What is hard is there is about 8 vacuum stalls during peak hours. Customers either wiping down their cars with the free complimary cloth while waiting for those stalls to open up. The business limit vacuum use for 10 mins so can free up the stalls. You can purchase their microfiber cloth but I bring my Costco microfiber cloth to use. I like the Kapolei location as there are more vacuum/wipe stations available here due to being a bigger location. I'm glad that I have Waipio location which is closer to where I live. The cost for service is $20.94. Card payment only, do not think they accept cash but ask. They have membership option as well. I prefer to wash my car at least once a month if can.

You're asked a few quick questions about tires, vacuuming or upgrades and before you know it you're being waved forward. If you're trying to understand the difference between services or whether a detail is worth it, don't expect much guidance. The actual wash was good, especially for the price. Coming from Los Angeles, where a proper wash and detail can easily cost well over $100, it's hard to complain. Just don't expect perfection. The interior looked much better, but there was still sand hiding under the kids' car seats and a few corners that were easy to miss. If you have children, prepare yourself for the awkward dance of unloading everyone while deciding whether to let someone else drive your car through the wash. One thing I would recommend. Tip the crew. They work incredibly hard in the Hawaii heat, moving nonstop from one car to the next. No, it isn't a concours level detail. But for a long standing neighborhood institution that gets you in, gets you out and leaves your car noticeably cleaner without emptying your wallet, it's still easy to understand why locals keep coming back.

I signed up for their most popular package, which was a full interior and exterior detail complete with ceramic coat. The price was very reasonable! I didn't even realize that they were a mobile detail service until Elisiah explained it to me over the phone. Even better! Friday rolled around and the weather looked like it might pour. Thankfully, Elisiah came prepared with a tent in case there was a downpour. Elisiah and his buddy showed up promptly at 9am and worked their tails off all day, all while I sat in the comfort of my home. After a few hours, they called me out to check out their work. They did such an amazing job! They made it look brand new! I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail. In fact, their work caught the eye of my neighbor across the street and he decided to book a session with them too! What surprised me the most was how young they were. Both of them were just out of high school. I had no idea. They both were extremely professional and respectful. Pure gentlemen. The basic wash here is $10 (given Hawai'i's typical price increase over the mainland).1 Unfortunately, it didn't seem like I got a good value for the $10 I paid. The attendants didn't do a thorough when the scrubbed the car initially. Then, I don't recall going through a "foam bath". I remember going through and being confused where the "foam bath" was.
