All three of us had the Short Ribs which were absolutely delicious!!! You didn't even need to use your knife. We shared a tiramisu and crème brûlée which was fantastic!! We also had cappuccinos. They also gave us a limoncello shot! Enjoyed absolutely everything!! It's byob which is a terrific option. All the employees were extremely helpful and we also got to meet the owner/chef. Very elegant and comfortable seating. Wonderful evening!

The veal Valdostana was somewhat tough, and when I asked for whipped garlic potatoes as opposed to the roasted potatoes, I was still served the roasted potatoes. I did mention it to the server and was brought a side order of the whipped garlic potatoes which was appreciated. What ruined the evening was a table of individuals who were exceptionally loud. They were obviously overly intoxicated and in any other establishment would have been quieted or asked to leave, but the management just allowed their behavior continue to the consternation of other diners. It is for this reason that I am sure it will be a long time before I ever visit this establishment again.

Reservations seem highly recommended because it seems most people came here with one. It's fine dining (price-wise - very reasonable for fine dining). It's also BYOB -- like the name says. I loved every moment of this. Service was very attentive and professional. I did feel worried that I was a bit underdressed because I had tennis shoes on, but it was not an issue. It is not a huge restaurant, but it's elegant and definitely meant more as a special night out than a casual spot. If you are looking for seafood options, look no further than here. If you want to impress someone, take them here. Now, onto the food. The bread is complimentary and we ate it all (along with our refill). The butter was freshly made, I believe. I had the winter prix fixe menu and my sister ordered à la carte. Their prix fixe and tasting menus tend to change quite often so it'll always be interesting. My sister ordered the Spanish octopus (1st course) and the Scottish Salmon. I had some of her octopus and salmon. They were both such well-made dishes. We would definitely order the octopus again. Chewy and delicate. I had the arancini, fra diavolo, and the chocolate tart. It was absolutely delicious. The arancini were small, but it was still well filled with tiny bites of clam. The fra diavolo was also very good and filling. Plenty of seafood to go around in that dish. Spicy too, which I like. At the end, we shared a chocolate tart -- and I must say, we were already full at this point. The chocolate was rich and the pistachio ice cream was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We started with the caprese salad, which was fresh and exactly what you want from a starter, followed by the summer corn soup, which was comforting without feeling heavy. The standout was the special New York strip. It arrived beautifully cooked, tender and flavorful. Service was equally strong by being attentive without being overbearing. The one misstep was the rigatoni, essentially a truffle mac and cheese with mushrooms and shaved truffles. On paper, it sounded promising, especially paired with a steak. In practice, it was overwhelmed by garlic to the point that the garlic eclipsed nearly everything else. There was also surprisingly little rigatoni pasta; the dish was dominated by mushrooms. We wouldn't order the pasta again, but that's a relatively minor complaint for an otherwise excellent meal. Grana is absolutely worth a return visit and there's plenty on the menu that we'd happily order again. It gets a relatively older crowd, but I don't mind if that food is good.

We started with the scallops with risotto as an appetizer. I'm not a huge fan of scallops, but my wife really enjoys them, and she thought they were excellent. For dinner, she had the crab cakes with shrimp, while I went with the special, which was halibut topped with crab. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Tisha. We'll definitely be back!

We were a party of three and sat on the back patio area. It's such a relaxing spot to sit in the shade surrounded by the plants. Fabiola was our server. We ordered calamari to share as well as the Double Smash Burger, Lobster Roll, and the Blackened Salmon Po Boy. We all enjoyed our food. I typically order the Crab Cake Tacos and I regret not ordering them. The Lobster Roll was tasty but I do not enjoy the lobster salad being chopped up small as it was. It wasn't a traditional Lobster Roll preparation and I didn't realize it was $29. I regretted my selection.
