My favorite ramen is still the spicy miso; the flavor is nice and overly spicy. I also love their chicken buns! The two buns are very filling; the sauce is a little tangy to cut the fried chicken. We finally got to dine in at US Ramen recently! I appreciated their appetizer selection the most. Crab Rangoon was our favorite appetizer. I've passed this place a few times and finally gave it a try. There were a few people inside. You could order with the waiter or the QR code on the table. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen. The chicken portion was pretty good and it was tender. The broth was okay. It wasn't salty or spicy and I felt like it didn't have much flavor to it. The same goes for the ramen egg. Checked the menu on their website and saw that they have ramen and Chinese food, but they only have ramen. No Chinese food. So if you were hoping for both, just know you'll be disappointed. They were just ok. The kaarage was greasy and lacked flavor. I had the tonkatsu and shrimp ramen. It was a bust. The broth was bland, and the egg and pork were cold. The shrimp was also very greasy, and it tasted like the oil they fried it in probably needed to be changed. The interior was nice, and the robot server was always a hit. We were both happy with our food. The yakitori was great, and the spicy miso made my wife happy. At first, she was disappointed because it did not come with chashu, but found the ground pork to be quite good. For me, the garlic had a delicious broth - if there was anything to be found short, it would be the very thinly sliced chashu. While good, it is far too thin.
