The service was good, the space is small but the interior is cozy, and they've got a cute little robot helping out, but the food was just okay. I wouldn't order the ceviche because it really lacked flavor and spice (I had to ask for a lot of ahi on the side) and the fish is not sliced as thin as it should be to really soak up all the lime juice and ahi. The cut is super important because It also makes the texture of the fish chewier instead of buttery. The Jalea is large and shareable. It's a lot of fried calamari and a lot less fried fish and shrimp. The lomo saltado was the best dish I tired. They charge extra for huancaina sauce on the side and for a side of cancha which other Peruvian restaurants include. I would say "pass" unless you are near the mall area and really craving lomo saltado.

First time eating Peruvian food and was quite satisfied with this experience. A-graded by the LA County Public of Health. Was a short walk from the hotel so we thought we'd give it a go. We ordered fried calamari to share as an appetizer with a bottle of white. Calamari was beautifully prepared and rivals most other places. It was crispy and golden, yet tender inside. For main, I ordered the Seco de Res. Classic Peruvian dish with cilantro-based sauce. The sauce was flavorful, the beef fork-tender. The onion garnish on the side added a fresh, element to cut the richness. The server who took our order had a pleasant demeanor about her. Once the dishes were ready, the robot server delivered them to our table. The robot too, was pleasant. It even sings Happy Birthday. My friend left her Tom Ford prescription sunglasses at the restaurant. We called the next day, and they kept it for her on hold--which was awesome!

The staff was friendly and attentive, both dishes were well done and delicious. The restaurant was also large perfect for small groups. Nice ambience I would recommend.

Cozy little spot with outstanding Peruvian cuisine. The variety and scope of the menu is outstanding with many options including ceviches, fried rice, shrimp, chicken, beef, etc. The flavor of the dishes is outstanding and the attention to detail is noticeable in the preparation. Service was friendly and fast. Brought back great memories of our time in Lima.

Came back today and it's remained very consistent! We tried the ceviche today and it was very fresh and delicious. Our server seemed to have been there for a bit as I've seen her before and she's always polite. I also like that this place is fairly easy to get in most times. There's plenty of parking in the back.

Try the Lomo Saltado! Will not disappoint. Never, ever had a bad experience here. Everything is so delicious, and staff is so friendly. Love the holiday decorations and the atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants in Glendale.

We tried this place in hopes of making it our go to Peruvian restaurant given that our usual is now way too far from us (sadly, we can only eat there if we are ever on that side of town) but this, missed the mark for us. We weren't disappointed with the whole experience but we also aren't raving to come back anytime soon. The lomo saltado looked juicy but nothing to write home about- the rice was half warm half cold? Idk how that happens- & the meat turned out tough and tasted gamey and metallic- you know that bloody taste? Husband DRENCHED it with the green sauce, which then made up for the taste. The chicharrón de pescado was very fishy- the breading was nothing special but the dipping sauce and onions it came with totally made up for it. Ohhh and this too was drenched in green sauce. Bistec a la chorillana looked juicy and tender but turned out to be just ok. This too was dressed with their green sauce. The green aji bottle came to our table full- by the time we finished our plates, we had emptied half of the bottle. We do like spice, but finishing half the bottle with our food was a bit much- however, necessary. Bread/butter with green aji was excellent. Green aji, bread & butter saved our meals. The waitress and the other lady, perhaps the owner, were both very nice. The inside/dining area was well kept. & the restroom was clean. Overall, pretty sure a great spot for some but missed the mark for us.

Haven't had Peruvian food in a long time but I was satisfied with my experience. Our least favorite dish was the 'chaufa con vegetales'. It was just alright. My dish 'Lomo Montado Especial' was enough for for the next day. Service was alright. Metered parking in front of the restaurant when I was here on a Tuesday evening. A bit annoying that the menus don't have any pricing and when I asked, they gave me a QR code with prices, but when I got my receipt, the prices did not match what was listed on the website. We didn't make a fuss, but maybe they can get their online menus updated if they read this. Overall, good food. That's it.

Such a gem of a find in Glendale. I love a good lomo saltado, having been to multiple other Peruvian restaurants in the area I keep finding myself back to Natalie's for the food. It's a small family owned restaurant, nothing fancy but the decor reminds me of South America. Service is fast and attentive. Lomo Saltado 10/5 - my absolute favorite Peruvian dish. I've tried this at so many Peruvian places in LA and I have to say Natalie's lomo saltado has my heart. There's good beef portion and the sauce is absolutely amazing. I can probably eat this every day. Calamari 5/5 - not only is the calamari so good, flavorful with good texture but that onion slaw is the perfect addition. It almost tastes like sauerkraut and it's the perfect match with the calamari. Combined with the sauce is it's the perfect bite and such a solid appetizer for any main dish. Cant wait to come back and try other menu items but definitely do not skip the restaurant when you're in Glendale.

So happy to have found Natalie Peruvian Seafood Restaurant! Hubby & I were around the Glendale Galleria/Americana area and when our dinner plans fell through we decided to try Natalie's and so glad we did! Small cozy family restaurant feel. We got a few things to share: They serve complimentary bread with butter + their house green sauce (aji verde), which was good! -Ceviche Mixto, loved how they sliced the octopus here. I'm usually not a fan of the huge legs, so was happy they were sliced thin. Flavor was good, medium has a bit of a kick. But all the seafood (fish, shrimp, calamari, and octopus) tasted fresh! -Chupe de Camarones, this is one of my favorite Peruvian dishes and Natalie's was so satisfying since I haven't had it in a while. Fresh shrimp with the creamy broth, yum! -Lomo Montado Especial, is just like a Lomo Saltado, but with two eggs over easy. Hubby loved adding the eggs as we haven't seen that before. Adds a dimension to the flavors of a normal lomo saltado with the runny yoke. One unisex bathroom in the back. I'm not so sure about the parking situation since we parked over at the Galleria and walked over (about 1 block up). Service was fair (they got busy during the dinner rush). Will be back again! =)

Came by and my wife and I both got the fish. I had it fried and she had it grilled. It came with an onion salad that was better than I thought it would be. Fish was good but nothing memorable. Our favorite thing was the Yucca Fries. They gave us a house made green sauce and that was amazing. We ended up ordering a second order of the fries they were so good. Restaurant is on a busy street with meter parking. Restaurant is small and cute inside. They have an electronic robot that brings you your food and it was a dumb gimmick and a waste of money. Doesn't fit with the theme of a Peruvian restaurant at all. Might come back to try something other than the fish.

Craving Peruvian and this place had high reviews. The place is a bit small and rundown. The girl servicing the whole restaurant was very very nice but the place needed one more waitress for support because the service was slow. The food was not as great as in the comments from others who visited. It was decent but I've had better unfortunately.

The food was absolutely amazing. Probably the best Peruvian food in LA. We got the Loco Saldo, ceviche pescado and the house special pescado con Marisco a la Natalie. The food came out really quickly, service was great. It was a really nice ambiance, family owned business. They also have the best horchata in SoCal, super rich and flavorful.

One of my favorite things to get at Fish King is the plate with the swordfish skewers. This dish is honestly so unique, and I haven't found anything like it anywhere else. It's basically two shish-kebab style sticks of seasoned swordfish, peppers, and tomatoes, and it's served with a few sides in addition to fried veggies and shrimp. I also really enjoy their tacos. They also have very generous servings of poke (I personally don't get the poke from here because it's already mixed in with raw onions and I don't like raw onion). Prices are all very reasonable--the swordfish plate I mentioned earlier is around $15 and a pretty large amount of food. Fish King does get pretty busy especially around mealtimes so it's better to order in advance and pick up so that you don't have to wait around as long. I think if you order in person, you can expect a 20-30 min wait when it's busy. There's a small lot on the side of the market and sometimes you can find street parking too. There are some tables on both ends of the market so you can dine in, it's very casual.

The draw back is this place is very crowed during peak times and it a little too small considering the amount of customers that come. I've driven past Papa's Meat and Seafood on Glenoaks Blvd a dozen times, on our many trips to the area. We alway promising that we would stop in, and I'd finally stop in. Honestly, my only regret is waiting this long. I ordered the Luka Sandwich, which is loaded with their 14-hour smoked pastrami brisket, cheddar, pickled cherry peppers, iceberg, and Papa's aioli on toasted sourdough. The pastrami itself is a work of art--smoky, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and seasoned perfectly without being a total salt bomb. The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. It's a messy, beautiful monster of a sandwich.  My wife went with the Surf 'n' Turf Bowl, which comes with their marinated "Crack Shrimp" and grilled angus beef over rice with a fresh shirazi salad. The beef was incredibly tender, but those crack shrimp stole the show--snappy, heavily seasoned, and completely addictive. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch.  The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night. That being said, the quality of the meat here blows standard sandwich joints completely out of the water. If you're in Burbank and want a lunch that actually feels high-quality and satisfying, do yourself a favor and drop in. I'm already eyeing the A5 Wagyu Cheesesteak for my next visit!

Tonight was meant to be a special birthday dinner for me, and although the restaurant was very busy with large parties, our table of two felt completely forgotten the entire evening. We spent a significant amount of money (around $150) and yet received very little attention once larger groups arrived. The most frustrating part was waiting nearly an hour after asking for boxes and the check. We had to flag down our waiter multiple times, and when we finally asked again, instead of apologizing, he responded as if we had been waiting by choice. It honestly left us shocked because we had already asked previously and had simply been ignored. What disappointed me even more was the manager's response. After asking whether we were satisfied, I explained that the restaurant appeared understaffed for the number of large parties being handled and that smaller tables were clearly being overlooked. His response was essentially that everyone is treated fairly, but unfortunately that was not our experience at all. I understand restaurants get busy, especially with large events, and I would have completely understood a sincere acknowledgment of the delay. Most restaurants at least apologize properly, check in, or offer some small gesture after such a long wait. Instead, we felt dismissed. It was also disappointing that despite mentioning it was a birthday celebration, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever -- not even a small candle or dessert gesture that many restaurants typically offer to help make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. I truly used to enjoy coming here, which is why this experience was so upsetting. The atmosphere and entertainment are beautiful, but service matters too, and tonight we left feeling ignored rather than valued as returning customers.

People indoors seemed to be receiving their food just fine, but the larger tables outside suffered. For hours. We got pretty much zero communication on what was happening; it took almost 2+ hours to receive any cooked food whatsoever. The raw items came out 15-20 minutes into the meal, which meant that we sat for the majority of the time with no entrees and no updates. Keep in mind that one of the hot items we ordered was the clams and mussels - a steamed dish that was literally dumped into a bowl with a pile of raw garlic and fries on top. The broth had a strong alcohol taste that did not cook off. Super underwhelming and disappointing after the 2 hour wait. Moreover, dishes came out seemingly at random, so our table of 4 people ate at different times, with no coordination (I realize some items are family style here, but sandwiches are clearly not). It's not fun/convivial for everyone when some have already completed their meal, and others have not even taken a first bite of their entrees. Ultimately they did offer to take the bread and one tostada off or our bill. A concession, but by no means an acknowledgment of the unpleasant overall experience. I think we're going to give this place a long break. And maybe only come back on a weekday when they're hopefully less busy.
