The car wash machine is broken. You can not put your code at the machine. A grandmother seemed to manually pull levers inside the car wash tunnel drive-thru. I slowly drove through the dryer vents which were not moving. Still, I had to towel dry much ore than ever at any other drive-thru. I went to speak to the attendants inside when I was done and told the cashier- a man. I told him that I've just had the worst car wash result ever. I explained that I had to dry the car myself. The grandma started to yell back at me that ai did not listen to her. At that a 60 ish year old woman started to say rhat she would refund me, but the grandma said something. They all started yelling and I told them to stop yelling. I told them that this was the worst experience. Therefore, the other woman said that she would drive her car through and that if it was not dry she would return my money. A young woman from behind the counter told me that she would call the police. I told her to go ahead. I had not done anything other than expressed my displeasure with their business. I never asked for a refund. When she came out of the drive-thru I looked at her car and she came up to me and told me to move my car and to get out of there. I will never go back. They have different wash options. They have a price for every customer. I payed $36 bucks for interior and exterior basic wash. Plus you get an exterior wash within 5 days of your original wash. I didn't think it was that bad. They also have a monthly memberships where you can get unlimited car washes all month. I would definitely recommend this for a quick wash.

I explained the whole thing, sounded understanding but then started ranting about how some places offer towel service, then explained why they don't which ok fine. Then began going into other car washes such as Luvs being crappy. His whole attitude shifted and then said they use top of the line machinery and cleaning supplies and then I began to get annoyed and said no problem, if your stuff was top line why didn't my car get washed right? I was told to come here by my friend since I need this car to be cleaned asap and very thoroughly due to just how it was and kept. I was skeptical how clean they were able to get it clean just cause how dirt the interior was and if they would say "no" cause of how filthy it was but they said they would take it. They gave me rate on depending on how dirty the car was and even then I was surprised how relatively inexpensive it was for the amount of work they did !!!! I got my car back a day and a half later and I was just surprised how clean they were able to get it. They go very heavy on the cloth material so the carpets and seats and ceiling was scrubbed in deep. They did however leave some spots which was odd cause it was obvious and could had gotten a small brush and it be gone but I didn't really mind since they did a supper job on everything else. The car did take 3 ish days for it to be dried and for the smell to some what dissipate although it semi lingers. The comparison photos are before and after although the after pictures are ruffly two weeks post wash but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend people who are specifically looking to get their seats washed to come here!!!

Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend
