I visited this nail salon on Saturday 5/11/24. I got a pedicure and a gel over lay with a French Manicure. The customer service was great at first . my nails turned out great how ever the nail tech did nip 2 of my fingers in the middle of my left hand. My pedicure was okay the lady who painted my toes didn't even apply clear polish as a top coat, so of course now the polish is coming off, today is only Tuesday. So here is where the customer service went down hill quickly and why I will not be returning. Upon leaving I had to use the rest room I walked in the rest room I did not look down as I sat down I noticed the smell of Dog poop I looked down and I had stepped in dog poop. (Diarrhea to be exact) you are probably wondering how that is possible in a nail salon bathroom, well they had a small dog in there. So needless to say I had dog poop all over my shoes. I got the attention of one of the nail techs and asked her to come where I was and she said what's the problem no toilet paper I said no but that's not the problem I stepped in dog poop. (I don't recall her name but she had black hair she was the only one in there with black hair) She then called Jolie and she came and rinsed my she off in the bathroom sink.(unsanitary) When I walked out the Nail tech with the black hair said you know that's good luck. I said not cute and walked out. I did call back to the salon and spoke to the younger gentleman that was there but that was a waste of time. There was no compassion what so ever for what happened. I spent $108.00. I visited here 7 years ago and the service was so much better. although they are cheaper than most you defiantly get what you pay for. read more

I went on Mother's Day weekend to get my nails and feet done. the that did my feet was digging to much I told it was hurting he countined to dig. end reaslut my big toe is infected, and I haven't been able to wear my feet out since I got them done. read more

I can not say enough about this salon! Jolie and Tina especially. I was able to privately rent the facility for a bachelorette/bridal shower. They made sure everything was set up and allowed early access to do so. They turned away walk ins close to the appointment time and made us feel like a priority. They even helped hang the decorations and balloons. Such a unique private service that made us feel like royalty. I highly recommend choosing this location for a private event for a girls night out! read more

I tried this salon for the first time in a while; I walked in it was beautiful and clean! I got a pedicure and manicure.. the pedicure was nice.. but when it came to my manicure that is where my experience went down hill. My natural nails were long but not over my finger tip, I asked for them to be cut down and rounded ... she clipped my nails so short that it hurts to do anything.. she left the corners pointed so when I asked her to file them down she didn't say anything just yanked my hand and started filing them down. I just got a regular manicure and the color was applied so unevenly and thick that within 2 hours of me leaving I had to remove it. When she saw the color was uneven instead of removing the already painted color to reapply she just put more on top then clear on top of that.. my nails were stumpy, bumpy and ugly looking and I was very disappointed.. Anna does a great job with nails. She pays attention to what you ask for, communicates effectively and politely making you feel like you're in great hands sitting in her chair, and she executes what is asked of her. She is speedy while still thorough and the shop is conveniently located with great cleanliness and decor. Anna did not do my pedicure and it was not done as well my nails were so I'll stick to this place for having just my nails done with Anna. Prices are reasonable here as well. read more

She made me feel so comfortable....And when she did my nails...OMG. they are amazing. She took her time and my nails are better than they EVER have been! She also did my eyebrows...AGAIN AMAZING. I've been coming here for just about 2 years. I can honestly say this is my favorite nail salon ever. Ana, the salon manager, does the most amazing designs. I can find something on Pinterest or Instagram and ask her to replicate it and she does! Even if Ana doesn't do my nails she's more than willing to hook me up! They also have a ton of gel colors and nail embellishments more than any place I have ever been to. The other thing I love about this salon is they don't cram add ons down my throat. Do you ever get tired of hearing about your eyebrows even after you just envoy them done or do them yourself? They are totally against that here. Now if you ask about the service then that's different. I've only ever gotten a pedi, mani, or full set/ fill. So I can't really say too much about the other services they offer but if it's anything like what I normally do then I would recommend it to anyone. I know people are sceptical of reviews but honestly this is my own opinion. I was reading some of the bad reviews and I cant believe all of them. The girl with the broken nails within a week... I normally go 3 weeks without a fill. If Ana knew her nails had broken that fast she would have fixed them because that's how good her customer service is. I could go on but if your interested you should check them out. I recommend calling ahead because they are busy most of the time. read more

No never again for some reason I came back got nails done gel on feet and hands so first I was in there for a long time the lady had none of her supplies ready had to keep stopping, very annoying and she did an awful job painting my nails the sides looked a mess in less than a damn week polish chipped it's supposed to be gel polish I got it fixed today with no problem but still looks a mess and still took a long time which is ridiculous only had to fix 3 nails which should not have chipped anyway fake ass gel polish you can't pay me to come back again honestly never the guys were nice that worked there gave water. It use to be good but now STAY AWAY. I always get a gel set or fill. This time they were horrible im over it. I had told them i wasn't happy with my polish cause the color i picked and the color on my nail did not match. When i changed the color they yelled at me and told tdme this the last time we change. Then instead of taking it off she painted over top of the other Gel . Uhh i had over 6 coated on 6 fingers. My coffin nails we bubbly and round. they charged me 36 dollars i left 20 minutes came back and was like i need it changed or off. A guy took the polish off barley then tried to charge me 15 dollars to change it. Uh no. I said either change it please or we can call the cops and ill dispute the charge on my card. The guy gets the girl who did my nails and They both start yelling at me. The managers sees the mistake steps in and paints my nails like a blind man. I went in with horrible, I mean HORRIBLE natural nails that have had acrylics on for over 10 years...I got Tracy and she did an AMAZING job taking care of my cuticles and trying to rehab whatever was left of my nails.
