Narnia fixed the grading and drainage issues. For the first time in years we had no standing water in our yard. Fantastic work, thank you!

This is my second time at the restaurant and we brought friends this time b/c we enjoyed our time the first time. Second time - not so much. I made the reservation several weeks in advance and put a request for the upstairs rooftop - b/c it's beautiful. I understood going in that it's first come first serve for it. However, I thought they would heed requests before seating others upstairs - if there were reservations. That is not the case. So - very pointless to put this in your request during your reservation. Needless to say - we got there and it would have been a 45 min wait at 6 pm for the rooftop. We opted not to wait. They then sat us in a "corner" by the freight elevator. Not ideal - but I thought - it would be okay b/c at least it's not as loud as the "main" area. What I didn't know - was that the "section" we were placed in was like no man's land. Took 10 plus minutes to get a waiter - but the kicker was there was no air conditioning in this section. Zero. None. It was hotter than heck! Those factors alone were not good. Water was brought - but no ice. Had to ask for that - and let me tell you - cold water in that heat was needed. The rest of the restaurant had A/C - just not the 4+ tables by the freight elevator. Moving on to the food. The food was excellent. I got a spicy mussels special, my husband got the Spicy Piggy, our guests got a veal dish and another pasta. We had leftovers the next day and everything re-heated just as good. We did not get dessert - much too hot and we simply wanted to leave the restaurant. On a side note - not that I would have wanted it that night - but they also don't serve coffee - just espresso (I think). Very odd to not have coffee - my guest thought. So - experience/atmosphere = 0 stars, but food was excellent - hence the middle of the road rating. Unsure if I would risk going back - great food but many other restaurants have great food + great experience.

The host was very accommodating and made sure we were seated where we wanted. I ordered the Pitmaster with truffle fries, and both were easily a 10/10. The mac and cheese was a great side, and the fried pickles were the perfect addition to the meal. As someone who gets full pretty quickly, I ended up sharing my burger and fries, and there was still plenty to enjoy. It wasn't very busy when we first arrived, but the restaurant gradually filled up and became quite packed as the evening went on. Overall, a great experience with delicious food and a lively atmosphere!

We sat on the 2nd floor which has its own bar (nice since the wait staff doesn't need to go downstairs for drinks). This is a casual spot with lots of natural light coming in. There are plenty of TVs throughout which I noticed had sports on. Service throughout was OK. It did take awhile for our sever to take our order, check in, and bring drinks. I can understand if it was busy but that wasn't the case. I will say it wasn't like 45 mins of waiting, however, still not the greatest service. For food I ordered the social burger cooked well done and chose the side salad (minus feta). The dressing that comes with the salad is up my alley. I think it may have been some type of vinaigrette. Whatever it was, it was tangy and sour, I really liked it. The burger was also good. Since I'm pregnant I need to make sure all meats are thoroughly cooked. The burger was just that, cooked all the way through and no pink. Everything was delicious and I can see myself coming back.

Molos did not just deliver, it set a new standard for our little group dinners. We started with the Pikilia tasting plate and built our own trio of spreads. The roasted red pepper hummus was the unanimous table favorite, bold and deeply flavorful. The melitzanosalata was earthy and subtly sweet, a quieter but beautiful complement. The tirokafteri was good on its own but genuinely shone when swirled together with the other two. And the pita. That pita. Pillowy and soft with just enough structure to carry a generous pile of spread without collapsing. Outstanding. The fried zucchini with skordalia was fresh and light tasting despite being fried, a real trick. The potatoes needed a touch more salt to fully wake up but were otherwise solid. The saganaki was a table highlight, lit tableside with a proper OPA moment, gooey and beautifully crisped on top. Think mozzarella stick that went to finishing school. Mains were all exceptional. The filet mignon was wonderfully cooked, the EVO lemon sauce bringing a bright refreshing contrast to the richness of the beef. The pork chops were well charred and seasoned with the same confidence. The chicken ala feta was bright, light, and satisfying all at once. Dessert was a sampler of everything on the menu, all some gorgeous variation of creamy whipped filling, phyllo dough, honey, and nuts. Every single one cohesive and complementary. We tried them all and had no notes. We sat outside on a lovely evening, left with leftovers for days, and paid a price that felt almost unreasonably fair for what we got. Excited to go back and try more of their menu!

The atmosphere is still delightful with little sparkle lights along the windows and plenty of outdoor seating. They've added an Instagram wall ("Ouzo made me do it"). They now have a proper roasted Greek potato on the menu, and a vegetarian moussaka which I'm very excited about. Vegetarian items still not labeled; GF are. For mains, and vegetarians can get the spanakopita; a buttered macaroni with cheese; or combine various tasty dips from the appetizer section. There's also salad which I ignore. The online menu has a few appetizers I didn't see (zucchini with skordalia! Oven-baked lima beans!). Warning, at least where I was sitting: the booths can move (not nailed down) - be careful when you get up. I got the chef's special spanakopita/tiropita and the roasted potato; be very specific when ordering as I was served the special "Molos Greek potato" with garlic yogurt and shredded cheese, which was fine but not what I wanted. The spanakopita and tiropita were tasty, with a good ratio between filo and filling, served on a folded cloth napkin (great idea, even perfect filo-wrapped items can be a bit greasy). Service started a little slow, as there was apparently a big party (they do that and they cater now). It was OK though I'm not sure English was my server's first language. I'll be back for the moussaka, which looks great (someone at the next table ordered it) and will be very precise when ordering my roasted Greek potato. Hopefully with a side of giant lima beans in tomato sauce.

I can't believe I forgot to write an updated review from my visit recently…read more I hadn't been here in years but my husband wanted to try the All You Can Eat Fish Fry. We chose to sit on the patio since the weather was nice and I don't care for how dark it is inside the restaurant. Our server was great: friendly and attentive. I got the BLT which was fine. I didn't care much for the mayonnaise they use, but the bacon was cooked as I requested (crispy) and there was a lot of it! I liked the fries that came with it. My husband really enjoyed the clam chowder that came with his meal as well as the fish and fries. The hush puppies were small and dry but those tend to be almost everywhere. His first round of fish was so filling he didn't even want or need a refill. The star of the show for me was the cheese quesadilla appetizer. Not only was it huge, but the pico de gallo inside made it very flavorful. It came with a very generous helping of sour cream and guacamole as well. I liked it so much I might have that as my meal next time so I don't have to share but I want to try some other menu items too so we shall see. Either way, we will be back soon.

You can request seating closer to the bar if you want to enjoy the music while dining. Otherwise, the window seats are nice if you're looking for something quieter, restaurant lighting is dim. They're also able to modify some dishes to be gluten free. The Poached Pear Salad was light and refreshing, GF if you omit the goat cheese "crouton." Though if you like goat cheese, it looked delectable, perfectly cooked. It's more like a small fried goat cheese patty (almost like a mozzarella stick). The risotto was well cooked, but nothing particularly memorable in terms of flavor or components (bacon, mushroom, pesto, parmesan butter). The cassoulet was bursting with flavor. They offer both a small and larger portion. The small is really just a few bites of duck, so if you're looking for something more filling, definitely go with the larger size, which feels closer to a standard entrée. You can omit the panko breadcrumbs to make it gluten free. The guava sorbet was a refreshing way to end the meal, served as a trio of scoops and a cookie (not GF). Portion sizes overall are just okay, as you're unlikely to have leftovers. Unless you order apps, an entrée, and dessert, you may not leave completely full. Drink-wise, they have cocktails, beers, one cider on tap (GF), and wine options. The Mint Julep (bourbon based) was strong, simple, and surprisingly tasty. Service was fine overall, though one gentleman stood out for being especially attentive and friendly (wish we caught his name). Pricing didn't quite match the quality, but would be open to return in future to try out other dishes.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner going on my actual birthday. Friends of ours joined us for dinner. I chose to sit in the lounge area next to the bar, which is a smaller space than the dining room, more intimate. I enjoyed that space. There's a couple couches in front of a fireplace perfect to enjoy an after dinner drink. My friends brought a couple bottles of wine so we didn't order any cocktails or wine from the restaurant. Their corkage fee is $25 a bottle. The four of us started with appetizers to share. The deviled eggs were creamy and delicious. The charcuterie board was good but could've had another cheese on the board to match the three meats on the board. It was served with perfectly grilled baguette. The special appetizer for the evening was morel mushrooms. I love morel mushrooms, but these lacked flavor and the portion was small. That was a miss for me. For dinner, my husband had the crispy chicken milanese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chicken was topped with arugula, capers, manchego cheese, tomatoes. I opted to have a Caesar salad and the Spanish octopus appetizer for my dinner. Our server Carmen, who was so engaging and provided good service, said that the octopus was outstanding. He was right! It was the best octopus I ever had. Tender and flavorful. The owner stopped by our table to see if we were enjoying everything. I told him I didn't like the octopus at all and the chef needed to make me another one pronto, but he didn't buy it. I tried! It was noted on our reservation that it was my birthday and my friends bought a bouquet of flowers so it was pretty obvious, but the restaurant did not acknowledge it with a little dessert at the end of the meal. That was disappointing since I chose this place specifically to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant should make note when people are there to celebrate, do a little something special to mark the occasion. All in all, I still love this restaurant it would recommend it.
