Dr. P's office is a little hard to find. In fact the only reason I found them was because I lived a few minutes away at the time and happened to find them in close proximity on Google maps. That was four years ago. I recently moved to Morgan Hill and still don't mind commuting here because the ladies here are phenomenal. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable as well, they have answered everything I asked them about my dental health, from bad breath to tooth sensitivity questions. One of the assistants who I'm usually scheduled with has two kids and you can tell this lady is a great person, she's super friendly and helpful. Seems like a great mom too. And Dr. P, she's good people. I know under that dental face mask of hers she's probably hiding a big smile. She always seems to be smiling, is very friendly and just pleasant to be around. Dishonest and deceitful. First of all, the wire she put on the back of my teeth came off within a few months, because she didn't do a good job securing it. Then they tried charging my insurance for repairing what the dentist messed up in the first place. Moreover, they kept calling me to make appointments after they stopped taking my insurance without telling me they've disengaged with my insurance company. When I challenged their exorbitant charges they told me not only had they stopped taking my insurance, but my insurance had issued a check to my husband as payment. Why would my insurance cut a check to my husband for care I received ? He's not their patient. An insurance only pays the insured if the patient paid for something and claimed it for reimbursement. Insurances are not in the businesses of randomly issuing checks to people who are on the insurance but are not even the primary subscriber which is the case with my husband. I would never go to this dentist and highly recommend you don't. They keep changing their story every time you catch them with a lie. read more

I am a new patient and have had my teeth cleaned by her wonderful dental hygienist Kim and I am currently having my teeth straightened using Invisalign. It has been such an easy and pain free process and she is very knowledgeable with doing Invisalign. I had been wanting to straighten my teeth for many years but kept putting it off because I never wanted to wear metal braces. When I found out and was shown by Dr. Provenzano what Invisalign can do without having to wear metal braces I immediately knew this was the way for me to go. Wow. I've been going to dentists all my life but this was the best experience my teeth have ever had. 1. Friendly, kind people: I was standing in line to check in. Someone who works at the desk was off work but waiting (as a patient) in the waiting room. She checked me in. Let me emphasize she was not working but just hated to see me wait. Also, I bit Dr. Elizabeth Tsang by accident. She was so nice about it. I was mortified but she acted like it was no big deal. 2. Incredibly professional: The teeth cleaning with the dental hygienist was actually relaxing. She was very gentle and *so* thorough. I almost fell asleep. Dr. Tsang and the dental hygienist both answered all of my many questions very honestly. I don't think this is a practice that just recommends unnecessary procedures to make money off of their patients. 3. Fancy: This office is swanky! Fire place? Check. Spa music? Check. Free refreshments? Check. Lavender scented hot towels? CHECK. It felt like the Four Seasons, dentist style. I live super far away from Dr. Tsang but I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Dr. Provenzano and her staff are excellent! I started going to Dr. Provenzano about 2 years ago after being referred to her by my wife's colleague. Her staff is very professional and works with my whole family. I typically get my cleanings done by Terry, one of the dental hygienists. She always asks about our family and remembers things that we told her months before. I had considered getting Invisalign for about 5 years before connecting with Dr. Provenzano and finally decided to move forward. It has been a great experience. It only took a couple of months and my teeth were perfectly straight. What has truly made me appreciate having Dr. Provenzano and her team as out dentist is my experience this past Friday when I cracked my back tooth late at night. Dr. Provenzano came in first thing Saturday morning to take care of me. I give Natalie Provenzano a 4 star because she is a great dentist. She has wonderful skills and is very thorough with her exams. She never did anything more than necessary. Though she did try to use modern equipment when it might not need to be used. Her dental hygienist was just as great and I enjoyed their work. I always walked away very happy with the results. The receptionist was just as great and sent out reminders for every return visit. Even after moving 20 miles away I still returned to visit. I needed a place for my children to go, so I made arrangements for their records to be transferred and they handled all of that for me. Then I started to notice that I was getting billed for my visits and after the children visited I got a very large bill. When i inquired about the bill, the receptionist informed me that they no longer accepted my plan and since the insurance would not cover 100% of the bill, the rest was billed to me out of pocket. I was very upset that they had not informed me of the change in what insurance they accepted until after the work had been done. I have since left to another dentist. It was unfortunate because I didn't want to, but professionalism is professionalism and I will not tolerate that way of dealing with customers and insurance issues. Word of advice, always ask what insurance the accept at every visit, even if you are a regular customer. read more
