This is an alright ramen shop for being inside a mall. The price is a little higher and portion sizes a bit smaller than what you'd expect from a standalone ramen place, but if I take the view of this being a better than average mall option the perspective changes a little bit. The video signage is fairly attractive and the options of different ramen, rice, appetizer, and ice cream options is a nice touch. The food isn't the most exciting, but the pork chashu was reasonably tender though the very simple soy sauce was a bit of a disappointment. The chicken karage is deep fried and a bit puffy, which relies mostly on the mayo for flavor rather than the batter - but it wasn't half bad. The creamy chicken ramen also had an alright broth, not exactly the most rich and savory -- but it was fairly creamy and the veggies helped it with a bit of earthiness. Overall, better than average food court option but temper your expectations in comparison to one of the many excellent Japanese restaurants closeby.

Tonkotsu Ramen was on point! Great flavors and great value for being a mall ramen shop. I like the convenience of ordering and customizing via the digital display. The workers are quiet, but friendly and kind. Will be back to try the other options.

The creamy vegetable ramen had an unusual, unpleasant smell, and I wasn't able to eat it.

I haven't been here in a long time, but the quality is as good as ever…read more 5/5 stars for Garlic ramen, new black garlic ramen, and the chicken katsu ramen. All three were pricey... $16.95, $17.95, $17.95, but well worth it. The broths were flavorful and each one of us slurped down to the last drop. We ended with mochi, and it was prepared like you expect, soft and doughy on the outside, and cold and frozen ice cream on the inside. Too many places have melted mochis by the time you crack them. Service was kind and prompt. We'll be back.

When we walked in we were quickly seated and the staff was great and made great recommendations. We tried the bang bang shrimp and the volcano tamago. The bang bang shrimp was fried and covered in the sauces. It was good but not the type of bang bang shrimp I'm used to. The volcano tamago were half of a hard boiled egg each and were full of flavor, soft and crunch at the same time. Loved those! On to the ramen, I got the garlic ramen and it was good! I shared with my little so I had the chili oil on the side and he loved it and ate a whole small bowls worth. I added the chili after and some pork katsu which were delicious. To drink we tried the kumquat lemon with the aloe jelly. It was refreshing for a hot summer day. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back when we're in the area.

The menu is much less, the food portions are less, and the container the food comes in is plastic and made for to go orders even though we dined in. The service was also not very friendly and when our waitress brought our food, she didn't even smile or say anything. She just plopped down the food and walked off. This used to be my favorite restaurant but I don't think I'm coming back.

When you go inside, they have a sufficient amount of tables to sit at, but it wasn't very busy on a Saturday night. You order at the register and he brings it out to you. You'll have to be patient, they don't have a lot of staff. We ordered tako karaage (fried octopus), croquettes, Taiwan style tonkotsu ramen with 2 pieces of chashu, and the deluxe bento with butashoga (ginger pork). I had a bite of the pork and it was delicious. Ginger was not overpowering. Tender meat. Prices were very affordable and cheap. Service was great and he brought out our food hot and freshly made. I would definitely come back and try other items. -tako karaage 5 - it had a nice little chew and was not overly fried. Great taste. -croquettes 5 - I loved these. When you bite into them, they're soft. Flavorful, savory filling inside. I should have gotten more of these. -Taiwan style tonkotsu ramen 5 - noodles were chewy. Bountiful amount of ground pork. The two chashu pieces were tender and easy to break apart. Broth was not heavy, it was just right.
