However, during the process, the staff member at the door grabbed my arm hard enough to leave visible bruising. What made this worse is that when I followed up with management, I was told a different version of events that didn't reflect what actually happened. There was no acknowledgment of the physical force used, despite the injury. I tried to handle this privately first and gave the business time to review their security footage, but the response I received was dismissive. I'm sharing this so others are aware. I hope Crescent Lounge takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled in the future.

It was the KJ and I was told that I was insulting their coworkers by saying so. Anyone with ears that work would have walked away. Glad they're living their best fantasy. The staff was great, quick and attentive even with a significant amount of people ordering drinks and crowding around the runway, checked on us frequently and made sure we never had an empty glass. We didn't try any of the menu offerings, but people seemed to be enjoying them quite a bit. I look forward to my next visit!
