Sharetea technically hasn't left the area which this location of UG Tea is in, since they're both essentially the same company, though I was bummed that Sharetea closed down anyway. I drove here on a Sunday around 4pm, and was met with a large crowd of people either drinking their drinks or waiting on their orders. A smaller group of people - me included - waited in line for one of two kiosks and the front counter to place our orders. Once you place your order, you can check the progress of your order on a TV screen to the immediate upper right-hand side of the inside front entrance, or staff will call your number that's on your receipt. Interior is much larger than that of the Bellevue location, and retains much of what the Sharetea before has, though there's far less table seating to make room for merch, a backdrop of their logo and their photo booth. The majority of seating is in the middle between the merch and the kitchen, and near the windows. Semi-loud music by KATSEYE and other Kpop groups was blasting in my ears as I waited about 15 minutes for my drink - the Next Level matcha latte. Like their Bellevue location, the matcha tones in their drinks are slightly overpowered by the choice of dairy being used. Drink wasn't bad per se, but I found it too cheesy compared to the same drink made at the Belleve location... is that what the next level is supposed to taste like? I'm not sure but it was odd and it muddled the matcha that this was made along with. I still downed it in 5 minutes though. Happy to have yet another place for matcha drinks around the Tukwila Southcenter area! And of course, another place that gives me one less excuse to drive farther to Bellevue as well.

The tea flavor is good here, but not as strong as some of the other spots. The queue also takes a while so we ended up ordering, eating a quick meal next door, and then getting our drinks. We got the camellia milk tea with boba and a jasmine tea. Between the two, the camellia was definitely better and the boba was quite nice as well. I liked the jasmine, but molly tea does it better.

Located in Tukwila next to Bowlero, inside where Sharetea used to be so plenty of parking. They remodeled the inside and modernized it with trendy seating and decor and it feels like a brand new place. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions about their different drink options. The drinks are good, but I will say that the consistency of the drinks has been a little off. Some times, the drinks are a lot heavier on the milky side and others, it hits the spot I like which is the stronger tea flavor. Not pictured but the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea the first time was actually perfectly balanced but the most recent time, it was as though it was milk with a side of tea. My favorite out of all the drinks I've tried is still the Camellia Oolong Milk Tea. Overall a great addition to the Bubble Tea spots around Tukwila.

One of my favorite places to get matcha! Lovely space with lots of seating, clean aesthetic. Good customer service. The tea is perfectly sweet and great flavor! Overall I highly recommend and would come back!

Saw they had a soft opening from my friend IG post so I decided to stop by. First of all let's say the interior is lovely, very classy and clean. Matcha is these days trend type of drink so targeting matcha in the area is smart. I ordered a cloud matcha latte with 100% sweetness because I was not sure how strong their matcha would be, and their plushie. Overall I rate the drink an 8/10. Reason for that is because I would expect it to be a little more matcha flavor. Sort of lacking that matcha flavor. Overall customer service is good the place is clean. I will definitely come back to try other drinks.

I came here on their grand opening day and was amazed at how big this location was. There were plenty of parking available, which is a huge plus compare to the Bellevue location. Upon entering the shop, it was decked out in green with ceiling mirrors. There's also an iPod wall decor with a mirror for cute selfie pics. I also noticed this location has a photo booth but you have to pay at the counter in order to get access. The lines were long but it went by fast. There were a lot of workers making drinks that day, which made the wait short. I decided to get the next level matcha latte while hubby got the jasmine milk tea. Overall, the drinks tasted very good. The matcha was strong with a light cheese foam on top. This was a popular drink on the menu so I was glad to try this out. The jasmine milk tea tasted good as well with strong notes of floral which I really like. I'm so happy there's a UG tea in Tukwila. Now I don't have to fight for parking in Bellevue! I will definitely come back to try their other drinks.

    Nice place with great drinks!

Great matcha and friendly service. The drink was fresh, delicious, and worth the visit!

The Jasmine Matcha Cream Latte! super yum and my mom got the mango rice floral fruit tea!

I love the customer service and the self order it was super convenient. The drink was super good. Even though it was packed the time i got there Judy assured me the drinks will be made and that she is sorry for the longish wait. She is super caring and again dedicated and she's a super kind person as well as understanding. To me, she carried a nice attitude when i was there making the area very welcoming! Love you Judy! p.s the matcha wasn't as sweet and the percentage was 100% very light on sweetening and really good. Fruit tea was around 70% and also not that sweet but in a good way! Very enjoyable.

The drink is amazing. Location is super convenient. Grinding opening for the store, expect a lot of people coming here but it's worth the line.

We ordered the Camellia Oolong Milk Tea and the Next Level Matcha Latte during their grand opening, and they were both very delicious! The staff was friendly and the ambience was very nice, we will certainly come back again!

They also have plenty of seats with access to outlets, making it a perfect spot if you are looking for a place to work or study. As it has become such a popular spot, you should expect slightly longer wait times, especially if you order food during peak hours. I ordered the Cloud Matcha, which was very good; I have actually already been back to get it again along with some other items! I also tried the croissant, which was delicious. This has definitely become my new favorite cafe in the area!

I want to share my experience at Café Condor…read more Overall, the café itself is fine. The place, food, and drinks are not the issue. The problem is the service behind the counter. From what I saw, most of the counter staff behave in a rude, arrogant, and disrespectful way toward customers, although there may be exceptions. Some employees may not get involved, but the overall atmosphere behind the counter feels very unpleasant. There was a situation where a person was waiting in line, just standing a little to the side, and some employees started acting like he was trying to skip the line and began confronting him for no reason. Instead of normal customer service, there was attitude, accusations, and disrespectful behavior. Another uncomfortable situation was with the language. When someone clearly understands Russian or Ukrainian but deliberately responds in English and acts like they don't understand the customer, it looks disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially when it is obvious that the person understands what is being said. Again, the café itself may be okay, but the main group working behind the counter really ruins the experience. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of what language they speak or where exactly they are standing while waiting in line. Very unpleasant experience. I hope the owners pay attention to how their employees treat customers.

Food is amazing, some are overpriced like the chicken knee. Very good taste but cost us $11 for a small serving. Had the chai gio, good crunchy egg rolls. Had the bahn beo - amazing. Also had the sugarcane juice with calamansi and crystal boba. However, I asked for less ice and had to pay extra $1 for it, ridiculous! The bad.... We went to the restroom and discovered the faucet did not have water at all, even more, discovered after I put soap on my hands! I told the counter person about it and he did not know what to do nor was not even alarmed. That store should not open if they did not have water in the sink of the restroom. I wonder if they washed their hands?! Not sure if I will return. Sanitation is key!

It has a nice ordering counter with a nice, large menu board---complete with colorful pictures. Its emphasis is street food and their menu reflects that. It's a nice niche to fill, instead of the traditional pho places. Behind the counter is a nice room filled with low tables and chairs, which nicely mimics the restaurants one find in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh. The murals , green shutters and colorful hanging lamps add to the ambiance of being in Vietnam. I wish they'd clear the equipment they're storing on the side of the ordering counter. It is clearly an eyesore. We ordered the steamed Banh Beo. They were good. The Cha Giò (fried spring rolls) were great, as well. The Grilled Chicken Knees were super good, especially the sauce. But that item was clearly too expensive for serving a chicken part that is easily thrown out by a butcher! They don't give you enough. Maybe it should be put in appetizer section. Or maybe serve it needs to be served with some rice! The food is served on flat baskets and small attractive little chinaware---nice touch, very authentic looking . They also served sugar cane juice and other tropical smoothie drinks, with boba. Wished they' had the employees at least check on the diners and ask how we liked the food. Also, don't mind bussing our plates, but the station felt cramped. Again, I understand that it's not a full service restaurant, but a few extra service touches can enhance the experience for a good concept that they seem to have here. The other thing that bothered us is that there was no water coming out of the faucet in their one lone restroom. One would think that, that would be in any restaurant's checklist before they open. Big no-no. We'll be happy to try other offerings next time.

The espresso shot was really good. From an ambience perspective, it's very industrial, contemporary. It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop.
