However, upon installation in April my contractor discovered some minor concealed damage on two of the windows. We immediately took pictures and reported the damage prior to installing them. We were told to install them anyway and that someone from Anderson would be out to the site to correct the problem. Well after 4 months, at least 4 emails, and several phone calls I've got nothing but lip service and excuses from Long Island Window and the problem has still not been resolved.

He took a look at what needed to be done and gave us a free estimate. The price was not unreasonable. Making the appointment to get the work done was easy. The installation crew came on time, as promised, and were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and they were fun to talk to. I had a very positive experience with both Patrick and his crew. The work done was excellent. I highly reccomend using Premier Windows and Doors.

He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

The crew did a great job, worked hard, and we even tipped each of the three installers $100 because we appreciated their work. Unfortunately, after the installation, the keypad did not work. I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.

Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..
