftime, I realized I needed to close out my tab with Martina at the indoor bar and was dreading it, as it had only gotten more crowded. But once again, immediately upon my return, Martina found me and closed my tab for me. As usual, the food and drinks were delicious. But I really wanted to point out the exemplary service we received (esp by Martina and Hannah) on one of the craziest nights I've ever experienced at Shorebreak! My review is not out of spite and not to spark any anger or backlash but to inform the general public of a clear cut example of false advertisement. like I said the food, service, views were well above par, and I happily paid my bill and spoke with the manager on duty of an obvious communication error that was received in an apathetic manner. PSA to all Shorebreaker's that BOGO is not what you think it is and I don't want to see any other unsuspecting users fall in the same trap. 4/5 stars food was great the sign could use and update.

The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices--especially during Happy Hour--are outstanding. The Atlantic specializes in oysters, and their Happy Hour runs daily from 3:00-6:00 p.m., including weekends. We began with a Chopped Caesar Salad ($9). Every ingredient was crisp, fresh, and flavorful--a simple dish executed exactly as it should be. Next came the oysters: a dozen Rockefeller and a dozen Pacific. The Rockefeller oysters were everything you would expect from this classic preparation--rich, savory, and baked beautifully. The Pacific oysters, however, completely stole the show. Each oyster was topped with a delicious combination of chorizo sausage, pepper jack cheese, and seasonings before being baked to perfection. They were bold, flavorful, and easily my favorite item of the afternoon. I also ordered the Double Stack Cheeseburger ($7), and what a terrific value. The burger arrived piping hot, loaded with melted cheese, and accompanied by a generous serving of crispy fries. It's hard to imagine finding a better burger at that price anywhere along the Oceanfront. My wife ordered the pork, shrimp, and kimchi dumplings served with a chili crunch and ponzu sauce that tied the entire dish together beautifully. She jokingly threatened to drink the remaining sauce after finishing the dumplings (she didn't), but she did convince me to dip one of my fries into it. She was absolutely right--it was fantastic. In fact, I now regret turning down the dumpling she generously offered me. Part of the fun of dining here is watching Shuck-Master Slim work. He's not only remarkably skilled but entertaining as well, adding a little personality to an already enjoyable experience. From the fresh seafood to the outstanding value and friendly atmosphere, this was another memorable visit to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. If you haven't been to The Atlantic on Pacific, I highly recommend adding it to your list. You'll be glad you did, and you can rest assured that you're helping support one of our outstanding local restaurants.
