It was so nice to come in out of the heat to this nice air-conditioned building. Thank goodness it's not a very busy office. I think I was only one of two people in the whole building waiting to be seen by somebody. After I went and had a seat and was waiting for my name to be called there was absolutely nobody left in the building. I was rather amused by the sweet woman behind the counter that says are you Kellie? Why yes I am. What a good guess that was, because there was absolutely not one other person in there. It was kind of funny. The woman that helped me was named Miriam. A very sweet professional woman that had a lot of knowledge about what she was doing. She was very quick and responsive, knew exactly what forms I was looking for and was so kind not to charge me for any of the documents. Everyone that works in this office is just really nice.

What they don't realize is the department is actually supposed to be an impartial party to make decisions on what's best for child or as they say in the best interest of the child unfortunately they don't they look for what's in the best interest of the social worker and the department itself they say they do not get a percentage or make any profits or get bonuses if a child is adopted out rather than being returned home that is not true. The safe family and adoptions act signed in by Bill Clinton and I believe it was 1995 maybe 85 even somewhere in there specifically gives out what they call adoption incentives. These are given to the county the social worker the foster parents or adoptive parents everybody except the natural parents or their children if the child is adopted into a so-called forever home. The same people including the social worker who decides whether or not your child is returned to you gets nothing if your child is returned to you but they get a significant bonus if you're they adopt your child out to a forever home so that's usually what they do especially around Christmas time as can be evidence by all the new cars that show up in their parking lot around that time. You don't have to take my word for it you can look into the safe family and adoptions act that was signed into law by Bill Clinton yourself the reputation children and family services have that causes people to think negatively when they hear the name children and family services is a very very well-earned I know this for a fact because I've been studying them for a number of years and I've worked with people and even their own employees know that the whole system needs to be reworked because it does not work it does not serve the best interest of children and far too often to children end up dead or seriously injured and the majority of them end up on the streets because the forever homes seem to end as soon as the checks and when they turn 18 and they end up on the kids end up on the streets and very often far too often end up in jail dead mentally Disturbed and as for children that are in the system 8-year-olds committing suicide is not unusual I didn't even know what suicide was when I was eight and these eight-year-old children are making serious attempts or sometimes succeeding taking their own lives that shows what the best interest of the child is as far as children and family services. Also if you read Hitler's book mein Kemp for details on his so-called perfect world and you read the procedural manual by children and family services you'll notice it's very similar one would almost think the procedural manual was based on my account straight down to term for the phrase in the best interest of the child

After visiting with my children in foster care, and the foster parents threatening my husband and I…read morewith never seeing our kids again, our social worker scheduled our next visit with our children at Palmdale DCFS. Not only did the foster parents never arrive for the scheduled visit with our kids at this DCFS office; our social worker had sent us to meet with someone who wasnt even at the office that day, and we had traveled 65 miles one way to be there. We felt deceived, betrayed, and angry. By the way, when the biological parents have an emotional response, DCFS does everything it can to use this VERY human reaction against the parents. While waiting to speak with a supervisor, I overheard a lady in the lobby advising a prospective foster family that "once the parental rights are stripped from the parents, the [adoption process] is easy". Whoa lady! I'm a parent fearing the worst for her children, who were taken unlawfully. Children are not toys, and are not to be sold and passed on and promised from one family to another. Parental rights are God-given, and cannot be signed away on a piece of paper, even though this agency has led thousands of parents to believe otherwise, and has profitted from it. You said you have been in customer service for over 20 years and every customer appreciates the way you explain things and they have a great customer experience with you, well I wish that was what I experienced with you today instead I got a rude, argumentative customer representative with an attitude all because I asked a simple question I'm not sure if he didn't like what I said or whatever I said made him snap on me because after my question our conversation took a left turn and he got very rude and mean with me. I cannot believe the way he was behaving on the phone with me this way I asked to be transferred to another customer service representative. I understand the customer service representatives have a lot on their plate right now but you still need to speak to people with respect and kindness. The last thing I will say is- MS. Flores, if you choose to address yourself as a MS. when your voice sounds like a MAN you cannot get mad when people mistake your gender especially if you aren't going to speak loud enough or clear enough for people to understand what you are saying as I did not hear you call yourself MS until you pointed it out to me after I called you MR, not everyone will like or agree with your choice but it's up to YOU to keep your cool and stay professional at all times. You are getting paid to do a JOB and should be able to do so without your personal issues getting in the way. California Code of Civil Procedure - CCP § 430.41…read more In California, before filing a demurrer, the demurring party must "meet and confer" with the party who filed the challenged pleading. This involves a discussion, either in person or by phone, to attempt to resolve the issue without court intervention. The meet and confer must occur at least five days before the responsive pleading is due. The defendant's attorney lied and said she tried to reach me by phone! The demurrer automatically gave her 30 days more to file her answer to my complaint. I checked my cell phone records for a call from that attorney, and there was no record of a call. I called the attorney and asked her to send me her phone record. She sent me her phone record, and the call was only 4 seconds long! She dialed my number and hung up immediately. She didn't have her answer ready so she lied in order to get 30 more days to respond. She committed perjury, and I charged her with perjury in my complaint! The clerk at the Antelope valley courthouse accidentally filed the limited case at their courthouse. Michael Antonvich in Antelope valley does not handle limited court cases, so the case was transferred to the Spring Street courthouse in Los Angeles. The commissioner that heard the case was not interested in the fact that the attorney committed perjury! My case was against a government agency. When big money government agencies are involved, the lying crooked judges and commissioners will take bribes! I am sure most people have watched Judge Mathis. He has thrown out many cases for perjury! In fact, under this civil code perjury is mentioned!

This is beautiful... new... clean... free parking…read more I understand that most people come here for not great reasons. I came to visit friends that weren't going to trial so I can say - listen, if you have to go to this courthouse... you have no idea what a hassle it is to go to other courthouses in LA County. This one at least has parking, friendly and helpful staff and a very new, clean facility. I also felt safe there. It's hot as hades there but... that really isn't the courthouse's fault. You're in the high dessert. Bring sunscreen. I got a tan just driving there.
