I saw this place on Tik Tok and since I was in the area for a visit, I wanted to go inside and take a look. They have an array of products to choose from. It would be like a dream for nail techs. Absolutely atrocious experience. I genuinely can't believe how badly this place operates. I came in with high hopes after hearing decent things, only to be met with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Yes, the stock was okay and they had variety, but the pricing was an absolute joke--you can get the exact same items online for significantly less. But honestly, the prices weren't even the main issue. The real problem is how disgustingly my friend and I were treated from the second we stepped inside. We walked in 30 minutes before closing, fully aware of the time, ready to shop quickly and respectfully. Instead, we were immediately treated like criminals. The staff literally followed us around the store, whispering to each other while staring at us, and acting like we were about to steal something. It was humiliating and completely unwarranted. Within minutes, they started rushing us. Not politely--rudely, aggressively, telling us they were closing when they very clearly were not. They were speaking about us in their language while glancing over, pretending we couldn't tell exactly what they were doing. It was childish and unprofessional. At one point, I was standing in an aisle looking for a specific item, and they straight up turned off the lights ONLY in my aisle to pressure me to leave. Who does that? It felt like harassment. Every single minute, someone was hovering, asking if we were "done yet," making the entire experience uncomfortable and hostile. Then comes the part that made everything even worse: I went to check out, and the cashier was adding extra charges on almost every item. Items clearly marked for one price magically scanned for $2 more. When I questioned it, he had the audacity to argue with me and act like I was the one lying. I literally had to walk him to the shelf and show him the price tag for him to fix it. And THE KICKER IS THAT he did the exact same thing to my friend right after, trying to rip her off too. Instead of apologizing, he shoved a couple dollars of cash in my hand to "refund" me (instead of putting it back on my card like a normal business would) and then started talking to his coworkers, clearly trash-talking us again in their language. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do NOT come here. There are a thousand better stores with honest employees who don't stalk customers, flip off the lights to intimidate them, or blatantly try to scam them at checkout. This place is unprofessional, rude, and clearly has no respect for its customers. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. read more

I recommend visiting this location for your nail tech needs. Visiting for many years at the nail salons and always wanted to try on my own doing my nails and this was the place to grab those tools. I recommend you familiar yourself with the products you may need since the store does not give a description and learn how to use them. The store staff are very helpful in answering questions you may have. The product is very affordable but you need to know what you are looking for and how to use them. I've not ever bought SNS top dip that I had to find a good bottle. The brushes of some bottles are all mess up. When I thought I got good ones, it just ends up not. Some bottles I bought weren't full and pretty sticky on top. It looks like they refill the bottles by themselves and sell these. I tried to use one (half full, sticky top). I can't even use it. I got an ombre brush first time and it was also messed up. I'm so disappointed! read more

I brought in a new nail tech that is licensed as an apprentice through the state of Maryland for the very first time and you all treated her really bad! She gave you $25 for some items to Purchase, you then told her that she didn't have enough! So instead of giving her the entire $25 back you gave her $18 back! When I addressed it, you were too busy trying to close and told me that you've been working all day long hours. And then you disputed her saying basically that she was not telling the truth.I've shopped and spent a lot of money in your business for not only my nail camp and my nail students but also for my nail salon and this is very unfortunate and I will not be shopping at your business or recommending your business to anyone. You were extremely rude to me and basically let me know that you did not care at all! First visit in this location because the old location was closed, The store had so many big and populr brands like opi, essie, taylor morgan, kira sky, zoya, cdn, channel and may more. The store is very big, a lot bigger than most nail and hair supply stores but also likda still under construction shelfs are being made and lots of color boxed are all over the floor. You will find everything from gel nail polishes, gel dip, regular polish, gel X, and gel apres from popular brands such as OPI, Essie, Gelish, Kiara Sky, Orly, and many more at affordable prices. Also, if you are looking to replenish your basic nail supplies, such as your nail clippers, filers, etc., you have a large selection to choose from, along with nail tools at a higher price point (i.e. nail drills, UV/LED nail lamps, etc.). I have been doing my own gel nails for over a decade and occasionally visited the salon, but completely stopped visiting the nail salons once the pandemic started. I found this nail supply store during the pandemic and decided I would invest in all the nail products and supplies to continue doing my nails at home. Making that initial investment was worth it. I used to go here all the time but after 3 years of patronage I've learned a few things that will cause me to never return. Double check what they are ringing in they up charge all the time. If you're getting any products that don't have a name brand know it wont be quality. Their store brand acrylic lifts and cracks. Decals stickers foils all are trash here! Perfect for all Nail tech beginners, you don't need a license to buy anything. This is the only location in Maryland I believe. I'd check out the mail supply shop at the VA location depending on what you need they have better deals when you shop around. They have some things in here for a deal but not everything. I'd highly recommend finding other vendors or Amazon. The isles that have the acrylics are very narrow. It's hard to social distance when looking for acrylics and polishes. Please pay attention when they ring you up, make sure you check everything in your cart before going to the register. The parking lot is very small and tight. read more

This is a amazing nail supply shop I am a beginner nail tech so I needed some supplies and I had only been shopping on Amazon for supplies so I wanted to see if a nail supply store was cheaper so I went from Virginia all the way to Maryland and once I arrived the parking was a little tight but the store makes up for it they have all nail polishes for $1 a amazing price! Acrylic powder for only $10 and they have amazing prices for monomer, acetone, and alcohol. And all the staff is so friendly and one of the best deals they have are on the nail files and buffers you can get 4 buffers and nail files for $1!!!! I love their products but they can be very expensive. Be careful of what you are charged for because sometimes they ring you up wrong.

I bought the regular eyelash glue and when I opened it and used it the consistency was very off. I knew it wasn't right and my clients felt a huge negative difference. It wasn't usable. So I went and bought the premium eyelash glue which cost more. When I opened that one too it was the same as the regular, the look and consistency was way off and was not usable either. Due to their policy I couldn't return or exchange so I had no choice but to try again, so I went back and got the premium plus for an additional 5$. Mind you when I asked what the difference was they had no clue what the difference was even though each bottle looked the exact same. When I opened the premium one it was literally the same, I was speechless. They were all unusable, the consistency of them all were wrong and made a huge negative difference when applied. I couldn't believe that I had wasted over $100 on unusable eyelash glue and can't return or exchange any of them. The employees are uneducated when it comes to the quality and consistency, they just sell things. It's very disappointing. read more
