One of the products I routinely purchase from them was their Black on Black at $14.97 a can. I typically keep at least 2 cans on hand, but with my last couple of purchases the spray cans were defective, in that when you try to spray it, 40% of the product runs down your fingers and all over the can onto your garage floor creating a mess. When I originally took them back, (nearly full) I was given 2 new cans. A few months later when I finished up my previous stock and began to use the then exchanged cans, I discovered that they were defective as well. When I returned them to the store, I did not want an exchange, but thought maybe they had some other product II could try. Instead, I was told that they were aware of the defective sprayer issue, but (here's the kicker), This time they were only going to offer me a lousy 20% discount on something else and then take back my returnand asked if they were full so that they could place them back on the shelf! Are you kidding me? What? And sell them to the next unweary customer? This knowing all along that they were defective! - Who does business like that? I may have lost $30 to them on a sub-par, defective product, but they lost my business and everyone else I can tell about their defective product and business practices. Going forward, I will just purchase "Meguiars Classic Tire Shine" for $14.99, where you get three 15oz cans for $14.99 and the product is just as good. - I'm only sorry I dodn't discover this earlier.

Wayne replied to my call in less than 15 min! I will review 2 different jobs: cleaning the engine block for $100 (see photo of finished job) and doing the "good" outside job ($200). His prices are now $50 for basic wash, $150 for good (vacuum inside, wash n wax outside), and $250 for best (good PLUS inside shampoo). Price for van or large car is higher - best bet is make appointment and have Wayne give estimate so he can see and walk around the car (that's what I did). The outside job is scheduled for 2 May - we were unable to juggle our schedules to do both jobs on the same day. The engine cleaning was done by Wayne's brother (great job, Keith!) in about 3 hours - even for this short period of time, Wayne had a loaner for me to use (it's a 2004 Camry that looks like it just came off the showroom floor (except for a couple of dings) - so clean in and out (engine block so shut), inside smells so fresh. My engine block is now squeaky clean - ok, I don't know much about cars and mechanics, but I know it will help with resale value. Can you tell I'm very happy with this job? Oh, did I mention it's a 2000 Toyota Sienna with 143,800 miles?
