Social Security is one of the most screwed up entities I have ever had to deal with. They say they have 30 days to look at forms to review things. 3 months later they still haven't done them. But you've been told different things by different workers. I don't even know how Social Security operates it's so screwed up. You're also going to hear over and over and over again we are understaffed we are understaffed we are understaffed we are understaffed we are understaffed. And they tell you this over and over again like it's your fault. Not my fault it's Trump's fault. But that doesn't mean that a disabled person should get really bad service. But that's what happens now. What a difference it is since my last review of this crap pit.

After visiting with my children in foster care, and the foster parents threatening my husband and I…read morewith never seeing our kids again, our social worker scheduled our next visit with our children at Palmdale DCFS. Not only did the foster parents never arrive for the scheduled visit with our kids at this DCFS office; our social worker had sent us to meet with someone who wasnt even at the office that day, and we had traveled 65 miles one way to be there. We felt deceived, betrayed, and angry. By the way, when the biological parents have an emotional response, DCFS does everything it can to use this VERY human reaction against the parents. While waiting to speak with a supervisor, I overheard a lady in the lobby advising a prospective foster family that "once the parental rights are stripped from the parents, the [adoption process] is easy". Whoa lady! I'm a parent fearing the worst for her children, who were taken unlawfully. Children are not toys, and are not to be sold and passed on and promised from one family to another. Parental rights are God-given, and cannot be signed away on a piece of paper, even though this agency has led thousands of parents to believe otherwise, and has profitted from it. What they don't realize is the department is actually supposed to be an impartial party to make decisions on what's best for child or as they say in the best interest of the child unfortunately they don't they look for what's in the best interest of the social worker and the department itself they say they do not get a percentage or make any profits or get bonuses if a child is adopted out rather than being returned home that is not true. The safe family and adoptions act signed in by Bill Clinton and I believe it was 1995 maybe 85 even somewhere in there specifically gives out what they call adoption incentives. These are given to the county the social worker the foster parents or adoptive parents everybody except the natural parents or their children if the child is adopted into a so-called forever home. The same people including the social worker who decides whether or not your child is returned to you gets nothing if your child is returned to you but they get a significant bonus if you're they adopt your child out to a forever home so that's usually what they do especially around Christmas time as can be evidence by all the new cars that show up in their parking lot around that time. You don't have to take my word for it you can look into the safe family and adoptions act that was signed into law by Bill Clinton yourself the reputation children and family services have that causes people to think negatively when they hear the name children and family services is a very very well-earned I know this for a fact because I've been studying them for a number of years and I've worked with people and even their own employees know that the whole system needs to be reworked because it does not work it does not serve the best interest of children and far too often to children end up dead or seriously injured and the majority of them end up on the streets because the forever homes seem to end as soon as the checks and when they turn 18 and they end up on the kids end up on the streets and very often far too often end up in jail dead mentally Disturbed and as for children that are in the system 8-year-olds committing suicide is not unusual I didn't even know what suicide was when I was eight and these eight-year-old children are making serious attempts or sometimes succeeding taking their own lives that shows what the best interest of the child is as far as children and family services. Also if you read Hitler's book mein Kemp for details on his so-called perfect world and you read the procedural manual by children and family services you'll notice it's very similar one would almost think the procedural manual was based on my account straight down to term for the phrase in the best interest of the child

The call center is always experiencing a " high volume " of callers and if you get through,be prepared to wait more than 30 min before a rep is on the phone.

This involves a discussion, either in person or by phone, to attempt to resolve the issue without court intervention. The meet and confer must occur at least five days before the responsive pleading is due. The defendant's attorney lied and said she tried to reach me by phone! The demurrer automatically gave her 30 days more to file her answer to my complaint. I checked my cell phone records for a call from that attorney, and there was no record of a call. I called the attorney and asked her to send me her phone record. She sent me her phone record, and the call was only 4 seconds long! She dialed my number and hung up immediately. She didn't have her answer ready so she lied in order to get 30 more days to respond. She committed perjury, and I charged her with perjury in my complaint! The clerk at the Antelope valley courthouse accidentally filed the limited case at their courthouse. Michael Antonvich in Antelope valley does not handle limited court cases, so the case was transferred to the Spring Street courthouse in Los Angeles. The commissioner that heard the case was not interested in the fact that the attorney committed perjury! My case was against a government agency. When big money government agencies are involved, the lying crooked judges and commissioners will take bribes! I am sure most people have watched Judge Mathis. He has thrown out many cases for perjury! In fact, under this civil code perjury is mentioned!

I came to visit friends that weren't going to trial so I can say - listen, if you have to go to this courthouse... you have no idea what a hassle it is to go to other courthouses in LA County. This one at least has parking, friendly and helpful staff and a very new, clean facility. I also felt safe there. It's hot as hades there but... that really isn't the courthouse's fault. You're in the high dessert. Bring sunscreen. I got a tan just driving there.
