Stopped by here doing a search for smoothies on yelp and found this place which is located inside Lam's seafood in the corner of a strip mall. I ordered the passion fruit sugar cane and I was very pleased with the balance of sweetness from the sugar cane which is pressed and the passion fruit tartness. We also had the young coconut sugar cane which reminded me of the coconut drinks in a can with pulp in it but way better and refreshing. If you want something refreshing on a hot, sunny day and happen to be near the South Center Shopping Mall, Natalie's is the place to go. This place fresh presses sugar cane. You can see heaps and heaps of pressed sugar cane stalks when you first walk in. I highly recommend trying the kumquat cane juice and the original cane juice. read more

We were visiting from the Bay Area and my wife found this place. I'm so glad she did because I love nuoc mia. We don't really have a place that have it near where we live. They have a variety of flavors. I usually like mine with orange but I tried the kumquat and it was amazing. We also tried the strawberry and the salted lemon. Each flavor we tried offered a certain uniqueness in flavor. They were all really good. We'll definitely be stopping by here again on our next visit. read more

First time here and I got F2 in the street food menu. I made two requests. No liver and extra peanuts. I receive liver and the minimum peanuts. Also there is barely any beef jerky or greens basically just rice paper. Not worth the $8 for just rice paper and some mangos. read more

If I could recommend one spot for bubble tea in the Seattle area, Natalie's is definitely that spot. It's sort of hole-in-the-wall compared to a lot of the bigger chains that are in this area, but the greatest thing about Natalie's is that the drinks are almost always amazing and taste exactly how you think they would (which is an insane feat). Parking for the Tukwila location is straightforward and free. The staff are friendly and the wait time for getting drinks is pretty average. The prices are unbeatable for Natalie's, the prices are extremely low ($3-5 after tax) and the amount they give is extremely high. They use real fruit and toppings are often not needed for most of the drinks. Almost everything on the menu is really good and not too watery nor sweet. From the Pandan Sugarcane Juice to the Strawberry Lemonade to the Ice Cream Coffee, they're all good. Although this place and its sister location in Alki Beach are kind of quite far from the Seattle area, it's a MUST-GO destination for any boba lover or drinks person. read more

I came here so many times for the sugarcane drink and they have been great ever since. Received the Eatery Bucks from Lam's and finally redeemed them today. The attitude was different. So only One Eatery buck can be redeemed for one drink. That's fine but make sure you bring cash because they will charge a fee for card transactions and both of my drink but even full. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. First off customer service sucked. When I asked questions about a drink, the guy taking our order seemed uninterested and annoyed. INSANE! Every time i've come to Natalie's i've purchased a different drink. It has brought me back every time. Can you say A D D I C T E D ? I'm also very impressed with their customer service down to the details. I purchased 2 drinks recently the coffee ice cream smoothie and passionfruit smoothie. I went next door to shop and come to find out they put my drinks in the freezer so the ice cream wouldn't melt. The CARE! The passionfruit smoothie has become my favorite drink so far from the many i've tried such as the jasmine milk green tea, traditional cane, passionfruit cane and strawberry dragonfruit cane. Huge shout out to MOLLY AND HARUKA I hope I spelled that right! lol Molly has helped me many times and every time she has been soooooo sweet!! This place is ok. Drink is not that bad but given the price they sell, the cup is small. I go to Lam Seafood market almost every week so this place is a convenient dessert place. I tried once and never came back. Definitely cannot be compared to Fire and Ice in 99 Ranch market building in Kent where they sell similar drinks. Fire and Ice has much bigger cup and their drinks taste better. read more
