Ambience. A Service. A Food/drinks. A Price. A My favorite bar in Capitol Hill. The staff goes all out decorating for the holiday season. Wow!!! The elves outdid themselves this year 2025! Service always friendly and drinks are always a good gay pour!!! Bar food is also delicious too! Haven't been here for Xmas in years. Glad I have a place to hangout I'm a FaN!

    Patio so pretty

What a fun bar! My friend brought me here for a nightcap and I'm so glad he did. Walking in they checked our IDs. It was a Wednesday night so not super packed. You enter through the patio and it's sooo beautiful! It was all lit up with lights. Inside, the vibe in here was so fun. I can only imagine what it's like on a weekend! They had pop music playing (my favorite) with the music videos playing on the board behind. Soooo fun! My friend ordered me a gin and tonic, my go to drink. It was made really well and really good! The staff here was so nice and a gentleman asked if he could take our glasses at the end of the night. I'd definitely come back here!

We've been here twice when we come to visit Seattle. The vibe is nice and overall really fun. Saturday nights can be really busy with a ton of people which makes it fun too.

The drinks and food were pretty good and the vibes were on point. We went on a Monday and had a fantastic time. The service was good and the Halloween decor was really cute too. I loved the playlist and would come back honestly just for the vibes but the cheese curds would also be worth it.

The pandemic made socialising hard at first, and a despondent affair later for the debonair homosexual alighting from city to city looking to meet cute, funny but definitely not funny looking guys. Union alleviated that despair for me, and for that I am grateful. First, the atmosphere is urbane, electric yet easy. There are gay bars where one feels compelled to "perform," but the ambiance at Union exerted no such pressure. The staff and the crowd were all easy to talk to. I had several fun conversations with strangers. Secondly, the patio area is expansive, bustling and provides a much-needed reprieve from the necessary tediousness of pandemic precautions. I am enclosing a picture I took with friends I hadn't seen in years. With the stars above and luminous, hopeful camaraderie below, how could one not have a magical evening?

Union's Dark and Stormies are giving me hurricane vibes . This drink has more shots than a clinic #ooouuuuu

The bartender next to us was incredibly friendly and offered excellent drink recommendations. The drinks are on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere make it worth a visit if you're in the area. The bar staff were kind, attentive, and helped make for a great experience.

The space is elegant, unique, and lives up to the photos. I also want to recognize the manager, who was polite, professional, and kindly explained that reservations were required. I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

Who deserves 10 stars? The Loupe Lounge does!…read more Here is the story. If you have a long layover you can stay at the airport or you can be a rebel and venture into the city. I am a rebel with a food cause and opted to dine at The Loupe Lounge on my layover. Well, that was the master plan but coming from Maui, there were delays and my little mission was diverted. Abort? Absolutely NOT! Being a SUPER optimistic about everything in life, I rushed to make a 5:30 p.m. reservation at 7:00 p.m. I know, it was pushing it but for $150 a person I did not want this opportunity to go to waste. We arrived at The Space Needle and were whisked up to The Loupe Lounge. The host was not sure if they could still serve us so she rushed to get the manager. She must have gone back to NYC Fashion Week because here comes the manager looking like a whole GQ model, super trendy manager in the house! Well, he accommodated us, very cool of him. You're an Angel cause we were starving! The food was packaged to go, it was so delicious I'm super bummed that we didn't get to experience this in person. It was pretty in a box can't imagine what it would have been like in person! Beggars can't be choosers! The meal was fantastic! Caviar was packaged with ice! How accommodating and it passed TSA. Drinks were amazing and Andrea was the BEST waitress! Lucky we had her! Overall, if I'm back in Seattle this is back on my to-do list! Very cool experience and worth every penny! Honestly pretty cheap considering all you get! The drinks alone were worth it!

The drinks are nothing special and definitely not the highlight, but they get the job done while you take in one of the best panoramas in Seattle. The revolving lounge gives you a full 360-degree view of the city, so every seat feels like the best seat in the house. You can see all of downtown, the Puget Sound, and the peninsula across the water as the floor slowly rotates. It's an easy, relaxed way to take in everything without having to move around. Bottom line: don't come expecting craft-cocktail magic. Come for the incredible views, the unique experience, and the chance to see Seattle from above in a way that never gets old.

You enter through a vault door in the back of Tavern Law by picking up an antique telephone. Cool right?! Yep. Once they let you in, off you go up the stairs. Think moods, taste buds, flavors you love - any insights you can offer will benefit you and your beverage. It's quite engaging and interactive. Both beverages were refreshing, tasty, and coffee-forward. The service was phenomenal and attentive. The energy of Needle and Thread is quirky with a variety of seating arrangements, antique furniture, and warmth. Vibey, if you will. They serve food as well, but we didn't eat. Make a reservation and indulge in this experience! Enjoy your bespoke cocktail! Also, highly recommend checking out their website to learn more about the speakeasy and FAQ's. Oh! They also have an impressive selection of spirits, including baijiu, which was a surprise. I've only seen it once at a Chinese restaurant. Both cocktails were fantastic and tailored exactly to what I was looking for. I also ordered the popcorn chicken, which was incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
