I don't know everyone's names but Aaron is on top of his game and goes out of his way to go above and beyond reasonable expectations. I needed all new tires many times. Also I have had slow leaks due to nails or screws. They have never failed to find me affordable and long lasting tires in situations where I needed them replaced. In the puncture situations they saved me a ton of money repairing the tires for a very low price and one time even helping me out and doing it without charge just because I really needed the help. What a great overall experience I had, Brian and Nick were very helpful and provided great customer service. My daughter was on Rte 3 and her tire blew out. We decided to go to Tire Warehouse in Hudson, NH, Brian and Nick were able to go over all the tire options they could offer and kept in mind we were on a budget. I'm absolutely impressed with the level of customer service I received while here. I used to go to another Tire Warehouse on Chelmsford St. in Lowell because of convenience. After finding this little gem of a place, I'm never going back. I've had three, let me reiterate that for you, THREE wheel studs broken in a lug nut, each at different times at the location on Chelmsford St. At this point, I was terrified of bringing my car back to that shop so I thought to try my luck at the Nashua location as I was due for a tire rotation. And boy did I hit the jackpot. I didn't need to make an appointment. I was in and out in under 20 mins. The guy at the front desk and the guy doing my tires were both professional and genuine. They took the time to explain any questions I had. Let's talk about the cleanliness at this location. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the shop and it was so clean and neat. Not a piece of paper out of place. I mean even their bathroom was clean! It was cleaner than most bathrooms I've ever been in. They really put the Tire Warehouse in Lowell to complete shame. My mom needed all four of her tires replaced and so I recommended this location to her. She told me this will be her go to place for anything tire related and she's grateful I recommended it. I pulled in at 6:45pm (they close at 7) and asked if they are still doing tires. I was immediately told, "No, we are done for the day but you can come in and make an appointment for future day." There was not another single customer. Just me. I thought that was rude to begin with since they were technically still open another 15 minutes. I told the guy what I was looking at and he quoted me a little higher than I expected. I was about to say, "Let me check with my mechanic because he said something about $180/tire but I think they may have been poor quality and I'd rather buy through you knowing What I'm getting." However, all I was able to say was, "Let me check with" and he immediately and rudely said, "ok well let's go. We are closing up here!" and rushed me out the door. And btw, it was still only about 6:55pm. There was a 99% chance that I was calling him the next day to say, "Spoke with my mechanic. Those tires he was going to sell to me are garbage. So here, take my $1,400." Now? I'm never walking into a Tire Warehouse again. Sorry Al Muccioli (manager) if you weren't able to close up shop early tonight. read more

Also adding this after going somewhere else. ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT THEY ARE THIEVES. GETTING MY CAR FIXED. RIGHT. AT ANOTHER TIRE PLACE FOR $25.00. ALL 4 TIRES. TWENTY FIVE. Stop trying to scam people into paying more than they should have to. Replacement kit they told me was $25.00 each Competitor: $6 DAMN DOLLARS! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A TIRE WAREHOUSE EVER AGAIN. Got a new set of tires 3 months ago. I have had to put air in them very frequently like every 2-3 weeks. Before purchasing new set of tires I had one tire with a very slow leak needing air every 2-3 MONTHS (Had a nail in it and got it plugged). I didn't have a chance to go back because it was 45 minutes away from where I live (was dog/house sitting when I got them). Finally had enough and called 2 days ago. The guy I talked to was very nice on the phone and scheduled me an appointment. When I went in for my appointment the attitude of the man helping me was awful. He told me it's common to need air that frequently in this weather and also due to less driving from COVID. (That often is NOT common and covid had been around since March. Ive driven over 2,000 miles since getting the tires.) He asked me which tire is usually the lowest and I said I didn't know. He checked all pressure and said he was going to check that one. I dont know if another associate said something but next thing I know he is jacking up my car and taking all the tires off. He comes back out after a few minutes and shows me bubbling by the valve stem and said 3/4 tires need a kit replacement ($25/wheel) but hes not sure if he even had them. Then proceeds to tell me sometimes when unscrewing them it's possible they could break and then I would need all new sensors which are $100 each. I told him not to bother checking because I don't have an extra $300 if all 3 sensors happen to break. They put all the tires back on and I left. Driving to my destination I passed another tire shop and got an idea to call and see what they would do in such a situation. I explained the issue with the leaking and asked if it was possible if my sensors were damaged during the replacement. He said it is absolutely possible and if someone had called them with my issue after getting services done by them he would have them come in and have everything inspected. If he did find something wrong he would replace whatever was needed and they would eat the cost. Especially if at the time of service no lights were on and nothing was wrong. He then proceeded to tell me I could bring my vehicle in to get it checked out by them and they would let me know whats wrong and where to go from there. I am upset because of the attitude of the technician but also because I spent $600 and it hasn't even been 4 months and I'm having issues I NEVER had before getting tires and they want me to shell out more money? I don't think so. I work in a business where you eat the cost if something goes wrong and needs to be fixed. You do what you need to do for a job to be done properly and operate properly and the customer to be satisfied. How I was treated today and left with my car still not fixed right is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be using this location ever again if I ever even decide to use this company in general for any future tire needs. read more

Update! My car that just had all tires replaced was relieved of me by a dipshit driver that ran a red light and totaled my car 6 months later. My insurance company was going to reimburse me but I needed my receipt/invoice, and uh...... I no longer had it. One call to Alfredo and he emailed me a replacement invoice within three minutes (as well as instructing me to call back if I did not receive it.) Amazing customer service! I was pulled into the parking lot and was greeted before I could even get out of my vehicle. I explained that I have a leak in my tire. They immediately started working on it. There was a screw in my tire and they patched it up and within 20 mins I was on my way. Keep in mind this is without an appointment. While I waited for the service I had the pleasure of chatting with the manager Al. Down to earth friendly guy. This place truly has the small neighborhood business feel. Found out one of my vehicles had a nail in the tire and was almost completely flat. Called Tire Warehouse an hour before close assuming I'd have to come another day. Trevor was nice enough to tell me to come down now to see what they could do. Took the time to make sure the tire didn't become deteriorated from being driven on while flat and were able to repair the flat for a super small cost! I had terrible vibrations in my Acura MDX at high speeds. I took it to local place that charged me $30 to rotate and balance all tires. It made it even worse. So I was looking for Road Force tire balance and this place came up on yelp. I took the car there, talked to Al and he explained that we could do 2 front tires first. He took each tire and said left tire had no problem but right tire was off by 5 oz. He fixed that and my car drives smooth at even high speed. Great customer service, I recommend this place. 2/26/17 - Update: I had 2nd positive experience here. I went for 1 tire leaking air in my Honda Accord. There is a new guy Alfredo, he was very good and explained my options. They were short handed still he took me in and fixed my leaky tire. Great service, keep up good work guys. I showed up and the person was rude and said I don't have those tires (even though I got a confirmation email about my appointment for those tires). He said he just got back from vacation and there's money missing?? What? He said the tires he would offer me are expensive so he's not even going to quote me!? How do these people stay in business, pathetic. I don't have much left on the tread of those tires so I would never have driven to New Hampshire if I had known. Absolute worst customer service. I made an appointment for 12:30 on a Friday, showed up, and they told me it would be at least 3 or 4 hours before they could even start working on it. The guy I spoke to was super rude and unhelpful. I even asked if I could leave and come back and keep my spot, and he couldn't even do that. What's the point of an appointment if you can't even do anything with it?? I ended up going to the tire warehouse in Hooksett, who took me right in no problem. I visited tire warehouse over the winter. I had a slow leak in one of my tires I notified them about while I was there getting my tires rotated. They told me my rim was corroded and i had to buy a new rim. They couldn't even bead seal it. And they sent me on my way. Now, I have a friend who works for another tire company in the area. He told me to head down there and they would take care of it for minimal cost ($3.75 to be exact). Within 15 minutes, my tire was fixed, no new rim needed. The cleaned up my rim, bead sealed it and didn't even charge me! I will NEVER, go back to tire warehouse. I feel their lack of ability to fix my tire leak, was based purely out of laziness on a busy day in the heart of winter in new england. read more

So BF got a flat tire on Route 3. We pulled into Hannaford, called AAA, and got some wings for later. The AAA guy suggested that we go to Tire Warehouse for good service at good rates, even on a late Saturday afternoon. BF desperately needed four new tires; they were all pretty bald. After calling Tire Warehouse to confirm that we could come to the store and get some tires, we slooooowly drove the six or so miles to Hudson on three bald tires and one donut. When we got to the Warehouse, the two service guys were waiting for us outside, ready to help. BF got a great price on four lovely Yokohama tires, spending about half of what he would pay at the Toyota dealership. The entire process took about 20 minutes, and the employees at Tire Warehouse were friendly and professional. Next time I need tires, I think I'll be going there. Highly recommended. read more

I had purchased 4 Nitto Terra Grapplers from tirebuyer and had them shipped to Tire warehouse. Tire buyer sent me a defective tire, so the guys at TW wouldn't accept it. After getting tire buyer to send me a new one, the guys at TW put them all on without an appointment. They were helpful through the whole process and even said that they would have beat the tire buyer price. Next time, ill buy from them. Very Professional and also put them on for a great price. Ordered a tire online and had it shipped to Tire Warehouse for install. When I went to have it put on, and requested a rubber stem instead of the expensive "sensor" stem (they told me online I could request this), they flat-out refused to do it, citing "Federal regulations." The service person was quite rude and when I tried to discuss my options with him, he pointed to the service desk and told me, "I have three customers waiting for me." Then he walked away. Apparently my needs were not a priority. This wasn't going to be a high-profit install for these guys, so I guess it just wasn't worth their time. No way to treat a potential customer. Great tire balancing! Have rarely been happy with tire balancing at other local locations. I always seem to need it re-done 2 or 3 times and even then not happy. These guys are experts at tire balancing. They use a road-force balancing machine that is calibrated daily. My car when in with random vibrations and shakes, and came out feeling like it was floating on water. Will definitely be back! read more

This Tire Warehouse has the best, most consistent customer service of any tire service center I've experienced in the past few years. Between the manager and another very helpful employee, they set me up with a great deal on 4 of their recommended brand tires with a great warranty. Not too long after, I accidentally damaged one of the tires and I went back expecting to have to purchase a whole new tire, but they replaced it for absolutely nothing, thanks to my warranty. I bought a set of winter tires at Tire Warehouse the end of September, with the assurance that they would install the tires free in Nov/Dec when the snow came. I should have gotten this in writing. I went down to get my "free" installation and they disowned any memory of this promise (I did have my receipt). They claimed they had to "make money". For the cost of tire installation ($20 if I paid for it), they lost my business for life. These folks, needless to say, are disreputable. read more
