This place is a bunch of fucking losers. I bought a brand spanking new 2020 Jetske paid $11,500 cash. When I say cash I dropped $100 bills down and took the Jetski along with a dual trailer. One month after owning the Jetske I sucked up a rub rail from a boat in 100 feet of water at Saguaro Lake I brought the Jetski down to get it fixed three months it sat there out in the back parking lot and was full of bird shit and dust. Finally one of the parts come in I ask him to put it together, detail the Jetski and put it on a trickle charge and I'll wait for the other $8 part to come in. three days I wait and nothing I go back to pick up the boat there it is sitting in the parking lot full bird shit and dust looking like a 1985 fucking jetski. This place is the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life all the way from sales right down to the service department. I drove the JetSki to AutoZone took the whole damn thing apart put it together myself and it runs like a champion. Fuck those guys bunch of fucking idiots over there with no clue on how to sell or repair. read more

It is a cliché but he truly is an asset to this company. I purchased a brand new Spyder last year at Nash & had a great experience. Today, I went to pick up a quart of oil & there were 3 employees behind the counter. One was waiting on someone but the other 2 were doing NOTHING! Both looked at me several times but did not even ask if I needed help. Finally, I asked if I was invisible & one asked if they could help me. How brilliant after standing there for over 10 minutes without being asked. I know that most of their customers are male but they need to remember & learn that women really enjoy riding & also can & will spend money. read more

Beware of Apache's unscrupulous sales tactics. I went to Apache to look at trading in my Victory Vision and purchasing a Can Am Spyder. Due to physical problems, I'm needing to go to three wheels. I wandered around by myself for about 5 minutes without anyone offering assistance, and finally tracked down a salesman. He turned out to be the rudest, most uninformed, indifferent salesman I have ever encountered. As I was asking him questions about the product, he contunually tried to turn and run away, as if I was keeping him from something more important than talking to a customer. When I wasn't looking, he disappeared into a cubicle. I walked out of the store in frustration. I later learned that his name is Shane, but he should change it to Shame. I was later called by another salesman named Jesse who was following up on the online inquiry I had made on the Can Am website. I told him of my experience, for which he apologized and assured me that he would make sure I was treated properly. I gave Apache another shot at my business, and went to see Jesse. Jesse was very polite, very friendly, knowledgable about the product, and eager to make things right for me. Jesse is the reason I gave this dealership two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, Jesse is a rookie salesperson and it appears that he has been trained to treat every customer like an idiot. After selecting the model that I wanted off the floor, it was time to find out how much I could get for my trade in, how much they were willing to sell the Spyder for, and how much it would cost "Out the Door". Jesse disappeared into his manager's office, and after several minutes came out with a sheet of paper in his hand. He took me to a desk and flashed the paper in front of me. The paper was filled with undecipherable notes and numbers, except for the very bottom, which he pointed to. It was the out the door price. I asked if I could look at the paper, and he just waved it around, telling me that it's not important. I said yes, it is important, and asked if I could have a copy of it. He said he wasn't allowed to give it to me, but instead wrote the out the door price on the back of his business card. I asked if I could talk to the Manager, and was taken to the cubicle where the manager was seated. I began talking to the man about such things as FICO scores and the different models, and how much the FICO 8 model differed from the FICO Auto 2 etc. He just sat there with a glazed look on his face. I asked him a question, and he was completely clueless. You would think that a sales manager who deals with credit applications all day long, would at least have elementary knowledge of credit matters. This guy was a complete baffoon. It seems that all these people know is how to try to pull wool over customers eyes and sell them whatever they can sell for however much money they can out of them. Apparently, they aren't used to dealing with sophisticated, knowledgeable buyers. I began contacting Can Am dealers in neighboring states, requesting quotes on the model I was looking for. I received phone calls and emails from half a dozen dealers, eager for my business, and perfectly willing to provide me with a breakdown of price, trade-in allowance, tax, document fees, etc. Each one had a bottom line price much lower than what Jesse and his Manager had quoted to me. Again, I wanted to give Jesse a chance at the sale, so I called him and asked him to please give me a break down of how they had arrived at their out the door price. He told me that it was against Apache's policy to provide that information to the customers. I said thank you, and terminated the call with a very bad taste in my mouth. I did end up purchasing my Can Am Spyder RT Special Series from another dealer. I got a great deal, and they were very up front right from the start as far as how much I was paying, how much tax, trade-in value, etc. It's a shame that a guy like Jesse is representing such a sleazy outfit as Apache. I would have loved to give the sale to Jesse, but not to Apache. read more

Brought my new motorcycle back for break-in period service at 600 miles. It took 2hrs 10 minutes to complete. I waited there to ride it back home. They have a sofa in a corner of the sales floor for people waiting on service. That service cost me about $180. I made my appointment by phone a week in advance, showed-up ten minutes early, scheduled it for opening time then hiked around the mall next door while the work was completed. All in all, a no-hassle experience. There are vending machines and bathrooms near the service end of the building. The service manager was very professional. read more

The atmosphere is so much more relaxed and the employees are even cooler than some people over at Ride Now Sports. You don't have people hounding you every two seconds and trying to convince you to buy something right now. We got our bike serviced here and they did a great job, they definitely went above and beyond. They were timely, decently priced and made us feel extremely welcomed. Went to buy a UTV and service was poor. Dealing with DJ and you can tell he didn't want to waste his time. Filled out application and took over 24 hours to tell me I wasn't approved for unknown reason. Went to Western Honda and got a way better deal ($2,000 less) and was approved instantly. These guys are the best in town. My Dad and I bought two bikes from Tim, and he was incredibly helpful and patient with all of our questions. There was no hassle on the pricing, and they beat the pants off the other dealers prices. We didn't have a way to transport our bikes home so the owner personally dropped them off at our doorstep. As far as recreational motor vehicle dealers this place is pretty nice. It has a great selection of motorcycles, ATVs, jet skis, trikes, and other motor vehicles. Their used selection was limited to a little over a dozen models, only three sport motorcycles that I was interested in. Their selection of new is much better. Though there was not much a a choice in Honda Sports bikes, they made up for it in Suzuki and Yamaha bikes. As with most businesses nowadays, they were short staffed on the sales floor and it took them nearly an hour of me walking back and forth and in and out from the new to the used selections to even ask if they could help. Granted, I am currently only in the browsing phase of looking at bikes, but I could have used some guidance on trying to make a decision. The layout of the store is a touch cluttered to actually get to the model you are looking at, but it was navigable to a browser like me. They have a good selection of riding gear, i.e. jackets, helmets, bike parts and bags, but I have seen larger selections at smaller stores in smaller towns. It seems like a great place to purchase a recreational motor craft, but you might have to walk in waving your money or wallet to get the attention you deserve as a customer. read more

We were in there earlier today purchasing a Can-Am Ryker. Each person was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 3 hours, we were able to customize the Ryker, pick out accessories and helmets, speak with the financial service person to sign all of the paperwork, and head out the door very happy! This was one of the easiest and stress-free transactions we have ever made in regards to a large purchase like this. We will definitely be back and appreciate how smooth everything went today. Called the store to see if they had a part for our can am spyder. They checked, said yes, and offered to put our name on it until we got there. Drove 140 miles and when we got there they could not find the part. We waited 40 min while they searched. Never put our name on the part and never found it. HORRIBLE customer service!!! read more

I'm very disappointed with my purchase inquiry experience with Nash Powersports. I am in the market for purchasing a UTV. Each and every time I submit an inquiry of what I want to purchase, they email and call me back with the same answer. They do not have what was advertised in stock. They add that they have another version, but it's at a higher cost with accessories I do not want. This is false advertising and called slamming. Forcing customers to purchase options they do not want after luring them with something they don't have. Normally, a business would compensate in savings or a better deal to purchase a model they do not want. After questioning one of their sales persons about a model advertised in stock, that person replied it wasn't in stock. When I offered evidence it was in stock, that person transferred me to another sales person. That individual said they could not sell it to me unless I purchase accessories. Isn't that false advertising? I did have the option of ordering what was advertised, as in stock, however, it would require a deposit and they couldn't tell me when it would arrive. Is this really how Nash Powersports operates. I guess I will look at a purchase with RideNow. Hopefully, that will be a better experience. Nash Powersports, you have to realize you are losing business. I intended to purchase with Nash Powersports. The company I worked for recommended them. read more

We stopped by We Ride to see what they had in the way of 4 wheel drive UTVs. What a pleasant surprise to see a huge inventory of them in several manufacturers and many different models. As we were looking at some of them, we were approached by Jesse James. Yes folks, he's still alive ... go figure. Any way, Jesse jumped in to see if he can answer any questions. After being thoroughly satisfied with the choices, and had several questions answered satisfactorily, we made our choice on what we wanted to buy. BUYER BE WARE!!!! Rating based on not being able to give a negative number. I purchased a used 2012 Can-am in Dec 2019. Since then I have had a "shimmy" coming from the front tires ever since I bought it. I took it back to Nash (as well as Ride Now in Surprise) and no one could figure it out. On Thursday we had to take it in for a brake service. Again we ask Nash's service department about it. This time they tell us we need to replace the tires - not because of the tread (we have put less than 2k miles on it for a total of 31k) but because they are expired! Apparently they are the original tires from 2012. Industrial standard for tires is 5-6 years. Doing the math shows that the tires should have been replaced, per industry standards, one to two years BEFORE Nash put it out for sale. Upon contacting the general manager (Tim) and informing him of the situation, he refused to replace the defective tires he sold me - he would only give me a "discount ". He stated that he isn't responsible for them because I purchased the bike over two years ago EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE TWO YEARS EXPIRED AT THE TIME!!! Be VERY careful if you decide to do business with this location - either their service department doesn't actually inspect the vehicles before putting them out for sale, is COMPLETELY incompetent, or they care more about saving a little money on replacing defective equipment than the lives of the people buying their products. read more

Bought the last 2 cars from nash, needless to say should have never bought the second one, had problems with it since day one. I've waited 6 weeks for my appointment to have my 2021 looked at for the same reacquiring problem for the second time. I was assured that the reason why it would take that long to be looked at was, it had to be seen by the "most experienced mechanic" since it's the same problem that I had it there 6 months ago. In the mean time the battery died waiting for it to be looked at. I Told them to replace the battery so they could continue the process of checking into the real reason why it was there (which was clearly not the battery) they have had it for a week, a legit 7 days! got my call today.. just informed me that it's all fixed, because they replaced the battery. Cool, thanks nash for fixing my car and doing the list of things that are actually wrong with it, which you completely disregarded. I waited 6 weeks which I had no problem with! I understand you my be short staffed but I at least expected you to actually fix my broken car after waiting that long. So now what? I just drive it till it's a compleat pile of crap, mean while I'll continue to pay 30,000.00$ and an extended warranty for nothing? read more

Big fan of this place. I have bought several ATVs here and lots of items from their parts department, even back when they were called Champion. Prices are reasonable and they don't crush you with hidden fees like Ride Now. Also, most of the sales guys I've ever encountered are not high pressure and are fairly straight forward, which I like. I realize some people have to be "sold" but I sometimes like to just look a few times while I'm researching my next purchase. I don't waste a salesman's time or mine, if I get to the point of crunching numbers with a sales guy I plan on buying. This place seems to get that and I am always totally comfortable going in. Not as huge and impressive as Ride Now but trust me, you will be treated with respect here and not want to strangle someone when you leave. read more

RideNow assured me they were only making like $700 off the "Deal" we had worked up after each side went back-and-forth a few times. RideNow did the move money around from line item to line item, typical car sales type stuff. Got tired of that real quick. One call to Shane at Apache Motorcycles and his first quote was $2000 less than RideNow for the same two Sea-Doos out the door with the trailer and all the accessories I wanted included. I had talked to Shane a few times prior when I was just kicking the tires deciding what I wanted and he was never pushy. In fact he was quite the opposite. Almost seemed un-interested in selling me some toys. After shopping around a bit I now know why. When you have some of the better pricing in town you're going to be a busy man without having to pressure the sale. Thanks Shane! Watch out for the finance guy though, his prices for the extended warranties were a bit high. Research what they are going for for a given model before hand and try to negotiate it down a bit. I will most likely be returning here in a few years when it is time to purchase a third Sea-Doo or side-by-side for my family to continue making memories. read more

Hello, I just wanted to share my experience at We Ride. I stopped in looking for my second bike. I was greeted by Tim Jerome a pleasant, straightforward, knowledgeable and most of all relaxed team member. I did buy a 2014 Honda CTX- they had the best used price in the valley. Once my better half arrived and she fit on the bike and was comfortable. We moved on to finance - met Jesse - sharp, knowledgeable and also relaxed team member. Throughout my whole buying experience I was never pressured or hounded in any way. Jesse found an excellent source for funding and I was a new proud owner of my CTX. I did meets Kevin - another great team member of sales - man does that guy have years of riding knowledge ! Most of all the store manager came and introduced himself and was also a straightforward and relaxed member of this WeRide shop ! If I remember he has been at this shop for 23 years. I have also been back since my purchase - for parts "oil change items" - parts department is quick and subtle. I will say this this team of riders as earned a customer for life. I own three motorcycles. I bought the last one at Apache and was totally delighted with the price, service, delivery, etc. this dealer gave me. I would definitely recommend them along with Go AZ in Scottsdale. I suggest staying away from Ride Now and Victory BMW - they add on setup fees, license plate/registration fees, freight, etc. until a 10K bike becomes a 14K bike. Apache and Go AZ do not use this deceptive practice from everything I have seen. read more

DO NOT go to this business. ZERO STARS. All items are overpriced compared to other local dealers. Buying a bike? The "main man" is rude. While discussing and dealing with him on credit to buy a bike, he plopped down his microwaved lunch in front of my face and rudely added to his overfilled fat belly while we discussed business. This is beyond belief. This was a business transaction/conversation and he treated me like dirt - Casually eating in my face in the middle of a purchase/credit transaction?! Abomination! The service department: One certain employee is helpful at times, but OVERALL they are rude to me and other customers as I have witnessed on many occasions. They have a condemning attitude on your lack of knowledge to keep up with your bike's maintenance. Their repair work is sloppy and dangerous in my experience. Have had my bike towed-in twice with bad results. They are verbally wishy-washy on commitment that should have fixed my problem. The last "fix" could have ended up in death and explosion, as they did not attach the gas line back into the tank after repair, and gas gushed out over my hot engine. They rerouted power from my DRL's to the wrong circuit, then accused me a year later of having a bad job done. They did the bad job. I hope they fixed it. I'm never going back. read more

So last Friday (March 30th 2018) I called We Ride Powersports Mesa (Nash Powersports Mesa) to get a price to clean my carburetor and rebuild my clutch. They said they could give me a better estimate if I brought the bike down. So Saturday (March 31) I brought my bike down to get a price. At that time I was told that if I left my bike that could look it over and make sure it really needed the parts I wanted and get me a price, and that there would be no charges without my approval. Today (Wednesday, April 4) they called me with price on parts and an overly inflated price for labor. I said no thanks and came to get my bike. I was then told that I owed $110 for diagnosing the motorcycle and refused to return the bike until I paid. Then they taxed me for the service work. I am a lifetime motorcycle rider. I have been riding since I was kid and will ride until I die. I will NEVER bring my bike to Powersports Mesa for work again, I will never by a bike from them. read more

So I checked out Nash because I've heard nothing but great things but I was WRONG. I went online and checked out their used inventory and saw a used cam am maverick I was interested in purchasing, so I called and made an appointment with Dj to go and check it out, cut the story short, I called dj before hand to see if he could send me some photos of the can am because they didn't have any on their website so he said sure thing, and then he called me back a few minutes later to tell me that the can am sold earlier. So if I had not called him, I would've never known and would've drove all the way down there to find out it had been sold(BTW the Mesa location is 50 miles from my house). So he tells me "sorry dude". So I told him if I hadn't called you would've never called and told me and he had nothing to say about it. I definitely know what kind of place this is. I have worked in the motocross industry for 40 years and dealt with a lot of dealerships. Nash is by far the best. They delivered on everything they represented. I also spent time as a GM in the car business after my motocross racing career ended, so I am very sensitive to how other managers deal with their customers and Jesse James is as good as I have ever met! Took my 2005 Yamaha R1 in for an engine swap. Estimate was @ 600. Then it became 824.60. Now it's 953., and I was told to come pick it up it's ready. I get there, and I couldn't take it home because now the throttle grip sticks open. They had forgotten to put the plastic sleeve under the grip, so the throttle rolls open, but will not snap closed when released. So now I have to wait an extra day at least, and I'm not happy with this. The people in Service are cool, but their techs need to pay more attention to detail. Being a Suzuki/Yamaha technician myself, I found the issue immediately. Granted, with the price going from 600+ to 900+, I'm getting pretty pissed. Add in a problem my bike did NOT have when I brought it in, getting less happy as I sit and wait for them to finish the job correctly. read more
