When you have to call a shop multiple times after 2 weeks to find out the status of your bike, you know you should have found a different shop. The communication with this place is terrible and they have zero urgency in keeping customers updated. Tyler seems to be the only one that answers the phone; he is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. The owner Cliff can't be bothered to talk with folks or even provide updates on service. This place had an opportunity to become a great shop that stands out in the community. When I dropped off the bike, they advised that the reason for my overheating was the radiator cap, although I advised them that I had just purchased a brand new one. After the 2 weeks had gone by, not one proactive phone call. My last call was the owner Cliff letting me know that now they " Don't know what's causing the issue," and I would have to take it to an actual Ducati dealer. They suspected the thermostat grasping for some last random solution. I replaced the thermostat myself and the same issue. Just took the bike for a ride and it overheated and put out coolant everywhere, the reason I spent $400 here in the first place. This shop also returned my bike with a broken side panel. With multiple bikes, I had hoped that a local QC shop would be knowledgeable. What a waste of time and money here. If you have a Ducati, save yourself the heartache and just take it to a real shop. read more

I bought a Beta Xtrainer from Manic Moto and Im very pleased with the whole process. Purchase was seamless with no bs fees. Tylar ,Cliff and Matt are honest business folks. They love motorcycles and Beta is a great brand. They also sell Moto Guzzi. I rode the bike to break it in and brought it back for 1st service- they meticulously checked the bike out,fixed a minor issue and I was off to the races( not really,I just went and rode). This is a small,family owned shop. These guys know their stuff. Ive owned a lot of different motorcycles and Beta is new to me. Recently had the most fantastic experience here. Had a persistent problem that disabled my VFR800 even after troubleshot by other shops. Since It was not running Cliff even came to my house in Queen Creek to pick up my bike. That was a lifesaver. Found that he was super knowledgeable about my bike as he had one as well so I knew I was in good company. After finding a burnt wiring harness and a problem with the regulator that the others did not find it, was off to work on the bike and he even ordered an upgraded regulator for reliability and longevity. Most would have just replaced it with an OEM Replacement and probably put me back on the same trajectory for problems in the future. I am very grateful for Cliff's experience and this ultimately provided a superior value to my service. This shop truly has your safety and satisfaction at the top of their list. Returned to motorcycling after being away for over thirty years by purchasing a used motorcycle. The tires were ten years old and needed to be replaced and I purchased a set online. After calling motorcycle repair shops near to me in the Queen Creek area for the installation, I decided to take them to Manic Moto after stopping at the shop. I spoke to Cliff and was pleased with his easy manner and knowledge. Cliff installed my tires and was very reasonable with the charges while doing an excellent job mounting and balancing them on my motorcycle.
