Jarret came out to install a new HVAC system. He told me he would install TRANE and walked me through the installation. He took two days. I paid him in full. He put the heatpump on the ground, and never finished installing the air handler. In fact, there is no filter rack and no filter! Not only that, the air handler is on a box that is too small and can't support the unit! He has ghosted me. He gave me two false addresses, the third address, I don't know if it's valid. I have asked him in writing to remove this equipment and return my money. I have never been disrespectful, I am stating facts. He has blocked my calls, if anyone has his contact info, could you please forward it to me. I am a single income mom, he is despicable, and preys on honest people! Well , I see I'm not the only one our boy jarrett ( lower case j ) has screwed ! He is a Liar ~ darn good , to a point . Long story kept short , installed 1 1/2 years ago . Heat pump failed last winter -- he would not come . No heat under 20 - his advise , turn it up to 80 ? Of course not . Finally got him here 6 months ago . He said the thermostat was bad - put in a claim - he has MY part and refuses to install . It' 22 degrees and I'm burning wood . Would have left 0 stars if I could. I contacted Jarrett in June of 2023 for maintenance on my mini splits. He told me this is his busy season for installations which I understood, and said he would contact me after labor day to make an appointment. Jarrett did not call so I called him, and he told me he is still busy with installations and we made an appointment for November. Jarrett was a NO SHOW and no call. I contacted him and he said he didn't call me because he had Covid. He said he would call the next day to make an appointment and he didn't. Seeing his reviews and our initial conversation I really thought he would turn out to be our annual maintenance guy. Instead I had to keep calling him and he had excuse after excuse why he didn't call and why he can't come. I explained to Jarrett that it is getting cold and I needed the mini splits done before it gets too cold. My husband is a disabled Veteran which I explained to him as well, and we needed to have our heat pumps working properly as soon as he can make it. Finally I stopped calling and Jarrett never bothered to call me back to this day. In December we ended up calling another company who we contracted for annual maintenance. Jarrett is NOT reliable and is a huge liar. I wouldn't trust him at all with anything he has to offer. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Jarrett was recommended to us by a family member whom he had recently did installations. With that, in June 2022 we had him install mini split units throughout our home. He was timely and did a good job. However, this is where it ends. In April of 2023 | contacted Jarrett to schedule our first service that was included in our contract. He stated he started his servicing of systems in June and would put us on the list. In July I contacted him since I had not heard from him, no response. I contacted him both in text and phone calls again in August, September and October and still no response. I reminded him of our contract with him and his assurance of commitment to his warranty and servicing of our system. My concern was the factory warranty would be voided without yearly maintenance. Still no response. Not only did he not fulfill his contract with us, we had to hire another company to service our systems. I had even recommended him to a friend at the time of install and she hired him for units in her home. Unfortunately, she is running into the same issues we are having with him as well as the family member who recommended him. I would definitely not recommend him. If I could give no stars I would but I had to give one. My initial impression was good, I left a short detailed message and got a return call from Jarret in less than an hour. I spoke with him for a while explaining what we need, our project is new construction and we need a complete heating system with a boiler and a central air unit. Nothing I mentioned seemed to be out of his ability and he said he could come out to take a look at the job Wednesday afternoon (I spoke with him Monday morning). We set up a time to meet on Wednesday and a short time later we received an automated text message saying "Hi ..., Jarrett Nash from Nash Heating and Cooling is scheduled to arrive Wed, Jan 11 at 3:00pm". He seemed to be serious about his business. Wednesday afternoon came and we were at the job site well before 3:00, well 3:00 came and went and after trying to call Jarrett to see if he was running late and getting no answer we stayed until after 4:00 and left. Its now Wednesday evening and we had no word from Jarrett. If the job was too big and out of his ability saying "Thanks but no thanks" would have been fine but he wasted our time. Stick to cleaning furnaces, installations are not within your abilities I guess. read more
