My car really suffered from the elements of this tropical whether with dirty water stains and some bird poop that I really can't help due to the bird attracting light pole above my parking spot. I thought I lost all hope when I got my car washed at the dealership a week prior and they said that the water spots were not going to come off with a regular wash. My fiancé found Aloha Shine and took her to get a nice little scrub-a-dub-dub. Boy was I surprised to see the spots gone! The only thing that couldn't be fixed was the spot where the bird tattooed my car with white ink. It's hardly noticeable so I'm happy. My detail cost $300 plus tax, but could range in price (higher or lower) depending on your vehicle and it's condition. It took almost the entire day so I know he put in work to get it cleaned. When I came to pick up my car the detailer indicated that he walked into the gas cap cover on my car and broke it off. The owner indicated that they could order a replacement the next week. They made sure they collected the total amount for the detailing, even though they damaged my car in the process. After waiting to be contacted and never hearing back I called several times and got the run around. Finally, after several weeks they said that the owner had just ordered the gas cap cover. When it came in, they said they needed to paint it and they would call me. Sometime later they made an appointment for me to come in and have the cover replaced. The person working that day had no idea I was coming in, had to look for the cover, and try to replace it. The paint job was rough and unprofessional, and the cover was too big to fit my car! After complaining again, the owner said I could have it fixed myself and he would reimburse me. I had to order the part from Korea, which was easy, but evidently not for the Like New Detailing Staff! When it came in, I had it professionally painted and installed. I sent my receipts in for reimbursement, and after several weeks of not receiving the check, I called. They said the check had been mailed. I waited awhile longer and still no check. I don't think they ever prepared and mailed it. I called again. They said I could come to the shop on a Saturday in June and pick up a check. When I arrived, the girl in the office had no idea I was coming to pick up a check and struggled to find my information, although they claim a check was previously issued and mailed. I was finally issued the check after waiting for her to figure it out. This was the second time they made an appointment with me, and when I showed up, they had no idea I was coming or why I was there. It took over six months to get this resolved because of their incompetence and lack of caring. I think they just hoped I would forget about it and go away! Please don't waste your money here!

My car's exterior was in good condition but over time; weather, hand washes using dishwashing soap, 808 drive thus, and free car washes from Acura (I know you read those reviews), it needed plenty of corrections. No matter how hard I tried my clear coat perfect, I had plenty of scratches and I knew major corrections were needed. So I looked toward Yelp for help. I decided to get the ceramic coating again. The warranty is good for three years but after two my last application was failing. Not sure if I'm ever going to Auto Detailing again. Yep you read that review right? After scrolling through Yelp and talking to Kalen, this was the place. Now this guy is serious about detailing. He makes it an art. I had to leave my car over at his house for two day. One day for interior and corrections. The second for coating application and drying. He kept me updated and informed me he needed more time with the car. I told you major correction. Caido was able to detail my car Saturday at 8am at my house. He has a nice truck with all his equipment including a big vat for his own water, power washer, buckets, etc. He truly is mobile as I was expecting he would need to use my water hose. It took exactly 4 hours and wow, my car looks brand new. He does accept Venmo but I had cash on me. He really worked hard and very courteous.
